Situé à seulement une minute de la station de métro Latimer Road, à 10 minutes à pied de Portobello Road et à 15 minutes à pied du centre commercial Westfield, la propriété est un appartement de 4 chambres récemment redécoré, parfait pour les familles avec enfants ou les petits groupes.
Situé sur une place de jardin, la propriété est au rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage d'une partie développement privé et partie conseil.
Il comprend 2 chambres doubles avec des lits king-size très confortables et 2 chambres simples équipées chacune de lits superposés simples.
Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé en L et d'une télévision connectée JVC de 50 pouces.
La salle à manger attenante a de nombreux sièges pour 8 personnes.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le confort moderne, y compris une machine à laver Indesit, un nouveau lave-vaisselle John Lewis, une nouvelle plaque de cuisson à gaz Indesit et un nouveau grill et four Hotpoint.
La propriété dispose d'un WC au rez-de-chaussée et d'une salle de bains / douche et WC bien équipés au premier étage.
Il y a aussi un jardin privé bien entretenu.

Notting Hill a été immortalisé dans le film du même nom avec Hugh Grant. Un quartier branché et bohème du centre-ouest de Londres, il présente de beaux bâtiments en stuc géorgien et victorien et de grandes places de jardin.
Portobello Road et son célèbre marché sont à une courte distance de marche, et la région abrite une multitude de boutiques, bars, cafés, cinémas et restaurants de caractère individuel.
La plupart des restaurants les plus réputés de Londres se trouvent à Notting Hill. Essayez des endroits comme The Ledbury, The Hereford ou E&O mais vous devrez réserver! Il y a aussi beaucoup de grands restaurants et bars individuels.

L'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports et la station de métro Latimer Road est à quelques minutes à pied. Ladbroke Grove est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Avec plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité, il est facile de se déplacer à Londres.
Il est très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport d'Heathrow. Le train Heathrow Express jusqu'à la gare de Paddington prend 15 minutes et depuis Paddington, 10 minutes en taxi.

Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely private back garden.

The property was as described. Plenty of room for a group. Bathrooms are small and only one shower, but if you can negotiate bathing times, it works!

Great location

This apartment was located very near the tube, which was very convenient. It was close to restaurants. The owner was very responsive, and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was a bit dated in terms of amenities. We were able to find fans, but it would be warm inside during hot months since there is no air conditioning. Overall, a great stay on a budget!

Convenient location

While at the co-op at 8:30am grabbing a few breakfast items, my husband saw someone trying to steal. He witnessed the store keeper and the thief brawl while the storekeeper was trying to retrieve the items. The people surrounding the home were loud but it was hot so we opened the windows. Convenient location but not our favorite spot.

Avoid if you can

We were extremely disappointed. The listing does not convey how decrepit the building and place are. It smells, the bedroom doors cannot close, dishes and cutlery were dirty, the bedsheets of one bed, though clean, were stained, and the neighbours are noisy to 3am (the listing warns to be quiet yourself). This said, the check in process worked as described, we had three sets of keys, and it is very close to the Latimer station.

Great location

We had a great stay! David was very responsive and provided very clear instructions for everything. The location was great, very convenient to the tube and a quick walk to Portobello Road. The apartment had everything we needed and was way more than enough space for our group (4 adults). Highly recommend!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this flat. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The living and dining room were large enough for all of us to congregate. The underground is a very short walk and there are 2 markets close by for incidentals. One stop on the underground and you are at the area mall.

Would not recommend

Flat is in north Kensington not Nottinghill as advertised. To start with positive was relative spacious and close to tube station. Now the negatives, which unfortunately were so many. Certainly was not what was advertised. Listing shows renovated, only room partially renovated is upstairs bathroom. The rest of the accomodation is dated, musty and dusty. Washing machine doesn’t work and left us with wet clothes on the day we departed. Carpet old, pulling away in sections, doors missing handles etcAppears to be social/community housing block of flats. Pile of Mail from revenue and customs and housing department. Limited restaurants nearby. Would not stay again or recommend.

Cozy flat

We enjoyed our stay because the cozy flat has 4 bedrooms, enough for our kids to get separate rooms. It is only one block from the tube and in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are very comfortable to hang out in. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor meals. Highly recommended!

