Grande villa privée à Alhaurin El Grande avec piscine privée et salle de jeux

Cette belle villa est une grande propriété individuelle 5 chambres à coucher avec entrée électrique fermé et l'air con, (chauffage au gaz pour les mois les plus froids) offrant des vues sensationnelles sur la campagne et les montagnes. La villa a un sentiment de paix et de tranquillité, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. La piscine est équipée de chaises longues et de parasols pour les jours de farniente au soleil. Il ya un coin barbecue équipé d'un barbecue à gaz et à l'extérieur table à manger et un chapiteau pour vous garder dans l'ombre sur les chaudes journées d'été. Un petit verger se trouve au bas de la villa où les arbres fruitiers sont trouvés et vous êtes les bienvenus pour aider vous-même pour faire du jus d'orange fraîchement pressé pour le petit déjeuner du matin. Il ya une terrasse avec des sièges au large de la salle à manger / cuisine donnant sur la vallée parfait pour le brunch du matin. La villa dispose également d'une salle de jeux équipée d'une table de billard, tennis de table, fléchettes conseil et un certain nombre de jeux de société. Une station de jeu 2 avec un grand nombre de jeux est prévu pour garder les enfants et les adultes (!) divertir.

La Villa dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite par le biais et la télévision par satellite.

Il ya amplement de stationnement. La villa est sur 2 étages, l'étage principal comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon avec chambre de maître avec salle de bains et 2 chambres avec lits jumeaux (toutes les chambres sont équipées de teinturiers cheveux).

Conduit en bas sur la salle de jeux et possède également une chambre à grand lit et 1 chambre double avec un salon de détente avec porte patio donnant sur le jardin inférieur, une salle de douche et une buanderie avec machine à laver. La villa est idéalement situé pour toutes les principales zones touristiques, les activités et les terrains de golf dans Costa Del Sol et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une grande vacances Villa tout au long de l'année.

Lovely villa near Alhauran El Grande

Lovely villa - very well equipped and comfortable. Peaceful location with beautiful views towards the mountains. Great pool, big table outside, shady areas and useful games room. Only a short drive to the town which has a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Very spacious and lovely villa!

The villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very good communication with the host and when we had a problem with the aircon she fixed it straight away. We had an amazing time and I do recommend it.

Fun and easy holiday

We had amazing time in Alhaurin, the house is perfect getaway for large families or group of friends. It is equipped with everything necessary for relaxed and fun holiday, from the pool, barbeque, table tennis, even board games. Vila is spacious and in nice and quiet neighbourhood. Strongly recommended.

Lovely place and a good location for the beaches on the Costa and a really nice village of Alhaurin.

The villa is big, but is laid out perfectly with kitchen, living room and terrace all on one level. Plus the pool is a good size and a real sun trap! If you like sunbathing, you can bathroom from early morning to late at night. The pool is lovely and it's convenient to the terrace and a toilet for the wee ones. The BBQ area is really good and is set up for the business of cooking. I can't praise this villa high enough and if you have a large group it's great value.

Wonderful Villa and Location

The Villa was perfect from the welcome to the prompt response to any questions we had. The Villa was very well stocked with everything we would possibly need. The layout was great. The games room took us all back to our youth. The location so close to the village was really useful. Would recommend to anyone. Host and Villa exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Lovely Spring Break

We enjoyed a lovely week at Casa Del Valle. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean with a variety of outside seating and lounging areas. The pool too is excellent. It is short distance into Alhaurin with all its shops and restaurants etc. During the week we enjoyed scenic trips to Mijas and Benalmadena Pueblo(s) and to La Cala De Mijas where we took a lovely walk along the beach boardwalk to Riviera and back. All these (and Fuengirolla are less than 1/2 an hour drive. Sharon and Sue (our on-site contact) were easy to contact and helpful throughout. Thanks to both!

