London Central (Jusqu'à 8) à seulement 15 minutes de Heathrow!

L'appartement est situé au-dessus d'un Showroom sécurité directement en face de Saint- Hôpital de Marie (où le prince George a récemment né!) et seulement une minute à pied de la gare de Paddington.

Il ya plusieurs vols d'escaliers à monter après avoir entré par la porte avant pour l'accès aux personnes handicapées ou âgées peut être limitée.

En entrant dans l'appartement, vous serez accueillis par carrelage noir et blanc, d'immenses fenêtres et le mur de brique exposée du salon / salle à manger. Une grande cuisine, bien équipée vous attend également. Nous venons d'installer une nouvelle salle de bains au rez de chaussée, avec douche, WC et lavabo! L'appartement est meublé avec goût avec tout nouveau, tout au long d'un mobilier moderne. Il ya une petite terrasse sur le toit pour le barbecue ou prendre le soleil (si le temps le permet). Nous demandons aussi que le tabagisme se limiter à ce domaine!

Jusqu'à un escalier vous trouverez les trois chambres, la salle de bains et un placard. Deux des chambres équipées de lits doubles, tandis que le troisième est plus petit et dispose d'un lit superposé (2 couchages). Étages à l'étage supérieur sont en bois franc sauf pour la salle de bain qui dispose de carrelage noir et blanc.

Éclairage encastré est sélectionnée dans tout l'appartement. Il ya le chauffage central, mais pas de climatisation. Dans les rares cas d'une vague de chaleur, nous allons vous fournir les fans! Un nettoyeur est disponible sur demande (à vos frais).

Si vous êtes partie d'un groupe plus grand, vous avez la possibilité de louer aussi notre prochaine propriété voisine qui dispose de 4 chambres et 2 bathroomss et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes!

Clean property - great location for getting around

I stayed here for a few days with my family, and the location is very close to Paddington station making getting around very easy. Property was also very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

A very comfortable, clean, two level flat in a super convenient location for our family of four. With Paddington practically across the street, getting around by transit was as good as it gets. Also, the flat is a short walk to Hyde Park or a 30 minute stroll across the park to Kensington and all the world-class museums! It really is perfectly situated, but the area may be a bit 'cosmopolitan' for anyone who hasn't visited London before or isn't comfortable in big cities. There are quieter/less busy neighbourhoods, for sure, but for easy access to to everything London offers this flat is hard to beat!Despite the heatwave during our stay we managed to stay fairly cool by managing the blinds and windows, but a mini-split AC on the second floor in this unit would make a world of difference as London gets warmer in summer than ever before.Communication with the host was excellent and we appreciated that they were able to help accommodate us dropping our bags off early while we waited for access. We'd definitely recommend this flat and will consider booking again in the future.

We loved the apartment! Great location, next to Paddington stop which takes you everywhere and also the express stop for Heathrow. Adrienne let us check in early which was perfect after a long flight from the US!! Walking distance to some great restaurants.

Great location

1 min walk to the tube, great coffee shops on the way and cute little flat we stayed in. Not huge for the 5 of us but comfortable. We were only there to sleep so no big deal. The washer/dryer wasn't great at drying but otherwise perfect stay.

Great location.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, just across from Paddington station. The place was clean,and check in was super great. The only issues that we faced were that the dryer didn’t work well, and that we came in the hottest month of the year and there was no AC. On the other hand, most places do no have AC, but we certainly noticed, due to the heat. We did not care about the street noise, but if you are sensitive to this, it might be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Central to everything and great London experience

We stayed from 9/20 - 9/24 2024. 5 adults. Friends and family... I recommend this as a great location for getting around London as the tube and train station at Paddington gets you everywhere. Clean, comfortable and airy. The downstairs living room and kitchen area were a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. All the small restrauants, pubs and stores near by, filled our needs. The stairs will keep us young and healthy!! Thank you Adrienne and family for a memorable stay.

Perfect London Retreat Near Paddington Station

This VRBO gem exceeded our expectations in every way. Located conveniently near Paddington Station, this modern and sleek apartment offered comfort and convenience. Three nice bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, our family felt right at home. The property was very clean and nicely maintained. Its prime location made exploring London a breeze, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay – highly recommended for anyone looking for a centrally located retreat in the heart of London

Great for a family of 5

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The boys (ages 13 & 10) shared the bunk room, my daughter had a room and then my husband and I had our own space. The 2 showers and bathrooms were great and very clean. The location was excellent for touring since the train and tube are a 2 minute walk. Also very convenient to little stores for quick breakfast/coffee, snacks and close to a few pubs. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Paddington

We recently stayed here in Paddington and truly enjoyed our stay. The place had enough space for a family of four (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and had all the conveniences of home (washer and dryer). We especially liked its proximity to Paddington Station which made our inbound from and outbound back to Heathrow very easy even with luggage in tow in addition to being a major hub for the Underground. Every day we would come out of the station and be able to pick up food and snacks at the M&S Food/Sainsbury’s at Paddington Station and be back home in minutes. The local area also had many, many dining options and were 20 minutes away from the canals where we were able to catch a canal boat up to the Camden Market. Overall, the location was central to everything my family needed!

