The vacation we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms and space allowed everyone to have their own rooms and plenty of lounge space in the living area. The larger dining table was also used frequently. But the best was the covered porch. It rained a lot off and on and the screened in porch was the perfect place to retreat to day, night, rain or shine. The outdoor porch area was perfect for rinsing off and storing our beach items, and the walk to the beach was not only pretty but short and sweet. We have stayed in Florida many times and this was by far my favorite place to stay because of the house itself, the proximity to surrounding areas and convenience of being right on the beach. I would love to stay again sometime!

This is our 3rd time staying at Beach Baby. You won’t find a better view! You literally walk out of the back door and onto the sand! The house was perfect for our group of 9. It’s close enough to Seaside to ride bikes, but is far enough away to avoid all of the traffic. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

A BEACH BABY

The house itself was fine....but the house was dirty...not clean . The garbage can area needs some attention too. My suggestion would be to perform a deep deep cleaning of the house...under the beds, in the corners, in the air conditioning room where brooms were kept.

The private beach access is just the icing on the cake. Honestly I did not want to leave. Communication with the management was absolutely seamless and prompt as well. I cannot speak highly enough of this management company and I would never take my business elsewhere. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Location was perfect.. beach steps from our back door which was a must with 2 toddlers! We loved the screened porch since we had several days of cool, rainy weather. This is our new favorite Seagrove spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Beach Baby. The house was adequate for the 7 of us. Plenty of seating & bedroom space. We arrived to find that the stove didn’t work (was a fuse that needed to be reset) and the ice maker didn’t seem to be working (found it was not turned on.). Candy in the office was helpful...and probably annoyed of the times I called! The ice maker doesn’t make enough ice for the number of people who can stay there. We had to go get ice at $4 a bag four times. And that was hard to find...not many local grocery stores around. The water heater was beeping. They sent a plumber to look at it...it was still beeping some when we left. We also had to plunge the toilets...drains running slow. I realize the house is older, with problems; but with the price I paid, I would have appreciated it if there weren’t that many problems. This was my family’s vacation, and I didn’t really want to spend time worrying about getting repairs done. The convenience of having the beach right there was great. The family really enjoyed it.

Beach Baby Paradise

We stayed a week at Beach Baby and have no regrets! Location is like a paradise dream, and the home is so inviting and gorgeous. The home is updated as far as decor goes, and the sunroom was spectacular. This place includes an outdoor grill, plus a fire pit unit in the sunroom for making s’mores every night. We had such a great time on our annual 30A girls trip, and Beach Baby contributed to this being such a wonderful trip. We will definitely be returning!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is right on the water so the views are amazing and you couldve any closer to the beach. The house had a bad odor which smells like mold , very distinct and strong, there were air purifiers running in every room when we arrived so i suspect that is why. Freezer did not produce enough ice for drinks for 3 people so had to buy bagged ice. Lastly construction on the street going on and trucks in the road daily.So if you want a view its a good place, but the smell is terrible and gouse could use a few upgrades

Perfect beach house

This property is in int he PERFECT spot. We had 7 adults and two infants and still had an extra bunk bed. The house is smaller than most in the area but the location and outdoor living space totally made up for it! The property management was attentive with an issue we had and sent someone quickly. We would 100% stay again. Only suggestion would be to eventually replace the carpet due to the high humidity but again, it’s a rental on the beach !!!!

Great Location and Beach Access

There were more positives than negatives for the trip for sure. The negatives though were that the house had a lot of moisture and the dryer accumulated a puddle of water during our 4 day stay. The property manager had someone come clean it out on day 2 but by the time we left it was puddled again. There were damp rids in the closets that were full and were replaced, which helped with the musty smell, but it's something that definitely needs to be taken care of. Also a crack in the bathroom tub of the king suite with the sliding doors that may be damaging the subfloor. It was sagging some while in the shower. Really the place has had some nice updates and was very comfortable for our family of 6. Nice furniture, comfy beds, private beach with chairs and decorated beautifully. Loved the screened porch for when it rained and the outdoor patio and "beach yard" as we called it for star gazing and sunset views. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if the moisture issue and tub are fixed would definitely stay in the future!

Loved staying at Beach Baby!!

Beach Baby was the perfect place for our family vacation! Right on the beach just steps to the water and no stairs to go up and down! Would recommend this spot for a family wanting to get away from it all! A lot less commercialized than some of the other beaches but not too far away from just about anything you would want to do! We would definitely go back!

The house is older, but the owner has maintained it well. There are some recent updates, and we didn't have a need for anything that wasn't provided. The walk-out to the beach is so much better than the stairs that we have had to climb at every other location we've stayed at on 30A. We cooked on the grill nearly every night and enjoyed the view while we ate on the lovely screened porch. The four bedrooms were perfect for our family of 7. This house is a hidden gem. We'll be back!

Third stay not such a charm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at beach baby. We liked this property because it is right on the beach with no bluff to walk down. Makes it great with toddlers. However, upon arrival we were told by the managing company that the owners were having a new refrigerator delivered on Wednesday because the ice maker didn't work. We suggested to management this should be done on Saturday when we checked out and before the new guests check in which would allow the refrigerator time to cool. They said the owners scheduled delivery. That meant mid-way through our stay we had to totally unload everything you bring to the beach for toddlers and other family members into ice chests and live out of ice chests for an entire day -- the ice maker never really started producing much ice --- We felt like our full-price stay was less important than the next guests. The beach is lovely but you compete with space because of all the condos that are behind this beachfront property. The umbrella guys do their best to carve out space for this property but sooo many people. I don't think I would stay here again because of the inconvenience but the property overall is in good shape. I recommend staying before the June crowd if at all possible.

There are lots of new updates (brand new kitchen and outside furniture etc). New inside furniture is on the way! However, the back bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned, especially around the toilet. The shower glass door track didn’t open easily due to the age of the shower. Regardless of the back bath, we loved our stay and we would return! Management was amazing and fixed things in a timely manner.

Another Perfect Week At Beach Baby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home away from home on the Florida coast, Beach Baby did not disappoint once again. The ocean views through the dune grass, the beautifully updated kitchen and living area, and of course being able to step right out the back door into that sugar sand was perfect!

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is a great location, away from downtown, but close enough to reach in a few minutes .......the beach is awesome.....the house is fun and has everything you need (execpt a blow dryer). Wifi is good, TV is good, and the beds are comfortable. The refrigerator roars, and needs attention.
