Les Rushings vous invitent à passer des vacances excitantes en Floride dans notre Beach House sur Anastasia Island, dans le paisible village de Surf Crest.
La maison est adjacente à la piscine et au centre du complexe en bord de mer composé de maisons individuelles à un et deux étages. Il y a un belvédère couvert pittoresque au-dessus des dunes pour votre plaisir, avec un accès privé à une plage de sable blanc peu fréquentée.
ATTENTION: Si vous venez une fois vous serez accro!
Nous sommes à cinq miles au sud de St. historique Augustine dix milles nord
de Marineland, à une heure et demie de Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center et de nombreuses autres attractions merveilleuses. World Golf Village et les centres commerciaux Outlet sont à quelques minutes.
Ceci est une maison de plage sans fumée et sans animaux!

Excellent stay at beach home

We loved our stay at this beach home. It was in an excellent location, short walk to the beach, near many restaurants and a short drive into old St. Augustine. The home was clean, decorated so cute and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. The only negative was we didn't stay long enough!

Great location, had everything we needed

Our family of 4 enjoyed our trip to St. Augustine Beach immensely. This cottage was perfect for us- we had a short walk to a very private beach and when we didn’t want to go out to the sand- the neighborhood pool was right there and a perfect option for little kid swimming between naptime and dinner time. :) the home was well stocked and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were a few boards in the floor that felt a bit shaky- so may need to have a some repairs done- but overall the house seemed well maintained and was very clean and comfortable for our family. AC worked well and we had control over the settings which was nice. There were a few dishwasher pods and laundry detergent sheets available so we didn’t have to buy a big package to run just a few loads- it’s the little things- but we felt well cared for and would definitely book here again.

Beautiful rental & amazing location!!

What a wonderful rental! Easy access to the property, parking was extremely convenient, very clean and a short walk to the beach. It was perfection! Would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home

How to describe it is the thing. We stayed for almost six weeks and really felt like part of the community. Everyone was so friendly. You can sit on the benches on the boardwalk and look over the dunes and the beach, then turn your head and watch the beautiful sunset over the cottages. The beach is amazing here! We rode bikes on the beach during low tide, and walked along the water's edge every day. The pool is solar heated, and we had a chilly winter, so we only swam in the pool once BUT there is soooo much to do around St. Augustine that you can always find something if you want. We never had any problems, so we didn't need to contact Steve and Julie during our stay. They were so friendly during the reservation, check-in and check-out process. The cottage is nice and clean, well-stocked (I cooked a lot) and well-furnished, and we loved having our breakfast out on the deck every morning. This is a really relaxing and comfortable place to stay, and close enough to get to everything but peaceful and quiet, too! Thank you Steve and Julie!

Winter Getaway

Great quiet location on Anastasia Island! Appreciated secure gate access to beach walkway, which was only a couple minutes from the house. Didn't use the community pool, but very clean and lots of seating. Owner shared check-in info and was available for questions throughtout our stay. Highly recommend for a St Augustine vacation.

Lovely beach cottage

The nicest experience. Kitchen had everything you could need for an extended stay, linens were high quality, beds were plush.Short walk to the ocean, try the mini golf nearby it was loads of fun. Great owners, we will definitely stay here again. A little gem on Anastasia Island.Best VRBO experience yet.

Wonderful place in a great location

Beach is just a short walk, pool is right on the property, grocery store nearby and a short ride into the historic district. The house is as advertised and the kitchen has just about anything you wound need. Property enough to the things you might want to do but away from the crowds. Lots of restaurants are very close as well. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a small, delightful neighborhood The owners are so responsive to every question I had This cottage was spotless The linens(sheets and towels) were top notch The air conditioner cooled beautifully Everything worked perfectly It was so nice and quiet The morning we left there was a rainstorm and we didn't hear a thing inside Pool was sparkling and the beach is a walk over away Thank you so much for letting us be guests We adored it

Great place! Perfect for family of 4 with kids.

We had a great time staying at this little cottage. I have stayed in many Florida rentals over the years and this one was the by far the cleanest and the best stocked for someone who is flying in like we were. Julie was great to work with and very responsive to any questions that came up. The pool is really close and the beach is just a short walk!

We had a beautiful experience. The house, just a two-minute walk to the beach, had all amenities we needed. All appliances and other facilities in good working order. Location very convenient for tourist activities, beach fun, and necessities. Everything nearby. 10/10 would stay here again.

This house was just what we needed for our short stay in St Augustine. Very clean and in a quiet private neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs but didn’t “hover” which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property.