London Break

A group of 7 of us stayed (girlie family break) for 3 nights. The owner was helpful with the booking from start to finish and answered any questions we had quickly. The flat is ideally located as it's a 2 minute walk to the tube station that takes you in and around London. The flat was clean and roomy for us all. We would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks again.

London Experience

We had a great stay in the beautiful city of London. The apartment was conveniently located in the near to the subway and shopping. The lively center of Notting-Hill is around the corner and 30 minutes to the city of London. The facility was complete and clean and easy to find. Check-in hassle-free. Provider with nice contact.

Spacious well situated flat in London

Efficient check in, good access to transport. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, dishwasher was broken( door). The flat met our needs but there are some things needing attention,( under kitchen sink/ we had to empty the vacuum before using it )

Spacious stay in London

Home was quite spacious and well-equipped. Easy access to the tube, local grocery stores and pubs. David was available with quick responses to questions. Unfortunately, while we were staying, David informed us that the following day he would have to be at the house between 1:00 and 4:00 with a contractor. This was not great for us as we were extremely tired and had hope to be resting in the afternoon. The following day, the door opened at 12:00 and in walked David. So we had to be out of our house from 12:00 onwards. I do think this was a one-off, but worth mentioning in the fact that it was very inconsiderate and inhospitable.

Good base for London explorations

We stayed here as a group of two families (4 adults, 4 children). The rooms set up is perfect for this kind of group: two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and roomy wardrobes, and two smaller rooms with bunk beds. (Please note, however, that while there are two WCs, there is only one shower.) When arriving at the property, if you are taking a car, direct the driver down Shalfleet Drive so you can drive right up to the front door; otherwise the location on Google maps drops you off across the square which is a super short walk, but not when dragging luggage. The location is great as a base for exploring London: a two-min walk to the tube, and then pretty much 30 mins by tube to anywhere you're likely to go. The ground-floor location was perfect to not have to drag bags up stairs (but note that the unit itself is a duplex). We did laundry once, using the washing machine, and dried the clothes on the provided clothes rack in the backyard. The fire alarm is quite sensitive, so be on standby to turn it off if cooking bacon or sausages, even with the exhaust hood on and window open. The host was very responsive and kind enough to stop by on the first day with a French press and to answer some questions we had about the property. Check-in was very smooth.

We left this rental after one night — not because we wanted to, but because we had to. The flat was completely uninhabitable and misrepresented in the listing. We had to find emergency accommodation due to unbearable conditions.The most serious issue was the incredible foul stench from the upstairs bathroom - a raw sewage-like smell that made us all physically ill. Even opening the door a crack was enough to gag. It rendered the bathroom completely unusable.There were rats, both alive and dead, just outside the entrance and around the garbage bins, making the property feel unsafe and unhygienic.Inside, a long list of issues added to the experience:* Unclean sheets with visible hairs* Thick dust on vents and baseboards* A constant beeping door alarm that wouldn’t stop* A broken clothes rack with plastic shards nearby on the floor* A dirty spoon on the floor from prior guest * Broken shower head * Uncomfortable mattresses, you can feel each individual springWe were traveling with young children and felt the environment was completely inappropriate for both health and safety reasons. We contacted the host to explain we had to leave early, but he has denied the smell entirely and downplayed concerns about cleanliness. This flat falls far below any reasonable living standards.

Location, location, location

The location was very convenient to the London tube. Two of the beds were uncomfortable to the point of not being able to be slept on. Other rooms, except the kitchen, were worn. Carpet on the stairs was worn and in one spot loose. While the convenience of the apartment was excellent the neighborhood was loud and raucous.

Wohnung nähe der U-Bahn mit Mängeln

Die Fensterfront bzw. Balkontüre im Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist nicht dicht. Im Winter äußerst störend zumal die Heizung auch nicht ständig läuft -> Erkältungsgefahr. Fenstergriff in einem Zimmer kaputt -> Verletzungsgefahr. Generell alles staubig. Nur ein kleines Badezimmer für so viele Personen. Abdeckung der Fluchtwegsbeleuchtung fiel mitten in der Nacht herunter. Matratzen zum Teil durchgelegen. Betten nicht Kingsize. Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht ordnungsgemäß. Kasten in einem Schlafraum fehlt. Es riecht modrig.
