Beau 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains condo est la retraite en bord de mer idéal pour un couple cherchant une escapade romantique ou une famille en quête d'aventure et de détente. Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le Saint- Augustin Plage et Tennis Club propose 2 grandes piscines plus une promenade privée immaculées St. Augustine Beach. Profitez de surf, bodyboard, parachute ascensionnel, ou tout simplement bronzer pas de votre porte.
L'unité récemment rénové est joliment décoré thèmes exotiques du monde entier. L'unité est entièrement équipée avec draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage, et même des chaises de plage. Nous fournissons vaisselle, argenterie, vaisselle.
Juste 2/10 d'un mile est loin de la célèbre restaurant Oasis. Deux épiceries sont à 4/10 d'un mile de l'unité. Est légèrement plus loin du centre historique de Saint- Augustin. La plus ancienne ville en Amérique, Saint- Augustin a des attractions telles que le fort historique de Castillo de San Marco, le Musée Lightner, la plus ancienne école en Amérique, la plus ancienne prison, La Fontaine de Jouvence, et le Saint- Augustine Lighthouse. St. Célèbre George rue piétonne offre pour le shopping, l'histoire et délices culinaires tout en un paquet délicieux. Une ville pour toutes les saisons, Saint- Augustin est le foyer de l'amphithéâtre qui accueille des concerts et des spectacles. Great Stay

We have stayed at this same condo for a second time. It is very clean. The couch and 2 recliners are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Large balcony is a plus with great views of both pools and the ocean. Had a fantastic time at this property again.

Short walk to the beach, plenty of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The condo was the perfect size for me and my wife.

Perfect location!

We spent 5 days in this condo and it was a great experience. The condo was clean, nothing needed repair and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing.

This property was as advertised. It was a great location on the beach. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had never been to St. Augustine. What a beautiful place! The condo and grounds were beautiful and so peaceful! We could have stayed forever! Plan on going back as soon as possible!

Close To The Beach

Jessica was great! Was quick to reply to our questions. The unit was very nice. Comfortable bed. Balcony was spacious. View was wonderful. Easy getting all our luggage in and out - they provided carts and luggage trolleys. Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view

Loved the location of this unit. The. Landscaping was beautiful and the proximity to the beach ideal. The office manager was very friendly and helpful. I felt the second bedroom could have been cleaner and use of the closets space more organized. Little issue getting in, but was fixed very promptly. I would consider staying there again.

Ocean side perfection

Everything was so perfect. St. Augustine is an incredible destination. This property has easy access to Old Town and incredible beach access. Convenient to everything. The condo itself is great! It was very clean, had a FULLY equipped kitchen- better than any other VRBO we have stayed at, lots of towels and blankets, even beach chairs and boogie boards. Literally everything we needed. And the bed was sooooo comfy. Communication was so fast with the owner! Such a great stay. We will be back!! Cannot say enough great things about it.

Amazing deal!! And perfect location

Overall clean and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen and even had spices too which was nice. Balcony is really nice and has lovely view. Only complaint was lack of hot water in the master bathroom shower— maybe something to check out. The location is perfect and is a short drive away from the historic district which is where we ate dinner almost every night. The beach where the condo is located is perfect because it is not very busy. It is also worth noting that in order to lock the door you must pull the door handle towards you while pressing the lock button— this is something we did not know but figured out on our own. Overall very nice would stay here again.

Great location and price for beachfront condo

The property was located in a great spot, the beach was easy to access from the boardwalk and the two pools were nice. The view is outstanding. The place was clean with the only exception being a stale smoke smell in the living room when the air is turned on but it dissipated within a few minutes each time. I think the owner is in the process of updating the property as there were some newer items since the photos that are posted, such as a king bed and new stove. The bed is quite comfortable and soft. You’ll enjoy it (as long as you’re not looking for a firm bed) but we both we woke up each day with no pain (which is rare) and were well-rested!

Very good location

This is a great location to get to the beach. There were places to eat within in walking distance. We felt very safe here. All the basics to at least get started were there. When we visted there were many families and couples that were retired around the property. It is an older unit that could use some updates but was comfortable. It could have been cleaned a little better. There were dirty socks in the smaller bedroom and when we moved the bed in the master to plug something in--it was pretty bad. Jessica is the property manager and she is awesome to work with. When we have a mintue we would visit again.

Condo needs major updates

Pros-living room furniture nice, water pressure good for 4th floor, washer/dryer good , tv was good,electronic lock on the door was nice Cons-ice maker did not work, master bedroom uncomfortable bed and old, bathroom very dated, found inappropriate items in bedside table, guest bedroom had no storage, bed had plastic mattress cover and very uncomfortable, walls were covered with material in guest bathroom, vertical blinds were broken in master and living room blocking view of ocean , linens need to be replaced

Sister vacation

The property was not cleaned well, furniture was dusty. They only left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a visit for 4 people for a week. There were no trash bags. The instructions stated to leave a note on your car dash indicating that you were staying at this property and then get a parking permit the next day. However, the office was closed all weekend. No gate code was left at the property. The Wi-Fi address was incorrect. For the amount of money charged for this property, we expected better.

Fantastic stay with a very responsive property manager

We arrived just days after a hurricane had blown through town and got great communication throughout the process while contemplating cancelling. I'm so glad we didn't though, because it was a great trip and a great place to stay! There was a slight hiccup where the parking lot had been flooded, but Jessica arranged for us to park at a neighbouring property that was just as convenient. The property itself was great for a family, as my kids had their own space and we had ours. It was close enough to the beach that you could pop down for 10 mins then go do something else. And the location was good - two large grocery stores within 5 minutes and only a 15 minute drive into St. Augustine when the day wasn't as beach friendly. I'd had loved to stay for longer and hope that I'll be able to again in the future.
