Les belles finitions commencent par des planchers de bois dans l’ensemble, des hauts plafonds et une palette de couleurs apaisante. Entrez dans la cuisine impeccable et entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. Les comptoirs en granite crème complimentent les grands placards blancs. Mangez au grand bar du petit-déjeuner ou savourez un repas au bord de l'eau sur votre lanai privé. Le grand salon offre une vue imprenable avec son décor élégant et confortable. La grande suite principale comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat et une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer. La salle de bains principale lumineuse dispose de nombreux rangements avec sa douche à l'italienne en carrelage blanc. La chambre d'amis a un thème nautique propre avec deux lits jumeaux. Détendez-vous dans la grande baignoire des salles de bains invité. Mariner Point est un complexe de baie unique avec un grand canal et un amarrage de bateau à l'arrière. Ce complexe possède également son propre embarcadère pour la pêche s'étendant dans la baie, une grande piscine avec vue sur la baie, des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, une zone de grillades et une promenade le long de la baie. Cet appareil est également doté d’une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d’une télévision à écran plat, de livres et de jeux pour DVR. Regardez des bateaux, des dauphins, des lamantins, des pélicans et diverses variétés d'oiseaux depuis votre propre véranda privée.

The property was great. Very convenient for coming and going from the island, and close to public beach access. Great view on a quiet area of the island.

Wonderful Spot!

We spent 7 days here and enjoyed every minute of it! The view of the water was lovely, it was fun to watch the boat traffic go by and we saw many dolphins swim by during our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The grounds were great for walking around and the pool was very nice.

Great Get-away!

Beautiful setting, - watching the sun rise and set on the bay is a real treat. Quiet, clean, and smooth check-in/check-out. The decor and location are first rate. Wonderful way to spend the week.

Great location and view, property is in ok shape, could use some love but no deal breakers. Washer and dryer was very nice to have in unit. Three stars because of all the roofing construction going on during our vacation, that would have been nice to know up front. Made for quite the challenge getting in and out of the parking lot. The pool closest to us was closed for whatever reason. looked fine. Not feeling the value we recieved was equal to the amount we paid.

Not at all as it seems

The best things about this unit - the location is perfect and the great air conditioning. The unit itself was just ok. The property looked amazing in pictures, but did not stand up in person. We rent different condos every year, mainly in Florida and Hawaii and found this one not up to our standards. First impression - the front door was nasty dirty.(bad enough that we did not want to touch it) Second - there are two side tables on both sides of the main bedroom - they are made of cardboard (fiberboard) made to look like actual tables. Don't try to move them. They are skimpy with the soap, dishwashing tablets, detergent, there is no little bottles of shampoo, or lotion, things to make the renters beginnings more comfortable. We wished there was more linens, we found some (really cheap) extra pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases for them. I changed the comforter on the bed to one I found in the closet because the one on the bed had stains. Also, there were giant roaches, both dead and alive. Management said they would send someone to spray, but we didn't want the inconvenience. One thing we did experience, and we don't know if it had anything to do with the unit. we had many bug bites all over our arms and legs. Like I said, the location was perfect, right in front of the fishing pier, but we would NOT rent this unit again.

Christmas in Sanibel

Overall property was perfect for our stay...beautiful view of the bay and we loved playing pickleball everyday. A few issues w the condo itself...the pullout couch has seen better days and was quite uncomfortable. Could use a bigger dining table for eating as there are only 4 chairs. The master bedroom bedding looked old and worn. The washer kept displaying error codes and had to be reset. We had a wonderful week though, thank you!

Great View

Everything we expected! The view was great from the condo and very short walk to the pier and also the pool. Nice little sitting area downstairs around the corner where we walked through to go to the pier.

The small things

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island. The property was as described. If you’re looking for white sand beaches, and beautiful clear ocean waters, Sanibel is not your place. But the condo itself was nice, and we enjoyed the slowed down life on the island. There were fishing poles in the condo, and even tho we had never fished in the ocean before, we utilized the private dock and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. On one of the days we made a trip to Captiva beach. It was about a 35 minute drive, but beautiful beaches and waters. The few complaints we have about our stay has to do with the small things within the condo. Small things that could easily be repaired or maintained at a higher level. The front door on the condo was very old and weathered. We had some storms roll in and the screen door was being caught by the wind and banging against the door frame because there is no latch on it. I was disappointed to find that we had to buy toilet tissue while we were there. What was supplied would be hard to call toilet paper. Very much like a birthday streamer. Other small things were the second bedroom door doesn’t seem to operate well. It always wants to close itself. Also the closet door in the second bedroom is hard to operate. Doesn’t seem to be in the tracks. The bathrooms look like a child painted the walls, paint dripping down them. Other than these small things, the condo was really nice. It just seems strange to cut these corners for as nice as the rest of the place was. All of this being said, we would stay again. Again, the slowed down life on the island was amazing. We loved being able to walk or ride a bike to places. Thank you for the great stay.

Mariner Pointe is a beautiful place

This is a lovely unit, modern, updated and decorated in beach themes. The view was spectacular, the pool is a relaxing rest after a day on the sand, and we enjoyed the fishing and the scenic views from the fishing pier. Excellent rental for a week away on the island.

Holiday in Paradise

The location and view from the apartment were excellent. Probably the best situation on the development. Dolphins and Manatees imediately below our window as we ate breakfast. However, although the lounge and kitchen area were good, the ensuite shower rooms needed updating. Overall the apartment was a little tired and would benefit from some simple painting.

Great Stay!!

