Roman Holiday vous présente l'appartement pour de courtes locations de vacances. La particularité de l'appartement Vacanze Romane est la reproduction du célèbre masque de marbre `` Bouche de la vérité '', situé à Rome et surtout connu pour son apparition dans le film Roman Holiday de 1953. Adjacent à la fontaine de Trevi dans un bâtiment historique de 1900 juste élégamment rénové avec une attention particulière aux détails, c'est un emplacement exclusif! Idéal pour 1 ou 2 familles avec enfants, lune de miel ou voyage d'affaires.

Vous serez accueillis avec une bouteille de vin traditionnel italien au cœur de Rome, à côté de la fontaine de Trevi. Proche des principales attractions, l'appartement fait partie d'un bâtiment historique avec un accès facile (quelques marches) au 1er étage. La maison a été récemment rénovée dans un style classique et moderne. L'appartement de 100 m² dispose de deux grandes chambres doubles lumineuses avec climatisation et télévision à écran plat et décorées de poutres apparentes; deux salles de bain avec douche et bidet, décorées d'un ancien mur de briques; et un salon confortable avec un canapé-lit séparé de la cuisine totalement équipée: vaisselle, machine à café, micro-ondes et bouilloire. Lave-linge et sèche-linge sont disponibles gratuitement.

Nous offrons des services supplémentaires, tels que le nettoyage quotidien, les transferts depuis / vers l'aéroport, un guide touristique en plusieurs langues, un baby-sitting, un dîner personnalisé à la maison préparé par un chef italien qualifié selon vos besoins.

Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour donner des informations et résoudre tout problème. Toutes les suggestions sont les bienvenues afin d'améliorer la qualité de notre service et vos vacances!

Appartement agréable, très bien placé, tout équipé y compris le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Seul bémol l'isolation phonique d'une des chambres donnant sur la rue (fenêtre en bois laissant passer le bruit)

Fab apartment in great location

We loved this apartment which is close to the Trevi fountain. Good air con, three bedrooms (though one would otherwise be the lounge), large rooms and a washing machine/dryer. It needed more crockery and cutlery and some capsules for the coffee maker would have been nice. Apparently we were the last guests before it changes hands so not sure it will be listed again.

Good space in an Amazing Location.

The property worked well for us. Next to Trevi, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable. I would suggest the following: a coffee maker that uses standard pods (or supply pods to guests), make a small guide book with information on how to work the washer and dryer combo and start the burners on the stove. Also, for showers, the water changed temperature a lot, which wasn't the best experience. There's no light in the hallway leading to the apartment. We used flashlights on our phones. Even with those issues, we'd still stay here again for the value in this location.

We stayed 3 days in July 2023. Pros: located next to Trevi fountain, plenty of restaurants, sites, shops, etc. Condo was huge and clean, owner provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen adequately equipped. Cons: AC only in two main bedrooms, not enough to cool off entire condo, kitchen faucet was broken, washing machine only had hot water, shower doesn’t drain well when using the rain shower head, kitchen chairs creaked a lot, location was central, however food deliveries to restaurants started around 6:30 am so cannot sleep in. Finally hallway light never worked, was pitch black. Still would recommend due to convenient location to walk and explore.

Perfect location!

This apartment is super central to most things in Rome. We easily walked to everything except the Vatican City, which made it the perfect location. Apartment was large enough to fit 6 of us! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Location

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and we walked everywhere, even with two kids. It was very hot in Rome while we were there, but the A/C worked great and the location allowed us to return and take a break when necessary. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Great spot close to Trevi!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was plenty of space for our family of 5. Lots of great restaurants close by. We slept in the master bedroom, and it was completely soundproof despite being so close to everything.

Trip to Rome

Everything was wonderful in the apartment. They let us leave our bags early (for a small fee) so we could hit the ground running and begin to sightsee. It was very close to the trevi fountain but on a side street which made it quiet. There is a very sweet little restaurant was across the street (piccolo arancio) which had amazing pasta. The only issue was maybe the kitchen needed a few more amenities. Would totally recommend and would stay again.

Good location but not worth it

Although the location is good, very close to the Trevi Fountain, the flat itself was dissapointing. The WiFi did not work (host promised to get it fixed but never did) and there’s very poor Cell signal due to the house being old, so prepare to be offline at least at home. One of the bedrooms had windows which were not renewed so it was pretty bad to sleep in - there’s lots of noise coming from outside. The shower was a challenge to use - water was changing from hot to cold every 15secs. If you plan on enjoying a glass of good Italian wine while at home, bring your own glasses - there’s 1 (yes, one) wine glass in the kitchen. Overall - the flat actually doesn’t have a living room - so there’s no nice and cosy place to hang out - you either sit at the kitchen table or in one of bedrooms. All in all - we won’t consider staying here next time we come to Rome - it’s way too overpriced for what you get out of it.

The property needs some maintenance and upkeep done on it. I feel that we left it cleaner when we left than when we got it. The hot water didn’t stay consistently hot and the coffee maker couldn’t find pods for it at the local co-op grocer. There are really only two full bedrooms with a pull-out sofa that is for use which leaves zero living space for a family to sit together. There was so much noise from other tenants and street noise which made it hard to sleep. Ultimately it worked out as we needed our own room for us and my mother but wish we could’ve been more rested on this trip.

So close to Trevi

Trevi every day! Missing a few minor things but a nice stay. No kitchen towels, no paper towels (napkins), no real cookware, coffee machine looked dirty and kettle had layers of sediment-unable to use the two. Floor was a little dirty. Overall a nice stay, needed ear plugs for second bedroom but 1st bedroom windows were upgraded so level of noise was acceptable.

Comunicación pre check in was great, una vez ahí él estaba muy apurado, no sabía nada sobre los amenities de la casa. Coffee maker non funcionaba, stove without instructions and dish faucet was broken, when we realized I texted him but never replied me back. WiFi the worst we had in our trip. Location is great and apartment is spacious, 2 big bedrooms and Extra area with sofa bed. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Trevi Fountain Flat

Amazing location steps from Trevi Fountain on side street. Our flight was early and there was no line at customs so we were hours early; property owner and manager were very accommodating in letting us check in early. Two big bedrooms, two full bathrooms and A/C in the flat! One mixup on towels due to our very early arrival, but all in all a great experience.

Incredibly charming

Incredibly charming Perfectly located in the heart of Trevi fountain neighborhood on a cobblestone street directly across from a delicious Italian restaurant. Comfortably accommodated three adults. Gracious host. Would not hesitate to return to this delightful home. You will not be disappointed.

Perfectly located apartment, excellent for family of 5.

We were shocked at how large the flat was! Especially since it was a stones throw from the Trevi Fountain. We were a family of 5 (a couple, two 9 year olds and a grandma) and we’re very comfortable. The two bathrooms were a big help. It was so close to everything, we basically walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment for a group of up to 6 and would 100% stay here again.