Really spacious villa with games room and views

We stayed for 10 days in July 2023. It was really hot so the large pool, games room and undercover areas were a real treat. It is too far to walk to any shops or restaurants so a car is needed. We found it close enough to other beautiful towns such as Mijas. There are some really nice golf courses within 20mins drive. The town itself has some lovely restaurants- our favourite being Santiago’s. The Villa itself was actually bigger than the pictures show and for a family of 5 there was plenty of space. The air con in most rooms could do with a service as did not work brilliantly but have us relief from the hit nights.

Family united in highly functional house, beautifully situated.

I was especially content with the fact that everything was in good shape and everything "worked". Not least the air conditioning.The house is very well equipped. One fell off just near two of us standing in the garden just under the balconny.

We visited for 12 days, and had an excellent time. The villa is exactly as advertised, and if anything larger in real life. There is ample outside room with a decent sized pool, very large bbq and outdoor seating area, large gardens, along with plenty sitting room on the wraparound porch. Internally there are five double bedrooms (one master) across two floors, three showers, four toilets. Good sized kitchen and indoor dining area, large lounge, and large games room (pool, darts, boardgames etc) downstairs, along with a further large room with a full sized table tennis table. There is a separate laundry room with plenty outside hanging space for washing.There is a long driveway with secure electric gates for privacy and security. The host is always contactable, and quick to respond.The villa is fairly unique in that is very quiet and completely private (i.e. no one can oversee you).The views from the villa are simply picturesque.Happy to strongly recommend this villa for family holidays, or a friends getaway.

An Unforgettable Stay – The Most Fully-Equipped Vacation Home We've Ever Experienced!

I recently stayed at this amazing house with my family, and I can honestly say it’s the most fully-equipped vacation home we’ve ever been to. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by everything it offers. There’s a ping-pong table, a pool table, a dart board, tons of board games – you name it! The BBQ area is absolutely fantastic, perfect for family cookouts and long evenings outside.It’s truly a place you never want to leave – everything you need for fun, relaxation, and comfort is right there. That said, if you do want to explore, the location is ideal. The house is just 5 minutes from town, where you'll find incredible shops, local charm, and everything else you might need.As a small note for improvement, we felt that the general cleanliness of the house could be better. It's not a dealbreaker at all, but with a bit more attention to detail in this area, the experience would be absolutely perfect.We had an amazing time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Can't wait to come back!

We loved the property. Loads of space. The pool was great and used alot. It wasnt heated but once you were in the water it was lovely. Games room was great. Home from home with kitchen amenities. Beautiful veranda for the evenings to watch the sunset. Tasty fresh oranges and lemons everyday from the trees in the garden. There are some ants about!Remote location and very private. Felt very safe there. A rental car is a must to get around. 35 mins to Torremolinos which is great for shopping, dining and lively atmosphere. Perhaps some up to date info about the town itself of Alhaurin el Grande. We only discovered the main area towards the end of our holiday. We would have definitely spent more time there if we had known it from the beginning. Would be useful to have google map links to places of interest.Our host Jo & caretaker Faye were very responsive to any queries we had. Its a beautiful Villa and we loved our stay there.

