À propos de cet hébergement

Juste une promenade de deux minutes (75 verges) à la belle plage de Kailua en utilisant notre accès à la plage privée! Air conditionné et Wifi inclus. Cuisine et salle de bain entièrement neuves à la fin de 2018.

Ce charmant studio de 700 pieds carrés de style hawaïen présente des plafonds voûtés, une grande salle de bains carrelée et une cuisine, ainsi que de magnifiques planchers de bois partout. Il a une vue partielle sur l'océan avec de beaux alizés sur le balcon d'ardoise à l'étage privé. Le parking sur place est inclus.

Le studio est détaché de la maison principale, séparé par une grande cour. Il a une entrée privée et pas de murs partagés. Surnommé «The Treehouse» en raison des nombreux arbres environnants et de l'aménagement paysager de l'île.

Marchez vers le marché historique de Kalapawai, Bob's Pizza et Island Snow Shave Ice. Vous vous sentirez comme au paradis, entouré d'arbres tropicaux et de plantes de tous les types.

Love this place!

Excellent location and amenities. Couldn’t ask for a closer spot to the beach without being on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Near Beachfront Property

This second floor apartment studio with balcony/deck is three houses from the beach via a sandy walkway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near parks and shopping services. It is well-supplied, clean and tidy. We would return there in an instant.

Nice Treehouse close to the beach

We enjoy the stay in the Treehouse. Big enough for two poeple. Items for the beach all available.Everything is also available in the kitchenA small criticism is the bed, a bit too narrow and too soft for us. But that is of course a matter of taste.

Cozy apartment near beach

Comfortable above garage apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Kailua. Easy beach access. Walkable to markets. Access to the walking/bike path that connects Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach (1.1 mile walk, paved). Great sunrise views! Responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful location

The Treehouse is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and shops. Great jumping off point for island adventures or for just relaxing on the beach right out front. Will definitely be back!

Most excellent!

Description of the property was right on. Very short walk to the beach and sunrise everyday! Studio was very clean, had basic supplies and a small deck with seating which we used for every meal. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower. Short drive or walk to restaurants or shopping. 10 out of 10! Thank you!

The perfect place

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the quiet and beautiful space, and the closeness to the beach. This guesthouse has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom, so is even nicer. We look forward to staying there again!

Perfect Spot!!

This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!

Fantastic studio steps from the beach.

Hard to imagine a better place to stay in a beautiful studio with a nice deck with filtered ocean view and only about 30 yards to beach access path.

Birthday Getaway

This beautiful cottage felt like a home away from home, reminding my husband and I of our 1st apartment 22yrs ago. The beautiful walks on the Beach to view the sunrises every morning were spectacular, the shops are so close by and the neighborhood is so quiet that we would come back again. Tree house at Lanikai

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.

Clean, well-designed efficiency unit above garage with windows on three sides and fans if you like living tropical, and a functional air conditioning unit if you like/need that. Very close to the beach; off a main road. Parking for one car. Owner available via messaging and pleasantly responsive. Just perfect for my trip.

Wonderful property, close to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there. One note, the Vizio entertainment system is satisfactory, however, I would have preferred to have some local Honolulu TV channels besides the Vizio System.

Just a short walk to the beach

10/10 will definitely stay here again next time we're on Oahu. Just a short walk to the beach. So close we could see the water every morning on the great lanai while having bfast and coffee. Communication with Maureen was great. Quiet location/residential area. Has everything you need for your stay including things for the beach. A/C is a bonus.

This adorable unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, even all the beach toys like chairs, ice chest, beach towels, floaty toys and boogie boards! Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the very short walk down a private trail to a beach with the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

We love this rental!

This was our fourth stay in the treehouse, and it was heavenly, as always. Clean and tidy, perfect size for two people, and in a great neighborhood. You really can't beat this location, no matter what your plans are for your stay on Oahu. Easy, scenic, drive to the Norh Shore, 30 minutes or less to Honolulu/Waikiki, great hiking nearby. And Kailua Beach...wow! We spent more time on this trip just hanging out on he beach - talking to he locals, playing with their dogs - so very relaxing! Thanks, Maureen and Jeff, for another great stay.

Our favorite place to stay on Oahu!

This was our third stay in the "treehouse". Last year we rented elsewhere on the island and missed it so much that we had to come back. You can't beat the location: steps from arguably the best beach on Oahu, for starters. Far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki/Honolulu, yet close enough that you can get there in 30 minutes if you get a hankering for dinner at Duke's or want to do some serious shopping. The unit is the perfect size for two people, well appointed, and in a lovely neighborhood. Also, very attentive service from the property management company (we had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed immediately). I could go on and on; suffice it to say that we're already planning next year's visit...

Great Location!

We had a lovely stay here while enjoying vacation and traveling for work. We teleworked from the property for a couple days and found the WiFi and setup to be great. The location is so close to the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. Short drive into Kailua for additional services. Two things of note for others. The bed is on the softer side and there isn’t a dishwasher so dishes are hand washed. Whoever stayed before us did a so-so job with cleaning them, so we ended up having to rewash before using in some cases. In the scheme of things these were fairly minor and we loved staying here!
