Wonderful location to really experience Roman life. The only hiccup was a communication issue in that the 2nd bedroom was made up as a sitting room. We did require the 2nd bedroom and as soon as Francescoe was made aware of our need, it was quickly rectified. It is best to advise Francescoe of your bedding needs when you book to streamline check in. Simona handled the check-in and was very efficient and cooperative.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. Communication was clear ahead of our arrival, and the apartment was spotless. Simona was helpful in explaining anything we needed to know about the apartment and making sure the beds were set to meet our needs. The location was wonderful -- close to many big attractions and on the edge of a neighborhood that had good restaurants and shops that were less touristy. I hope you travel back to Rome in the future and would love to stay again!

The location great and only about 15 -20 minutes walking distance from all the attractions you would in Rome. There is a supermarket across the street and good restaurants just steps from the apartment.

Our family of five spent 3 nights here. We found the location great for seeing all the sights and walking around the city. The owner was so easy to communicate with and set up convenient transfers to and from the apartment. Originally we were going to try and drive to Rome but decided not to after discussing with the owner. And we are so glad we decided not to have the car! Also, the property manager Simona was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. She provided us with many great recommendations for food nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

Apartment has everything you could need for a short stay, although it is dated. The location is an ideal base for walking, just be mindful it's a busy city with lots of street noise, I wouldn't recomend for light sleepers.

Excellent location, Great host, Nice apartment ! Very well located apartment, close to Piazza Navona & the Pantheon (walking distance). It made it extremely easy for us to visit all the main sites.Francesco is an excellent & caring host. He communicated early in the booking process and through out the period until our stay and checkout, was very helpful. Mrs. Simona who helped us check in and settle in is also great and really made it super nice, acquainting us with the apartment and also great tips about the neighbourhood.The apartment itself is very nice, clean and well appointed.We had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment.
