Confort auto-proclamé 5 étoiles, avec l'hospitalité du Mid Southern, vous vous sentirez chez vous avec une bonne nuit de repos. Café dans la même rue et à distance de marche de grands bars et restaurants et à moins de 10 minutes de quoi que ce soit Nashville. Bienvenue!

La maison est adaptée aux enfants. Les animaux sont répertoriés comme autorisés, mais uniquement pour les petits chiens qui sont approuvés (des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer). NON FUMEUR S'IL VOUS PLAÎT !! Il y a un espace de vie extérieur que vous pouvez fumer. Pas de garage mais espace pour deux voitures et parking facile dans la rue. Faites attention aux voisins. La capacité maximale à tout moment est de 10, sauf approbation contraire. Nous vous demandons de sortir les poubelles et de les recycler si nécessaire dans les bacs extérieurs.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres (toutes à l'étage):

Toutes les chambres avaient une télévision à écran plat

Grande grande terrasse avec des meubles qui en font un grand espace de vie extérieur. Le rez-de-chaussée ressemble à un grand espace ouvert long qui comprend une grande cuisine améliorée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Salle à manger attenante pouvant accueillir 10 personnes facilement et espace de vie avec un grand canapé sectionnel. La superficie totale est d'environ 2150 mais semble beaucoup plus grande.

Best time in Nashville!

The home was gorgeous! Everything was absolutely perfect for our trip. The owner was supper accommodating and even left us a bottle of champagne to help my wife and I celebrate our anniversary. Great time, great house we will definitely stay again.

The perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood.

Everything about this home is wonderful. It's new, spacious and in a great neighborhood. The owner is extremely friendly and hospitable and I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Nashville.

Perfect home!!!

This place is close to perfect!! Great home, amazing deck, and great location. We had 3 couples staying for the weekend and we all loved it. Will definitely be back!! Thanks again Debbie and Matt!!!

We thoroughly loved the house...definitely felt like home away from home. The location was close to good restaurants and attractions in the city and suburbs. Deb and Matt were very helpful and flexible with the check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. We all thought we would be happy to stay there again if we very get to Nashville, and would also recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location!

Matt and Debbie were more than accommodating and the house was both beautiful and cozy. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door and there was more than enough room for three couples to be comfortable and have their own space. The location and neighborhood were perfect as you are a ten minute Uber to anywhere in and around the city or you can take a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and retail areas. We would highly recommend the home and location and thoroughly enjoyed our fourth of July trip.

Super clean and comfy. Great location.

Pictures are 100% accurate. Felt at home right away. The layout is perfect for spending times with friends as well as having your own space. Nice to be in a cute little town where we could get away from the big city when we wanted to and still be able to walk to local bars and restaurants. Deb was a great host as well. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home and return to this house in a heart beat!

Great place to stay when traveling to Nashville!

This property matched all our wants/needs when traveling to Nashville for the first time. There was six adutls who stayed here, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean, roomy, cozy, and all around had a wonderful atmosphere. There is also an outdoor space which we utilized every morning to have our coffe. We always ubered to downtown Nashville which was only a 5 minute ride. There are also restaurants and little shops within walking distance. The owners are great to deal with and very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling to Nashville..

Clean and Spacious

Nice, quiet neighborhood for a week stay catching up with friends. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, spices which made the stay even better since we are avoiding dine-in during this recent surge. Was a little mis-communication on check-in procedure but easily resolved. Debbie and Matt were very responsive and helpful leading up to check-in; once we were in no assistance was needed as everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend this place to a family or group of friends.

Great home and location!

We have rented several VRBO’s in different locations and this absolutely tops them all. Beautiful home in a great location. Very spacious and perfect for families and friends. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked which we rarely find in other locations. Great to be able to have everything you need. There were even chilled beer glasses in the freezer! Debbie, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond other managers/owners to ensure that we had a great stay. The house is exactly as stated in the ad. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be back to stay again!

Perfect in every way, from location to the personal touch of the owner

This home is nearly brand new. The place was spotless at check in and the personal touch that Debbie gives to her guests is exceptional. A large chalkboard on the wall welcomes you personally and has info about the closest stores, restaurants etc. There was even fresh cookies and cupcakes for us weary travelers upon our arrival. Living room and all 3 bedrooms had large screen HD TV'S though with all that is Nashville just minutes away, TV wasn't on our list of things to do. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Uber is the way to go downtown though as parking is pricey there. So much of necessities were already in the house, we were amazed. Previous guests left non perishables and condiments and we did the same. You could never go wrong renting The 401 Nasty!!!

Fantastic property in East Nashville!

The 401 Nasty exceeded all of our expectations. This superb property was clean, expertly decorated, and superbly equipped. I have never stayed at a property where the owners left us a delicious pie to enjoy on our arrival. The wifi was strong and fast. It was equipped with direct TV with whole house DVR. As we stayed here Thanksgiving week that was crucial to record the parades, the day show, and football and prevent any arguments about what to watch or when to have dinner. Three spacious bedrooms let six people share the house comfortably and the incredibly well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare a feast for 8. The large table allowed all to sit comfortably and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. We also took advantage of the beautiful deck and gas grill. The neighborhood is fantastic for the walks we needed after gorging and is close to everything. This well built, superbly equipped property is the perfect place for gatherings in East Nashville.

Beautiful place, perfect location

Deb was a wonderful host and she communicated with us even before our trip began to make sure we would have a great stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, and it’s exactly like the pictures show. The location is perfect and most attractions are within 15 minutes of driving distance. We attended my daughter’s graduation at Vanderbilt and were grateful that we had a lovely place to relax and recharge every night.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, lots of supplies to make the stay comfortable, and great communication from the host. It was really easy getting ubers to pick us up to bring us downtown and we were close enough to walk to the Kroger for groceries. The neighborhood was very charming.

The house is beautiful, updated with tasteful decor and SUPER clean! The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing communication and are just a text away if there is anything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again if/when we go back to Nashville!

The Home Owner (Debbie or 'Mama') was born (1965) and raised in East Nashville and has seen all the changes. After an unexpected passing of Debbie's mom (Peggy) in 2009 she followed Matt (Homeowner) to AZ. East Nashville is still home to Debbie's family so this home represents Debbie's return.

East Nashville has recently been given the name "The East Nasty."

This Historic neighborhood began very suburban & family friendly but became very distressed and run down. Now truly historic, the revitalization of East Nashville has been a testament to the city's growth. From the Nasty (literal meaning) and NOW the place to live and play - 'The East Nasty' Name was born. Even some local businesses have taken on the name.
