À propos de cet hébergement

Notre maison Kailana a été récemment rénovée et décorée avec un beau goût tropical confortable. Il est situé dans un magnifique quartier en bord de mer à Kailua, Oahu. Il faut quelques minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Cette propriété est grande, calme et privée. La cour a des plantes tropicales luxuriantes qui entourent la maison.

La vue sur la chaîne de montagnes Koolau est incroyable depuis la véranda! Vous pourriez passer la plupart de votre temps ici sur la véranda en sirotant un café, un cocktail ou des grillades avec le grand gril à gaz.

La cuisine complète est magnifique avec des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable.

Il y a une douche privée extérieure chaude / froide pour que vous puissiez en profiter après la plage ou peut-être pour chaque douche!

Il y a un grand abri d'auto avec beaucoup de stationnement. La laveuse et la sécheuse se trouvent également ici.

Nous avons des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, une glacière et un parapluie pour vos journées à la plage.

Kailua est une ville merveilleuse et est à seulement 2 minutes en voiture ou pour une marche saine de 15 à 20 minutes. Vous trouverez de nombreux endroits pour dîner et faire du shopping ici!

family visit , have normally stayed at hilton in Waikkiki. house was in very close proximity to where family lives. The house was perfect, had everything you needed from suntan lotion to surf boards to beach towels. beautiful landscape, a great lanai that we used all the time. blocks from the beach - And a great job done by Katie. she really makes sure your stay is spectacular. and it was!

Amazing place

This house was our home for 10 days. Ideal size, location, beautiful garden, and walking distance to the beach. For runners, great location to run to Lanikai beach as well. My family of 4 (with 2 teens) was in love with this place. We hope to come back in the future. Katie, the contact person was super friendly and available. Mahalo 🌺

Cozy in Kailua

We spent a little over 3 weeks at the Kalama Tract rental with our two kids aged 3 and under. Our stay was fantastic. It was the perfect getaway house for our family. Absolutely loved the property with the gated yard and the outdoor shower. The 5-10 minute walk to the beach was awesome and the property had all necessary beach supplies. The inside was extremely cozy and had all the basics you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend opting for the portable AC units as they were a life saver at night in the bedrooms with how warm it was when we were there. Our host Katy was great, working with us when we needed to change dates, promptly answering any questions we had prior to our stay and checking in with us along the way. Rental instructions were simple and easy to follow. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would happily rent again.

Kailua

Excellent location and very clean. Less than 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. House was comfortable for the 4 of us and the outdoor shower was used a great feature and used a lot. As others stated it can get hot during the day but the AC units really helped. The beach chairs, umbrellas and boards were great to have access to. Highly recommend especially for those who want to stay outside of Waikiki area.

Home away from home

We usually stay with family on Oahu, but were in town for a wedding so everyone was full and we had to find a place for our family of four. This home was everything we needed and more. It was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach. We made full use of the kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space. Our kids loved looking for geckos in the yard. We appreciated the AC for the bedrooms during our July stay, so we could rest comfortably after a full day of boogie boarding or hiking. The fans kept the living room and kitchen comfortable. Katie was fantastic to work with; super communicative and helpful. If we need a rental on Oahu in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Cleanliness on point, plenty of beach going stuff for use making it easier than having to buy or rent, great location to stay away from busy busy Waikiki, with plenty of things to do on that side of the island and also short distances to more amazing sights and hikes.. All around great stay for price!!

Ruhe und Meeresrauschen!

Wir haben unsere Auszeit in Kailua bei Katie sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Katie war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Bei Fragen könnten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und doch unglaublich ruhig, in 6 gemütlichen Gehminuten waren wir am für uns schönsten Strand! Die Unterkunft selbst war für uns sehr geräumig, da wir nur zu zweit dort waren. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum zuhause sein benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Outdoordusche, die gemütlichen Stunden auf der Terrasse und das Meeresrauschen, dass und morgendlich geweckt hat! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt Katie, wir hoffen ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Kalama tract home in Kailua

Quiet neighborhood, security gate, close to beach. We enjoyed our stay in Kailua. The home was clean with a full kitchen and a big backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are thinking of booking, do!