We had a splendid time in the house. The owner could not be any more kind and flexible. The property is really well equipped! Kids loved the pool area and all the water toys provided. All the bathrooms and toiles were clean. The house isn’t new so we didn’t expect to shine but we were trying to keep all the necessary rules to keep ants and bees out of the house. I must say the front patio is a top spot for a sunsets in May! Morning coffee with the mountain view - just spectacular. The location is a plus. Just couple minutes drive from La Grande , close to the airport, Malaga and 26 minutes drive from a beautiful pueblo Mijas. Fresh lemons and juicy oranges straight from the garden: top notch! Big plus for a gas barberque.If I need to mark anything negative, it would be stairs to the lower level. You just need to watch the small ones but they can use the lower entrance.We would definitely choose this relaxing location one more time if we decide to go to Malaga. Price matches the value.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, conforme à l annonce, coin piscine extra, point à améliorer : la literie, les stores dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas, pas de rideau occultant. Keine Kaffeemaschine, Küche nicht sauber, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach haben stark gerochen, Handtücher und Betten waren bereit. Geschirr Geräte teilweise sehr dreckig. Keine Seife in den Bädern. Die meisten Poolliegen gebrochen, teilweise Möbilar kaputt oder in schlechtem Zustand. Abflüsse haben stark gerochen, Wasserschaden im Multimediaraum.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für Ihr Feedback genommen haben. Es tut uns leid, dass die Villa nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, und wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen ernst. Wir sind jedoch der Meinung, dass einige Ihrer Punkte den tatsächlichen Zustand des Anwesens nicht korrekt wiedergeben. Während Ihres Aufenthalts wurden uns leider keine Mängel mitgeteilt, was wir bedauern, da wir uns sehr gerne umgehend um alle Anliegen gekümmert hätten. Unser Reinigungsteam bereitet das Anwesen vor der Ankunft jedes Gastes gründlich vor und reinigt es. In allen Badezimmern steht Seife bereit. Auch die Anmerkungen zu den Abflüssen sind uns nicht ganz klar, da keine Probleme gemeldet oder festgestellt wurden. Im Spielzimmer entstand in der Woche vor Ihrem Aufenthalt ein Wasserschaden durch ein geplatztes Rohr. Dieser musste vor der Reparatur trocknen, und wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Leider hat die Gruppe vor Ihrer Ankunft einige Gartenmöbel stark beschädigt, sodass wir diese nicht rechtzeitig für Ihren Aufenthalt ersetzen konnten. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback und werden die Villa weiterhin instand halten und verbessern, um allen unseren Gästen einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Skovbrand og tabt ferie

Ferieboligen er fantastisk - desværre kunne vi kun bruge boligen i 3 døgn - der opstod skovbrand i nærheden og vi kunne ikke komme tilbage. Det korte øjeblik vi så boligen igen, var alt fyldt med aske også i poolen - Sue kunne ikke skaffe en mand til at rense poolen. Ferien var meget hård og varm og vi skiftede bolig 3 gange, da usikkerheden var for stor til at komme retur til huset, som ej heller var rart at være i pga der var aske overalt. Så fint sted - men ødelagt ferie.

Thank you for your review. Understandably the situation with the Mijas Forest fires disrupted your holiday and was very distressing for all people living in and on holiday in the area. The evacuation from the Villa due to the unpresented situation was completely out of our control and for the safety of all residents in the area and clearly ruined your relaxing holiday and very distressing for all, which we completely understand and reflected in rating you provided. Our Host did everything she could to clear the ash and get the villa back up and running for your return to the villa, at what was a very stressful time for everyone.

Beautiful Views & Sunsets

We were a group of 9 ranging from 10 years old to 60 years old and we all loved this place. There was plenty of space for us all and the villa was very well equipped with everything you may need and more. Sue the manager was lovely and responded quickly and effectively to any questions we had. The near by town of Alhaurin El Grande has many shops and great places to eat and to suit any taste. Our highlight trip out was to the Sunview Park Málaga zip wire ride (1,350m long) in Alhaurín de la Torre. Great value for money at 25 Euros plus another 10 Euros for a head cam to record you. This was well worth the money as the cost for similar in Wales is £100. The food there was also great quality and value. All in all a lovely holiday was had by all of us.

We were so impressed with Casa del Valle. A lovely, *huge* villa away from the hustle & bustle. Check in process was easy - Rachael was friendly and very helpful when our electrics were down. Lisa was great too, in the absence of Rachael, very accommodating and helped us when we were locked out!! One thing I would recommend is hiring a car or getting taxis - the heat is too much to walk into the town, it takes around half hour. There isn’t much in the town but El Fogon is a must if you like steak! Cabopino beach is a lovely day out if you fancy a trip, about half hour drive. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again!

After enjoying many years of holidays within the Costa del Sol, we decided to buy a holiday home in this location. We choose this location because it is ideally located to all the major resorts is the Costa del Sol, major Shopping Centres and activities. (Golf Courses, Water Parks, Go Ape, Beaches with inflatable water parks at great prices)

We have owned the villa for the last 15 years. My parents retired at the villa and spent a wonderful 10 years living out there.

We quite frequently; with our young family holiday at the villa, and enjoy the local area and its amenities.
