This spacious 2BR apartment includes 2 sunny balconies - great for dining in warm weather - and ready, secure access to the street, pool and garage. It is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the train station, le Suquet, the promenades of la Croissette and its beaches. Stephen was a perfect, helpful host, communicated rapidly and ensured everything was perfect. We valued the assistance of Mme Giro, the building manager, who was always ready to help & advise. The apartment is well equipped for long term stays - super kitchen, beach etc - and with smart TVs & quality appliances.
Well kitted out flat. Lovely large lounge/kitchen diner area along with 2 balconies. The larger spots 6 easily in addition to having a sun lounge lr on it with space for an airer too. 7 mins walk to the main shopping street where there are loads of eateries, Rue dâAntibes and around 10 mins to the main beach. Beds very comfortable with air con throughout the flat and shutters so excellent sleep had by all. Agree it is a surprisingly peaceful area of Cannes. Only a 7 mins walk from Cannes station with a suitcase. Lots of food shopping within 7 mins walk including fishmonger, food market, Market Gambetta and a mini carrefour. We loved the appartment and Cannes. Great vibe.
Lovely clean and well-appointed apartment. Very secure building and car parking space. Great location - 5 minutes walk from the train station (we caught the train to Nice). 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again if ever back in Cannes.
The apartment looks brighter than it acctually was and the outside area is over a road junction which wasnt a main rd but still noisey. Supermarket is lical which was giid but the local area isnt great
The owner, Stephen was an excellent communicator, very quick responses to any question. The apartment was as advertised, and surprisingly quiet. Great basement car parking as parking on street in Cannes can be problematic, so, all in all, a lovely apartment.
Appartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and located conveniently close to the railway station and town centre. The entire block is scrupulously clean, due, mainly to Corrine, the wonderful on site caretaker who is an absolute gem. I must also mention and thank our host Stephen. We loved your home and your help and hospitality.
The apartment is very well-located in a residential area of Cannes and just a short walk to the beach, railway station and restaurants. It was very clean and well-maintained and we particularly appreciated the Neff cooking appliances. The swimming pool was larger than we expected and the underground parking was a bonus. Altogether, an excellent location for exploring the region.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll, wir haben auf sĂ€mtliche Fragen eine prompte Antwort bekommen und er hat sich schon vorab super um uns gekĂŒmmert. Die Betreuung vor Ort lief ĂŒber Madame Giro und auch sie war groĂartig!
We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad in het appartement. Mooi en schoon appartement met nette keuken met vaatwasser. Er was een airco en wasmachine en droger. Overal waren er rolluiken zodat het lekker donker was in de kamers als je dat wilde. Het treinstation was 4 minuten lopen, supermarkt en bakker waren heel dichtbij en la croisette lag op 10 minuten lopen. Nadeel was dat er geen vaste ligbedden en parasols bij het zwembad waren. Er waren wel 2 klap ligbedjes op het balkon die je mee heen en terug kon nemen naar het zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezichtigen van steden als Nice, Antibes en Monaco.

The Residence is modern (built 2006-7), with swimming pool set in a small garden, garage for car parking and lift. Our apartment offers a feeling of space and style, in a corner location on the first floor of the Residence, with windows and terraces looking south and west. The apartment has modern facilities including aircon and central heating. Ideal for up to 4 people (4 single beds).
It is a special feeling to step out of the front door of the Residence on to Rue Sergent Bobillot in the morning, and to choose between 3 bakeries, each within 2-3 mns by foot. After breakfast on the sunny terrace, it is time to stroll down to the Croisette with its beaches and the Palais des Festivals (7-8 mns by foot). In the height of the summer, relax in the beautiful pool belonging to the Residents, and enjoy sitting on the terrace your own meal cooked with ingredients from Cannes' local markets !