This place is every bit as great as it sounds and looks, and then some. We really enjoyed it for 2 weeks with our 2 little boys. I don't have much to add to all the rave reviews, but I'll say that we really appreciated the gate... made it much less stressful to not have to think about kids running out into the street. Thank you for a great experience!!

Property and house are beautiful. Kitchen has basic dishes for meals. Host is helpful and responsive. Just one block from beach access lane. Beach lane is about a block long. Beach is beautiful. Perfect for long walks or swimming. Our daughter enjoyed using the boogie board, and beach chairs with shoulder straps are a plus. Perfect location close to the beach and town. We had a wonderful time. Would gladly stay here again.

Great privacy and short walk to beach

We have never stayed in Kailua before and loved the town. Many conveniences, places to eat and shopping. The house was a block away from beach access and there was a lot of stuff to use at the beach. It's a great beach for body boarding and walking. The house can get a little hot in the afternoon, I would rent the AC unit for sleeping but the outdoor space with the hammock and shower is awesome. It feels very private and comfortable.

Awesome Kailua

This house is ideally situated a block from Kalama Beach Park, on the quieter end of Kailua Beach. The house was quite hot during our August stay, so for summer stays you should consider renting the portable AC unit that is available at least for late summer stays (it is not included in the rental price, which I had not understood from the listing). The house is on a very quiet lot, shielded from most neighbors, but be aware that you are in a residential neighborhood and there may be noise; the next-door neighbors were hosting family and friends for a wedding so they had a few loud late night parties (“late” in Kailua is until 10:30/11). The house is amazingly well equipped - kitchen stuff, towels, toys, chairs, and boogie/foamy surf board. The outdoor seating and grill are wonderful, as is the outdoor shower. We loved staying here. Only real complaint is the internet service, which was out for a few days. This is typical of Kailua and likely not in the owners’ control, but a nuisance to be aware of nonetheless. Katie the manager is very responsive. Stay here to really feel like you are a Kailua resident. Mahalo!!!

Katie was wonderful to work with, she was very attentive and helpful. The house was exactly like the pictures posted. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! We cooked almost everyday and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware that you may need. The grocery store, Target and other restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away which was a plus! The outdoor shower was my husband’s favorite and said he wanted to install one at our home, lol. The only downside to this property is not having air conditioning. It got really warm in the house during the day (I will say it was hotter than usual during the first week of our stay, the last 4 days of our vacation was much better). We did rent the portable air conditioning unit and left it in our bedroom because it just wasn’t big enough to cool the main living space. This was a great option offered by the property owner. Overall, I would definitely stay in the wonderful little hideaway again. Thank you Katie for your hospitality 🌺

Perfect Kailua

Value: worth every penny Amenities: everything was top notch. Beds comfy, beach accessories available, perfect lanai. Property off set on deep lot with zero street noise. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Quick 3 minute walk to beach Katie was awesome and responded quickly when I was looking for suggestions. I will definitely stay here again. perfect in every way

comfy and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Katie is an excellent, responsive manager and was easy to communicate with at all times. The house is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the location is superb. We enjoyed the residential feel of the neighborhood and the house is well situated for privacy. A two block walk puts you on the beach, making multiple daily swims easy, and a 15 minute stroll puts you in the heart of Kailua. We also rented bikes which allowed us to quickly bike into town for any necessities as well as explore the area, including a few trips to nearby Lanikai Beach. We did have a little trouble with wifi a few times -- nothing huge but something to note if consistent, uninterrupted connection is pertinent (remote work or school). Regardless, we'd highly recommend both Katie as a manager and the rental as a place to enjoy and relax.

Loved this house, location was primo, home was private, beach was very close. The only drawback to this lovely home was no air conditioning. My trip might have been during the hottest July ever, so it might not always be this hot, but it was stifling. Be prepared! We still loved the house!!

Our family of four loved this house in Kailua! Well furnished and just the right size, the home is in great shape and has everything we could have needed. Location was great, with a short walk down to a quiet, beautiful beach. The manager, Katie, was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great hideaway!

Beautiful home, with everything you need for a great vacation. The beach towels and chairs were such a great touch! We walked to the beach several times a day. The beach is gorgeous. No rocks! Water was perfect. Great place to experience Hawaii!