Perfect Location, Location, Location

This listing is all about the location. You'll practically be across the street from Paddington Street Station. There are small shops located next door for quick grocery needs and restaurants nearby. There are quite a few stairs so if you have a lot of heavy luggage or guests with difficulty climbing stairs, just be aware. The listing says 6 and although six can stay here it depends on two people sharing two double beds (what Americans consider full size beds). While there is a pull out sofa that is off limits for a bed. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soaps and this is definitely a no-frills rental. Also, my American friends, washcloths are conidered personal hygiene items in Europe, so bring your own. Much more reasonable than a hotel and again, the location was fabulous and the owner very responsive.

Paddington

Location is great for access to the tube and Paddington station, however, it’s a busy street and across the street from the hospital which meant hearing loud sirens and road noise. The big windows in the living room are old so do very little to dampen sound. But the bedrooms have new windows and are not oriented toward the street so the noise was much less. After being there a couple days we made a couple suggestions to the host about things the flat should have to improve the stay for the next guest; like clothing hooks in the bedrooms because between the three bedrooms there are only two chest of drawers and one wardrobe cabinet, NO closets so have clothing hooks in each room would be very helpful. We also suggested a coat rack, sofa blankets and steak knives and to my surprise the very next day they were all delivered to our door! So nice!!! The internet was absolutely awful. We were there 9 days so it was very frustrating but host said it was due to an outage in the area. It never improved during our stay. I wish there were more cleaning supplies for guests… when you are there a long time there’s a need to vacuum, wipe down bathrooms, etc but the only cleaning supplies were a few thing kitchen supplies. Ate Mikey’s fish and chips on the block right around the corner. It was great! Ate at Paramount Lebanese Kitchen near by and our whole family loved it! Delicious! DO NOT MISS the hidden “Little Venice” a block away… google it! Having it’s beautiful new open spaces and new buildings and businesses was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the Paddington area.

The apartment is perfectly organized and equipped. Adrienne has been extremely reactive and helpful. Any small issue has been fixed straight away. Location is very convenient with useful buses in front of the building, underground very close to go anywhere in London. Really a nice place

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, il est spacieux, bien situé juste en face de l’arrêt de bus et près du métro. Excellente adresse

L appartement est très très bien situé : 3mn de la gare de paddington et de deux lignes de métro : circule line et bakerloo line. Plutôt calme dans une rue plutôt commerçante, l appartement est très bien équipé et la literie est parfaite. Les informations fournies par mail par Maria (nous ne nous sommes pas vus) étaient très claires. Ce fut un séjour enchanteur à 10mn des écureuils et des perruches de hyde park ! Je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

Appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L' appartement est très bien situé proche de la gare de Paddington et de la station de métro. Des restaurants tout à fait convenable se trouvent à proximité. L' appartement en lui-même est relativement calme, très lumineux, suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 ados). Seul point négatif, les matelas des 2 chambres doubles sont particulièrement inconfortables (ressorts qui rentrent dans les côtes !) et mériteraient d'être changés. Les matelas des lits superposés sont en revanche très confortables. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en lieu sûr si arrivée avant que le logement soit disponible ou pour un départ tardif. Ce qui très appréciable. Merci à Maria (housekeeper) pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement.

Great holidays

We stayed 4 nights in Paddington and it was really nice. The maisonnette is well located close to paddington station and several lines of the tube. There are many restaurants with take away in the area and groceries. We were 4 adultes, 2 children and a baby and it was well furnished. Maria and team are really nice and available for questions. We recommend this location.

We had a great stay in Paddington. We had two kids under 5 and the bunk beds worked well. It’s a lot of stairs to get to the flat, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook dinner and enjoyed the quick access to several grocery stores. The washer, dryer and clothing drying rack were also very helpful to have.

We had a nice stay in London. The place was clean and spacious and served our needs just fine. The furniture was functional, but not top-of-the-line. The down sides were that it was right on Praed Street (and it could get loud at night) and it was over Paddington Station (so we could hear/feel trains rumbling - although they were muted). The location did help us access the Tube and other Rail options quickly, though. Also, the unit doesn't have AC (which I missed in the listing). It did get a bit stuffy in August. We opened the windows, but it was hot.All that said, for our family, it was a nice home base for our week exploring London and its environs.