The property was great! It was plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed. I liked that they had books, games, and other things to keep you entertained, even on the rainy days. I really liked seeing dolphins while sitting at the dinning room table. They came up to the dock right in front of the condo!! We had a great stay and would recommend to others!

Great stay

We rented this property for a long weekend. It was very easy to get to coming over from Fort Myers, the property was very clean. Great views of the bay side, even seeing a dolphin come up near the peer outside our unit. Close drives to the beach. It's too far to walk to the beach if you're taking anything with you, and parking is $5 and hour. That was the only gripe I had. We discovered a private drive with free parking and great access to the beach for people staying at this property, and a few others near by, but the property manager, and the rental company didn't know anything about it, so we could not take advantage of that perk, which would have saved us about $50 in beach parking fees. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, and beach towels. Paper products, and soaps were included in this unit, which was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Heaven on Earth

We just returned from a week on Sanibel Island with our son and his family, two young boys (5 & 7) How does one even begin to describe such a beautiful place. The boys fished (and caught fish) off the dock, which they then released, watched dolphins playing, a manatee even came and visited one evening although he was very shy. We awoke every day to floor to ceiling, wall to wall ocean views, and never wanted to leave. The condo was exactly as pictured, super clean, and had such a calming atmosphere. It was well stocked with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, and every convenience of home. The kitchen was large and spacious enough for our two cooks and had all that we needed. I was able to shell to my hearts content and share God's fabulous creation with our grandsons. We found crabs and starfish, sand dollars and hermit crabs and spent amazing times on the beach and in the ocean. There was even a large iguana lizard that lives at the complex in the yard and we were able to watch it one day eating and changing colours on the lawn. It was a perfect holiday and we will be returning. Thank you such much for such a fabulous stay. John & Heather Brookham

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir fanden alles, was benötigt wird, vor. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch gut selber etwas kochen kann. Perfekt sind Waschmaschine und Trockner, die ( für uns Europäer) rasend schnell alles sauber waschen und trocknen. Das Beste ist der Blick aufs Meer und den Steg, hier kann man stundenlang den Delfinen, den Vögeln und den Kaninchen auf dem Rasen zusehen. Absolut erholsam. Die Lage ist gut, wir brauchen keinen Beach direkt am Haus. Es gibt genügend Strandsachen, wie Stühle, Schirme etc... in der Wohnung. Mit den Rädern ist man rasch an einem der Strände, kein Problem. Auch sind wir abends immer mit den Rädern zum Essen gefahren, das Cruisen durch die schönen Fahrradwege war klasse. Der Pool ist nach ca 20 Metern erreicht, das Wasser schön sauber und weich. Grillplätze dind auch genügend vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Shoppen kann man prima direkt nach der Brücke in den Sanibel Outlets. Klare Empfehlung für ruhesuchende, naturliebhabende Gäste.

Relaxing getaway

Perfect place to get away from it all or just hanging out and watch the dolphins and boaters. We loved the option of going to a beach or the pool. Morning sunrise or evening sunset, you can enjoy them all. Wifi worked great for electronics when the kiddo needed to plug back in. Kingfisher was super responsive when I had a question or concern about the property before and during our stay.

Awesome View

We loved the causeway view and enjoyed the dolphins coming right up to the bank one evening for about 45 minutes. I was nice watching the boats come and go from the canals and also the lights from the bridge at night. Great location close to the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Apartment- shame about the weather!

We seem to have found the wettest May on record, however this did not detract from a great location. The layout of the condo was exceptionally good and I loved the settees which were great for lounging on and reading on some very wet days. The access to the pier was taken up with several fishing sessions with catches ranging from puffer fish to sharks. The supply of fishing equipment was a useful supplement to my own gear. We did explore the islands eateries more this trip and have now added the Lazy Flamingo and Sanibel Grill to our list of dining. Still favourite however is the Sandbar for it's excellent steaks and pork chop. The condo is a well used unit and is showing some signs of wear and tear. It would be helpful if the main bedroom drawers in the bathroom had handles as these were sometimes difficult to open . When paying for one months rental it would be appreciated if there could be a linen change in the fee, as at 100 dollars a time this was unduly expensive. Being close to Grandma Dot's-was useful for dining , obtaining fishing bait and a must do - The Sanibel Thriller boat ride which was both exhilarating and great for dolphin watching! It's a long journey from Orlando , but well worth it!

Great view and nice condo - Subpar cleanliness

This is a tough review to write, because we loved the space and style of the condo and absolutely loved the views, however, I am not sure we would stay there again. We found the condo to not be up to par with cleanliness. We first had an issue getting in (we went to the wrong condo - our fault - but were able to access the key and enter into the wrong condo and it was half-way clean (no linens/towels or anything) and we unloaded all our groceries when I finally realized (after speaking with one of the staff) that it was the wrong condo. I wish the key would not have worked and would have combatted our mistake. That said, our condo had many little details on uncleanliness... the big obvious areas were pretty clean, however we found mildew (or mold?) in the ice maker on the fridge, the sealer of the front-load washer, the cord of the handheld shower head. I went through and cloroxed everything. The floors were moderately clean and the white couches had so many stains and small pieces of dirt or hair, it didn't seems clean. I also don't like having guest start the dishwasher and washing machine upon leaving... you are assuming they still have soap and used it and weren't being lazy, just washing with water. Have them load the dishwasher and have the staff start it. I didn't like how much I was cleaning on vacation, but otherwise, the place was nice. I told the staff and they said they were sorry and were working to resolve in the future. That's nice, but a little extra love would have gone a longer ways.
