A stunning and spacious home in Battersea just 10 minutes walk from the park and a 20 minute stroll to the famous Kings Road of Chelsea. Garden, yoga studio and luxurious kitchen, this house is a newly refurbed dream.
Great house well situated to transport, shops, central London. Newly & beautifully renovated. Host was a great communicator and all needs were catered for. Would stay again.
The home is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, stunning aesthetic. Communication with the property owner was incredible. Responded very quick. She helped us every step of the way, answering questions about London, helped us with rental car & parking. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants & grocery. I highly recommend this lovely townhome in London. Top notch experience.
My family and I stayed for a few days in June. The property was gorgeous with an adorable little back yard. The home was completely renovated and clean. A few doors down there was a nice pub we tried for dinner one night and it was an easy walk to the tube. There were also several restaurants and stores on the way to the tube so that was helpful. Would definitely stay again!
We had an amazing stay at Mellissa's property. She was super communicative, helpful, and the home was clean and beautiful. It was the perfect accommodation for our girls' trip to London.
Plenty of space. Lovely flat. Very nicely decorated and a pleasure to stay at. Convenient to rail station, so travel was easy! Really enjoyed our stay, and the host was in great contact regarding our needs.
Great stay and awesome attentive owner. Located within a mile from lots of restaurants abs within 3-4 miles from many of the main attractions. Very clean house. Worked very well.
House is in nice condition. Pub next door is good. Battersea Park near by great too. Good access to transport via Clapham Jumction and various bus routes.
Warm, cosy house. Great location to get anywhere by train. Great to stay In or go out to great restaurants . Be Mellissa is a great host. Small room in the back with weights was ideal for me.
Family of 5, and met everyoneâs needs. Very stylish and pictures are accurate. Mellisa was very accommodating and responsive.
If youâre travelling into london everyday, take the train! Just 2 stops and you will arrive at Waterloo station which is the london eye.
Would definitely book again.
I came to London for a week with my 5 month old son and husband and we needed a place to spread out and feel like home. It was our first trip with the baby and we made the best decision with this place. It was clean, spacious, and in a great area. It looks exactly like the photos of not better. Melissa was great with communicating and answering all my questions. I highly recommend!
Exactly as advertised - Stunning and Spacious w/ Amazing Host!
Mellissa was fantastic from day one which really helped in our planning and our excitement. There was an issue with VRBO and she was clear she would hold our dates for us. Eventually, that was straightened out and our stay secured. The home itself is lovely with plenty of room and accessories such as towels. The kitchen is a wonderful place to gather and plan the day over tea or relive the day over a glass of wine. Couch in tv room great for tv-watching. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well-lit. Felt safe and secure. A short walk up the hill and nice coffees and pastries and the bus stop. Uber to and from Heathrow a reasonable cost and easy. We would definitely recommend and will stay again.
This is a beautiful and clean house with a modern finish. Mellissa was a great host and was very responsive. She even allowed us to check in early, so my elderly parents could rest after a long overnight flight.
This is a tri-level home: kitchen and living space on the first floor, two bedrooms on the 2nd, and one on the 3rd. One of the rooms has a Murphy bed.
It was pretty hot when we arrived, so we opened our windows. She has two portable AC units to help you cool off, should you need them. One of the rooms faces a busy street, so you'll hear some road noise outside when you leave the window open.
The house is located in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe walking around. There are plenty of nearby stores and restaurants; in fact, there is a pub two houses down that was pretty good.
My wife and I have visited London regularly since 1988. (A total of 20 trips). This by far our best accommodations in London.
The five family members who stayed ranged in age from 30 to 70. Everyone agreed it was awesome.
To start off with the owner provides a detailed description of the property weeks prior to arriving. Including how to operate each appliance, check in, check out, the neighborhood, places to eat, places to shop. Thanks to her detailed outline, we easily Google Mapped all the places she described and made for an easy stay.
Beds, Baths, Kitchen, Living room were excellent. The outside patio was delightful in morning and evening. I did not use the workout room. When you walk 20,000 steps a day on vacation,I will skip my typical workout. Nevertheless the workout room is a great bonus and has excellent equipment.
There is a Pub a few doors down that is another great bonus. Food and beverage was fabulous and the staff awesome.
We will be back again!

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the listing lived up to the pictures. The facilities were very updated. The local pub was fantastic. It was also super easy to work with the owner was super easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.
Melissa was one of the best hosts we had the pleasure to stay with, she helped accommodate some requests we had and helped make our arrival with a toddler very easy.
Her house is beautiful and well designed that made our living, working and tourist agenda so easy.
Easy location to get around London, get supplies and go out as well as eat in and hang out.
I canât thank her enough and her home. Trully made our London stay and great experience
I bought the house back in 2008. In 2020 we did a huge renovation on the property extending it both out and up, bringing a lot more light into the house and giving it a modern but homely feel.
Battersea park is 10 minutes to your left and Clapham Common is 10 minutes walk to your right. My family are also from Hampshire and so that means my house was only a train ride away from the countryside was a real selling point.
