Idéalement situé pour les commodités locales de Parsons Green, ce superbe appartement de trois chambres offre un hébergement fabuleux et divertissant, idéal pour les familles et / ou les réservations de groupe.

Aménagé sur les deux derniers étages d'un immeuble d'époque avec de superbes vues sur les environs, l'appartement est accessible par une entrée sécurisée sur Fulham Road entre deux magasins. La porte de l'appartement est en haut des escaliers au deuxième étage, et il y a des escaliers dans l'appartement.

CHAMBRES

L'appartement dispose de trois chambres à coucher sur un couloir à l'étage inférieur, toutes avec placards. Deux grandes chambres offrent l'option d'un lit king-size ou 2 lits simples, ce qui ajoute une flexibilité bienvenue pour les arrangements de couchage. La troisième chambre est un double standard.

SALLES DE BAINS

Il y a 2 salles de bains modernes, l'une est une salle de bains avec douche et l'autre est une salle de bains familiale avec baignoire et douche, les deux sur le même étage que les chambres.

SALON / CUISINE

Le salon ouvert sur le dernier étage est inondé de lumière et offre des vues spectaculaires sur les toits de Fulham donnant à cet espace de divertissement superbe une sensation de penthouse.

La cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires, d'un bar et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes pour des vacances confortables et indépendantes. Le salon a de nombreux sièges, y compris un grand canapé avec lit gigogne pour une autre option de sommeil.

We stayed here in November with our family of 5 and had a great time! The flat is furnished with everything you will need and is located in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest underground which we used daily. If you’re futbol fans, it’s situated right in between Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage. We had a blast touring the stadiums and going to games. Highly recommend!

Hands down the nicest, most hospitable and generous hosts we’ve ever encountered. Amazing views of the marsh and Torrey Pines from the balcony and a 5 min walk to the beach. Apartment was very well equipped. Quaint neighborhood of West Del Mar was most enjoyable too … enjoyed that scene. Highly, highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a week with our three children; 15, 12, and 9. We would totally stay here again. The unit is exactly as it is described and shown in the photos. The view out of the top floor was amazing and opening the massive doors to get a breeze was great in the warm weather. The location in Parsons Green is super convenient to the Tube and there are tons of cafes, shops, and pubs within walking distance. 5 stars.

Great stay in a great location.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great stay! Very clean, great location, and everything that you need to live (eg, utensils, dishwater, towels, etc). We will return!! Do note that Wifi/internet was quite slow for anything they requires uploads (speed was about 18 mbps download and 0.7 mbps upload).

Everything it was described to be!

The flat was very clean, bright and had everything we needed! It was really nice to have 2 bathrooms, one of which was an en suite, and to have a kitchen. There are ample restaurants within walking distance and two close small grocery stores. The area felt very safe and the tube station is close by - even closer than google directions if you explore a bit :)

Great flat in perfect location

There were 3 of us so we each had our own bedrooms. It's a very nice flat and the location is great - easy access to airport, central london, wimbledon and paddington station. Had a problem with one of the toilets not flushing but that was temporarily solved with jugs of water. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home away from home

We spent 6 days at this home in November. The home was just as described. Yolanda was a wonderful host with great communication. We loved staying in Fulham! It’s very close to the metro and easy to get to the city centre but gives that home away from home feeling that we loved ! There are a lot of steps leading up to the apartment but my mom who is 74 was able to use the steps no problem. We recommend this place 100%

Nice Apartment with Convenient Location

The apartment was great and close to shops, restaurants and markets. 5 minute walk to Parsons Green train station made it easy to get anywhere in London using tube. Yolanda was lovely and easy to communicate with. Only issue we had was washer/dryer was not working while we were there and we could not wash our clothes which we needed to do.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for my family of 4 adults. When we arrived, we were met by Yolanda who was warm and informative. The flat had everything we needed - there were even umbrellas and adapters already in outlets. We made use of the kitchen for breakfasts each day, as well as the washer/dryer unit (it is small - because it's in a city apartment, but worked just fine!) and the dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the fans in the rooms kept us cool at night as well as provided white noise. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Parsons Green tube station, and just a little further on down the street is Parson's Green, which has a couple of great Pubs on it as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very safe area and wonderful apartment. Highly recommend if you need 3 bedrooms!

Lovely stay in London!

Perfect for our vacation in London. So close to the tube and ample size for the four of us. It's a quaint neighborhood that had everything we needed. Yolanda couldn't have been more welcoming and responsive. She met us on the street and walked us to our flat! As you'd expect with most city living, there is street noise, a bit more than we thought. It wouldn't detract me from staing atgain. Thank you!

