Condo, St Augustine Ocean, and Racquet Resort on St Augustine Beach. Ground floor unit with Jacquizi in the courtyard just steps away from the entrance door as well as 4 professional tennis courts. Two-bedroom and two baths with a large living room and built-in 60-inch Smart TV and 36" TV in the master bedroom. Only steps from the Olympic size pool (two pools one heated for winter) and yards from the greatest beach in Florida. Disney is a couple of hours away from other nice attractions.

This place was perfect for what we wanted it for. Fully equipped with everything needed, plus some extras. We loved the heated pool, and hot tub. The beach was stunning. Downtown was a short drive, but not an overwhelmingly long drive.

Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property. Everything you could need was readily available. The check-in process at the security gate was a little tedious due to a new employee but was happy with the overall outcome.

St Agustine Fl has plenty history & most of the time nice weather

Your resident in this development was very nice, quiet, and well decorated, also very clean & well equipped with what we needed to use for our everyday use. The hot tub in the center court was a plus along with the very short walk to the swimming pool across the street from your unit.With a short walk to the back of the development of 8 units which yours is in the center of we had access to the Atlantic Ocean which has a beautiful flat sandy beach which you may walk for many miles, sit, or lay on the beach to watch the sun rise, or sun sets.We had a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks. Just a bit disappointed

We arrived and found that since we didn’t request our parking pass until the day before arrival (we were not told otherwise) we had to pay an additional $25 for a total of $40, due to the fact, the request needed to be done 48 hours in advance. Upon entry, we noticed 2 bugs crawling out of the kitchen sink. There was another one the next day. Our unit was the closest one to the road, which was a bit disappointing. One of the photos in the ad showed a small view of the beach from a window. We would not have chosen this unit, had we known how far away from the ocean it was. The most upsetting part was that part of what we paid for the unit included a cleaning fee. So, why were we asked to run the dishwasher, take out the trash and gather all the towels, put them in the washer and run it before we left? On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The location was great and close to a lot of great places to shop and eat. However, we probably would not rent this unit again if we were to make another trip to St. Augustine.

Lovely property

Close to historic St Augustine, this beautiful beachfront condominium property has a magnificent pool, tennis courts and friendly atmosphere. Safe with 24 hour security guard and locked beach access. The beach is a drive on (similar to Daytona) and absolutely beautiful.

Love the area!

We love that area and will continue to always vacation in Saint Augustine, but we will never stay at that property again. They need to step up their pest control inside the condo where we stayed, as well as the bedding. It was advertised as a beach side view and spot and it was the furthest building from the beach. It was very misleading!

Clean, spacious, and just a walk to the beach.

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and very spacious. Close to the pool and the jacuzzi is right outside the door. Check in and check out was super easy. We loved everything about this stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! We love St. Augustine and couldn’t wait to check out more around the city. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and we were perfect distance from the pool! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location.

The place was perfect and so was the location. I think the cleaning service dropped the ball, we took the first few hours to clean the place ourselves. That was the only hickup. The place was roomy, had everything you can ask for, the beach entrance is on the property, pool was across from the rental, restaurants in walking distance, putt putt in walking distance, classy people all around. I would buy this property if I could. Highly recommend.

Nice condo in complex on the beach

We enjoyed a nice week in this unit in May. The biggest pro is the pool! It is very large, well maintained, with many comfortable loungers, and just steps from the condo. Clean restrooms located in pool area. It isn’t ocean view but just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is a huge, clean beach with code seeded to enter property. (Which we appreciated for safety purposes) The unit is rather dated and basic, and the master bed is extremely firm, but it was fine for us. I noticed a new dishwasher and new, plentiful towels in both bathrooms. Would stay again.

Overall a very comfortable condo. We have stayed in this complex several times. Would have been nice to have chairs that are appropriate for relaxing on the beach. Will definitely consider staying here on a future trip!!

Condo was laid out very nicely. Would have liked a dining table. Many amenities. Enjoyed the beach, pools, hot tub, pickleball and shuffleboard. Back patio was not at all private; located adjacent to drive thru lane.

My family spent every summer on St. Augustine Beach from when kids were babies and they are now middle age. Always a pleasure and believe it or not it is not overdeveloped.
