LUXURIOUS & SPACIOUS TOWN HOME built in 2021 with 3300 Square Feet, 4 Large Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, Rooftop Deck, Screened Porch and a Detached Garage. Located in the Edgehill neighborhood nearby to the downtown district and main attractions - 1.4 miles to the Music City Center, 1.5 miles to the Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium and the Lower Broad Entertainment District, 1 mile to Geodis Park, 1.2 miles to the Gulch, .8 miles to Belmont University & 12th Avenue South, and 1.2 miles to Hillsboro Village & Vanderbilt University..

The “Beech House” is the perfect home for family gatherings, reunions, couple’s weekends, business groups, concerts, sporting events, graduations and relaxation.
Enjoy the designer finishes while relaxing on the screened-in porch, or move up to the rooftop deck in this spacious and comfortable home. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining room table and four at the large kitchen island. You ‘ll also find a nice gas grill next to the adjoining screened porch and courtyard

Located on a quaint boulevard in the heart of Music City, close to all of the main attractions in Downtown Nashville. Street parking is available along with a private garage. With most of the main attractions close by, one can easily enjoy a no-stress and short Rideshare for typically less than the cost of most parking areas.

We LOVED our stay! The home is spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Every detail about this home is impressive! It is beautiful inside!! Best VRBO ever!!!

We knew the property was gorgeous from the photos that were posted on line. But seeing it in person, it was so much more beautiful! It was so spacious for the 6 of us, beyond clean, very well stocked kitchen, the most comfy beds and 2 terrific outdoor spaces to relax! I could go on and on....definitely an 11 out of 10 and can't wait to go back to Nashville and stay here again!!

Great Rental!

We spent 4 days for our daughter's graduation and this house was perfect. Clean, wonderful layout, great amenities, and proximal to Vanderbilt. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in Nashville!

We could not recommend staying at The Beech House more! Jeff & Joanna were the best hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The home was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need out of a vacation rental and was impeccably clean. We would definitely stay here again!

What a terrific place to stay! We were here for a 60th birthday celebration weekend. From the very beginning, Jeff was very responsive and helpful, answering question quickly and providing us with suggestions for our stay. The property was spotless, spacious and well decorated, well stocked with everything you need and just a wonderful spot to spend time with friends. The location was perfect—close to downtown but far enough away to not be crowded or noisy. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Everything was great - beautiful house, large rooms, lots of common area on the first floor separated from the bedrooms, very clean, and in a great location. They thought of everything you could possibly need and the house was perfect for a week in Nashville. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay for Graduation

Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Belmont. Any Belmont parents looking for a place to stay, you cannot do any better. Sleeps 8 very spaciously and Jeff was very flexible working with us and our needs.

Loved the house !

The house was beautiful! All up to date. So much space and great outdoor balcony space to hang out. Close to downtown! The host was very accommodating and communicative. Def recommend!!!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Beautiful, well appointed with 2 wonderful outdoor spaces. Hosts are great with communication and wonderful to work with. Our group of 3 couples all loved this property. I highly highly recommend booking this place

Beautiful home in great location

We loved this exceptionally beautiful house with more than enough room for our family group of 8. The size and flow of the kitchen, dining room, and living room was perfect for a family gathering. The bedroom were all spacious and comfortable. The bedroom with the futon is just right for a couple with a young child. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the screened porch and evening drinks on the third floor balcony with fireplace! Everyone commented on how quiet the house was at night and how comfortable the beds were. The location was perfect - about 10-15 minutes to drive to: Country Music Hall of Fame, the Opry, Vanderbilt, and Centennial Park and the Parthenon. We also had a special family birthday dinner at Harper’s (also 12 minutes away). The owners live right next door and offered any help we needed, but we didn’t have any problems. All in all, an excellent experience.

House was beautiful. Clean and everything you could possibly need. Nice to be close enough to the craziness of Broadway but be able to come home and sit on the rooftop porch in front of the gas fireplace

Girls' Trip

We stayed at the Beech House for a girls' trip. There were 4 adults. The property is stunning and absolutely spotless. There has been nothing that has been left to chance. Every appointment is beautiful and it is clear that the property is being cared for with great pride. We drove our personal vehicle and took Ubers and everywhere we wanted to visit was within a 10-15 minute drive. The neighborhood is safe and we felt very secure staying at the home. If you have any reservations about staying at the Beech House, put them aside. You'll never want to leave!! Thank you to our hosts for a lovely backdrop to a weekend filled with forever memories.

Commodious and Gorgeous Townhouse Only A Few Minutes from Downtown Nashville

The nice photos of this beautiful townhouse do not do justice to this gorgeous home. My family of seven, 3 generations - ages 75 to 23, all enjoyed our time at the townhome. Staying here was so much better than four hotel rooms providing us with much more quality time together! Morning breakfast conversation around the dining room table was “how comfortable our beds were!” To the delight of 6 coffee drinkers there was plenty of coffee (regular/flavored) for them to enjoy for 3 mornings! The townhouse was near to a bakery, which we walked to and purchased a delicious cake. A grocery store was not far which we took an Uber to. Jeff, the host, was extremely responsive to all my questions and messages before we arrived, during our stay, and after our visit! All of us agreed we would enjoy another visit to this wonderful townhouse in Nashville! It was the perfect location to meetup with family from upstate New York, northern Virginia, and the Atlanta metro area!

Amazing property

Our group of 8 came to Nashville to celebrate a 50th birthday and stayed at Jeff's townhouse for 4 nights and it was perfect! Jeff was very responsive and provided instant response when we needed something ( like a mixing bowl and a water jug). The check in was super easy and we had no issues parking on the street out front (just be aware of the water hydrant out front). He also came over to reset the fridge when a power outage occured. The place was large and in immaculate condition. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. The place was only a $8 - $9 Uber ride to downtown so transportation was never an issue (not worth parking downtown). A 5 star accommodation all the way!