This was the perfect home away from home. It was spacious, clean and super convenient to the Underground. We were there during temperate weather (early June), so having windows open was adequate for cooling and fresh air. The last few days temperatures heated up and it would have been a bit uncomfortable had the weather not cooperated. There may be an air condition unit, but one was not apparent to me. The living area was spacious enough for our family of 4 and each teenager and my husband and I having our own rooms was nice. This is a third floor apartment with no lift, so something to keep in mind if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. Overall, it was perfect for us and Yolanda was a helpful host.

Great location for family vacation

This was a great location to make a base for a family vacation to get out and see London. It was just a short walk to Parson Green station which was a short ride into central London. The surrounding area of the flat had restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. Everything that you needed to make yourself feel at home. The flat was clean and is well represented by the listing. Yolanda was great to communicate with and met us at the flat when we arrived. She even came down and let me in when I was too tired to open door at the right time after she hit the buzzer to unlock the door. We were very happy with our stay and our choice to stay here. Definitely would make a return trip here and recommend this listing highly!

Absolutely perfect location for getting around London

I stayed here for two weeks on a work trip, and getting around London could not have been more convenient. You can see the underground station from the flat, and it's less than 5 minute walk. That line will get you straight to many places in central London without transfers. There was also a bus stop right out front to take me to work every day. The view was amazing, and the flat was super clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals (food storage containers, a slow cooker, plenty of plates/glasses/utensils). Communication with Yolanda was great. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My recent stay at this VRBO property in Parsons Green was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that felt like a warm hug. 1. Cozy Comfort: The apartment exudes a cozy charm that instantly says "Hello".. The tasteful decor created an quiet atmosphere—a perfect escape after sightseeing all day. 2. Prime Location: Parsons Green is a hidden gem, and this property is nestled right in the heart of it. We loved exploring the local eateries, and soaking in the neighborhood’s character. Plus, the proximity to public transport made it easy to explore other parts of London. 3. Thoughtful Amenities: Every detail was carefully considered. The kitchen was well-equipped.and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. 4. Attentive Host: Our host was exceptional. She provided clear instructions, and promptly answered our queries.

The perfect base to discover London from

We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 12 and 17) and stayed 8 days. The space in the flat was more than enough, both kids had their own rooms. The flat was very well equipped, including towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, enough toilet paper… everything was there. The owner Yolanda welcomed us very friendly and showed us everything. Everytime we contacted her before and during our stay she responded immediately. The neighbourhood is very lovely, there are several supermarkets, shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby. The tube station is a 5 minute walk away, district line trains into the city go every 5-10 minutes. A bus to the city stops nearly in front of the flat, but it takes around 40 minutes to go to Picadilly Circus. We enjoyed our stay A LOT!! If we wanted to find something negative, we could point out, that in 2 of the 3 bedrooms you hear the noises from the street quite loud. Aside from that one of the two showers didn‘t work the way it should (Yolanda told us, that it was going to be fixed soon).

Wonderful property with a great location!

Our family (2 adults and 3 grown teens from Canada) absolutely loved our time at the property. It is an easy walk from the tube station and was very easy to find on our arrival. The neighbourhood has plenty of restaurant options and groceries near by. We didn’t spend our days at the flat but our evening experience was that it is a quiet neighbourhood with some light traffic on the street in front of the building. Our daughters stated that any loud noise on the roadway could be heard in their rooms. This did not take away from the appeal of this property for us, though. You need to access the flat by going up 3 flights of stairs and there are an additional two flights within the flat. Our 3 daughters were able to each have a bed of their own which they appreciated. There are two 3 piece bathrooms which was also very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs, lots of counter space and a large dining table. The sitting area was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the surrounding neighbourhood out of the large sliding windows. We were happy to be able to use the washer/dryer in the flat for our laundry as this was our first stop on a three week vacation. Yolanda is very friendly and it was easy to communicate with her throughout our entire experience. We would love to return to this property in the future!

Great apartment in a perfect location!

This property is just as advertised and the location is terrific. There is a tube station about a 5 minute walk away and a bus stop within 2 minutes. The apartment was well furnished and had all the amenities in the kitchen. The two flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge for the older parents with us but nothing that would stop us from booking this apartment again. The owner met is at the apartment to check us in and responded to emails and text messages. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

Great place, great location, great price

I found the rental in Parsons Green to be all I expected. The location was very close to the underground and easy to walk to. The only concern is for disabled guests. There are several staircases that a renter must negotiate to get in and out of the flat. Other than that everything was great!

Great stay in Parsons Green

As a family of 5 this space was perfect for us. The flat is bright, well-equipped and very close to the underground. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and very safe - lots of options for groceries, restaurants, green spaces. Yolanda was very helpful and accessible. We hope to return. Thank you!
