L’appartement a été entièrement rénové et peut accueillir jusqu\'à 5 personnes. appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour , l'appartement est bien situé, la literie confortable, et même si le quartier est très animé l'appartement est bien insonorisé. Juste un petit bémol la salle de bain est un peu vétuste elle demanderai à être refaite.

Perfect location & adorable apartment

Before coming to Rome, it was important to me to be centrally located, and I couldn't think of a better place than Piazza Navona. This apartment is right around the corner and Piazza Navona served as a perfect map look-up when we lost our way. Our host was very attentive and helped carry our luggage up the steps and he had a map out on the table showing us the different places to go. Check in was simple and our host was accommodating. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment, especially if you want to be near a lively and diverse Piazza. The only downside was the very small shower and very small elevator - although my husband and I laughed hysterically when we squished into the elevator together. All and all, I would definitely recommend. :)

Not as pictured

The location was great, easy access to lots of attractions but the apartment is very very dated. The bathroom sink looks like it’s falling apart and the glass sink looked nasty after the first day- you can’t use the air and other appliances at the same time, so no air and TV which was all the same since the TV didn’t work nor did the iron.

Great apartment in a great location. The check in and check out process was easy. Also the apartment is located on the 4th floor & the elevator was welcomed touch after walking 20k steps per day. Thank you.

Great location

The flat is in a great location close to the piazza with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped for a weekend break.

Beautiful Location in Historic Downtown Rome

This ideal location and quaint property was a highlight of our stay in Rome. The property manager was very helpful, and the property is within walking distance to quaint alleyways, cafes, and historic sights. Loved it!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Navona Square. The location was perfect and the checkin and check out process was smooth. Although the living area and kitchenette is a bit cramped, the primary bedroom and the loft are spacious and make up for it. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay and explore Rome.

Property was clean and tidy and centrally located. Communication with agency was great and they even organised a taxi from the airport which was very helpful. Would definitely return. (Perhaps softer pillows next time please!)

Great location, great host!

Perfect location to stay in Rome.Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, most attractions. Bus stop located nearby if you prefer not to walk. Host met us to hand over keys and provided us with a map and answered any questions we had. Lots of stairs and only one tiny elevator (1-2 persons or 1 person+luggage). Rooms was exactly as pictured, wifi and a/c available. Washer available with a drying rack. No issues or complaints and would book again on our next trip!

Three nights in Roma

Apt was comfortable. Adriano was very nice when checking us in. Loft bed mattress should be changed. Kitchen was very sparse and no freezer section in the mini fridg. Location is perfect. Less than 25 mins walk to almost everything you would want. Apt was very quiet and easy to sleep. Loft can get hot because the a/c is below it. The bedroom was good size and a/c worked well. Both a/c units made clicking sounds. I fixed both but next guests may have the same issue. Shower had great pressure and water was hot.

Perfecte locatie. Blij met de lift op vier hoog . De vide met het andere tweepersoonsbed ( 2 bedden en 2 matrassen) bleef wel erg warm ook met de airconditioning. Daarom hebben wij wel gebruik gemaakt van de woonkamer om in te slapen . Vriendelijke en behulpzame portier en host

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

This was a nightmare!!!! I booked with VRBO and received a confirmation number in March 2024!! When I arrived on my check in date, they had rented my apartment to someone else and had nothing available. I had to wait 4 hours with baggage in the middle of the tourist area waiting for another apartment. They placed me in this back alley apartment on the fifth floor of a narrow staircase which was more expensive than my original booking. The first night, the electrical circuit breaker tripped and the air condiioning did not work. Finally, realizing that all the appliances would trip if the A/C was one, we disconnected the refriderator, microwave and other appliances so we could use the air conditioer!! TRULY RIDICULOUS!!! We were told that the problem was with VRBO and that we had to get our original funds paid to the apartment back from VRBO. So we ended up paying extra for this apartment and it was crap!! In addition to the expense of the apartment, we had to pay extra for the cleaning service to come immediately and prepare the apartment. These people run a scam so do not stay with them. They manage many apartments so be aware. One tip off is that they require a deposit which they state is for any damage and will be refunded. It has not been refunded.

Perfectly Located!

Our family of four (including two adult sized teens) spent 5 nights in this apartment in Rome near Piazza Navona. We really enjoyed having a separate primary bedroom, pull out couch and loft space so that we could spread out. We were able to do laundry and set it out to dry on the rack provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. We were greeted by a host at check in who provided an orientation to the apartment and was available via WhatsApp for any other questions we had. We also arranged transportation to the airport through the host. The location was great for walking to all major sites with the added bonus of a taxi stand across the street. The air conditioning worked well on the hottest of days. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator which we used most of the time. The bathroom is small, but the shower, etc worked perfectly. We would stay in this apartment again!

Great place!

This was a great place for our family (all adults) to stay for a couple of nights in Rome. The communication with the property owners/managers was fantastic. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately, and even secured us a car from the FCO airport. Although we did not use the apartment for much more than sleeping and showers, the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked for small meal preparations. Yes, it is on the 4th floor, but there is a tiny elevator if you need it. Honestly, you can move up the stairs more quickly though. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment as well as it's location. We would stay there again.

Can’t beat this location

Loved location, communication, checkin process. Sweet space. Convenient fridge and laundry. Air conditioning unit made a loud clicking noise which made sleep difficult. Overall very good experience.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is lovely. Perfectly situated, walking distance to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Communication was excellent from the booking process, check in was efficient and everything was clearly explained. Airport transfers were also arranged which were perfect, waiting when we arrived at the airport and when leaving on the day we left. The apartment has everything you would need and was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfy after long days walking around the city.

A bit rustic but great location

Pros: Great location. Quiet. Small elevator for those with difficulties with stairs. Air conditioner. Adriano checked us in and was super pleasant to interact with! Good for folks who want no frills. Cons: The space feels dated and could use renovations. Sewer smell comes from bathroom (likely fixable by simply installing a P-trap to the sink plumbing). The loft stair railing is open and not safe for children or individuals that could fall. The cost doesn't match the value. Good to know for accessibility: There is a flight of stairs to get to elevator, and one step to enter the bathroom. Overall: Enjoyed getting to be in the center of the city sights, but the place would likely need upgrades or a price drop for me to stay again.
