There's also a sofa sleeper in the family room for extra sleeping space.



The expanded kitchen boasts white quartz countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need, including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The unit also provides two beach chairs and an umbrella, with the option for a paid beach service. For added convenience, bike and golf cart rentals are available.



Step right out to the beach or enjoy panoramic views from your private balcony. Casa Del Mare offers immediate beach access, just a mile from Seaside, with a beautifully renovated building that creates a fresh atmosphere for your perfect beach getaway. Now featuring a new courtyard area with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a beautiful fire pit. You can relax, enjoy a meal, or gather with family and friends after a day at the beach.



**PLEASE NOTE-A significant property improvement project will begin late September/November 1, 2026. There will be pool closures, beach access may shift to public access that is located east of the building. Expected elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, some phases may be louder than other phases. There will be limited beach chair rental options after March 1-October 31. Guests may want to bring their own chairs/umbrellas. We do apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand we're working toward improvements for all to enjoy. Thank you. **
