Venez visiter ce gated, condo de 16 unités avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur la plage. Placé dans Seagrove, on peut marcher à la fine cuisine et casse-croûte ou griller en bas. Avec 2300 pieds carrés, votre groupe peut trouver l'espace pour se déplacer sans perdre ensemble. Regardez au-delà des curseurs sur le balcon avec des options pour se prélasser et manger. La piscine communautaire est nichée dans la végétation dans la dune ci-dessous.

L'espace de vie a une télévision 42 ", un îlot de cuisine et un bar séparé pour divertir débordement. Tout cela regarde les curseurs sur le balcon. Partager cet énorme balcon est le maître du roi. Imaginez commencer la journée à vous asseoir hors de la chambre en jetant un coup d'œil vers les mangroves, la piscine et le sable sucré. Les taches de sommeil restantes sont dans le couloir large au-delà de la cuisine. Il y a une reine avec une salle de bains commune et une deuxième reine et un double dortoir qui se connecte par un bain Jack et Jill.

Clean and in good condition for the most part. Balcony furniture could use an upgrade. Ice maker was a game changer! Had a wonderful time!

Terrific weekend for relaxing

Girls weekend was perfect staying in Legend 202. It was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to restaurants, shops and most importantly right on the beach!

Amazing!

This condo was wonderful! The view was amazing and it is huge! Having the extra sink and ice maker made packing the ice chest so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is great and the management company did a great job. The rental itself is pretty good. The furniture in the den is ok. The bathrooms are not great other than the master. The property is fine but not super nice.

October 2019 Stay

The condo Legacy 202 exceeded our expectations. It was huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was spotlessly clean and everything in working order. Our favorite thing to do was to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the amazing view of the Gulf. Oversee management team was excellent. They answered immediately any questions I had . Don’t hesitate to stay here! We had a great beach vacation fall 2019.

Legacy 202

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation to Seagrove Beach. We were pleased with the location and accessibility to the beach. Unit 202 is in need of attention though. The balcony furniture is heavily mildewed. The chairs and lounge are also heavily worn. A representative from Oversee (Taylor) came to the unit upon our arrival. He looked at the furniture and told us he would speak to the manager and get back to us. We did not get a response. Generally "clean" but needs some attention to detail. The master bathroom shower needs mildew removal from the floor as well as the door. All dinnerware, beverage ware and silverware had to be washed before use. The stairwells and landings need power washing. The elevator did not receive cleaning attention all week. The rug was filthy, walls and floor quite dirty. While we were disappointed with cleanliness and condition of several items, we would return.

We had a great time at legacy and love the location. We have been there before. Our condo had several issues. Oversee has been very supportive. The master bed does need replacing as it squeaks all night. The other issues that we reported are being taken care if by oversee. You can’t beat the shirt walk to beach. The best The property could be cleaned up better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful! It was in a great location, and amazing ocean front views. My only complaint was that the beach was supposed to be private and there was no one there to ensure that. Our last day there, there were multiple people parked in front of our rented chairs, including a pretty elaborate tent and fishing operation. We had 8 children in our group and couldn’t even go into the water when their lines were out. Aside from blocking our view, it was a safety concern with our children. It was just really disappointing that we paid a premium for ocean front at a private beach and there were other people there, that weren’t staying at the legacy, parking their chairs in front of the ones that we paid for, and running their fishing business and no one from the condo or rental company to patrol. I did call oversee and was told that I could call the sheriff department to have the people moved. Also, the unit could use a vacuum that worked!

Perfect 30A Location for a Girls Trip!

We have stayed in Legacy before. We loved the second floor location of this unit. The view was just wonderful! Beach was perfect and loved the daily chair service. The mattresses were very comfy with good, basic bedding. The furniture arrangement, placement of decor/pictures, etc. was a bit odd and outdated comparatively speaking with other units. The window coverings need improvement. Bring a sleeping mask if using the first two bedrooms. Nice clean pool. The unit was really clean with the exception of the still sandy floors. The Oversee contact did offer to bring us a new vacuum. I am sure that they will have a new vacuum in place for this upcoming week. The grounds have been much improved over our previous stay. Community grill needs replacement. Guest baths by the pool are still needing deep cleaning & improvement. I would give it a 4.5 of 5! The communication with the property management and the ease of check in was top notch!. Overall, a great stay!

Really nice stay at Legacy 202. Location was great and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening and watching the ocean. Plenty of parking on site during a very busy week. Condo had everything we needed and was well stocked. Very picky complaints would be more with the building. Fixing of the bike area and an empty spot at the front of the unit to accommodate loading and unloading and luggage carts. It was very tight. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and the furniture was in great condition. The location could not have been better as it is so close and convenient to walk out of the door and be on the beach in 2 minutes. We would definitely return to this location.
