Can Gri is a beautiful 'casa' atop a hill with a view out over the village of Soller. This recently renovated home is stylishly designed and decorated. This cosy house has 4 bedrooms (incl. airconditioning) and 3 modern bathrooms, a stylish living room featuring a wood stove and a spacious dining table in kitchen with glass doors offering a spectacular view on the valley.

The house also has a private garage which accommodates 2 small cars.

Laze on the lounge sofas, take a nap in the hammocks or a refreshing dip in the beautiful private swimming pool - pure relaxation and 100% enjoyment!

The ideal spot to relax and enjoy the fact that you are only less then 15 minute walk from the central square in the village of Soller.

Please note that we only rent out the house from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 1 week)

Magnifique maison, parfaitement conçue, agréable

Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants de 8-9 ans, 1 bébé de moins de 2 ans. Cette propriété convient tout autant aux grands-parents (petit logement séparé, près de la piscine), qu'aux enfants et petits enfants (3 chambres et 1 lit bébé). Très bien pour le sanitaire, pour l'espace, pour la cuisine. Notre séjour a été merveilleux.

Gorgeous week relaxing with friends

The property has amazing views and a beautiful setting. The kitchen is well equipped and you will have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away in Mallorca. Easy walk into Soller and can get tram/ taxi to Port de soller. You can also do a nice Hike to Deia directly from the house. Make sure if you hire a car you get a small car as the hill is steep to get into the property and the garage will be easier to get into with small car. Thankyou Hans for a beautiful holiday!

Superb accommodation

We had a great stay at Can Gris. The house is well located, modern, stylish, spotlessly clean and very well equipped - comfy beds, good showers and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need. Magical garden especially at night with its clever lighting. It was a bit of a challenge to get into the garage (Kia Niro) but fine after a bit of practice. Would not hesitate to return.

Det mest fantastiske hus i Soller

Vi har haft den dejligeste uge i skønt vejr, vi har 4 voksne og 4 børn afsted og huset fungerede så godt til os alle vi var specielt glade for aircondition i alle værelserne. Poolen var skøn og vi nød alle de fantastiske udendørs områder. Kan virkelig anbefales og vi glæder os til at komme tilbage.

Gorgeous villa

Best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area is lovely.lots of different seating areas. Fabulous views. Good air conditioning. Great location- walkable to soller & supermarket (we didn’t hire a car) & bus to port soller/palma at bottom of road. As others have mentioned really steep walk up to villa (and we live in hilly cities) which isn’t enjoyable but worth the views from villa. Would definitely recommend!

Spectacular

The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has a full kitchen with pretty much everything you need to make a meal, definitely more than you usually get in holiday accommodation. What was the real wow though is the outside space and the view, just couldn’t get enough of that. Plenty of space for the 6 of us to do our own thing and not feel on top of each other. The location is 15 mins out of town and a very steep last climb to the house. But you don’t need a car and once you’re at the house you really don’t want or need to leave.

Wonderful and sunny stay at the end of October

We had a lovely time at Can Gri. Beautiful property, nice garden with flowers and orange trees, many places to chill! At some stage we got used to the steep road. The view is great!

Top design, amazing view

Can Gri was a superb location for our family and friends get together. The design of the house is exquisite including the terrasses and the pool area. The garden arrangement is most beautiful. The best of the location is the view. We could not stop to enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and tasteful, the kitchen/dining great. Kitchen facilities are very good. The road to the finca is very narrow and demanding. A small automatic car would be a must. Taxis are not driving to the finca, you have to walk about 150 m up the hill. The terrasse lights could be easier to manage and be some more. Overall the week in Can Gri was a great experience, we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful villa, great outside space and view

Stunning view with pool and seating area to make the most of it. Villa is very modern & clean. Kitchen is well appointment and lovely to see good quality plates and wine glasses. Driveway to villa is standard for Mallorca but don’t rent a big car! Short walk to a great sushi restaurant and supermarket.

Fabulous views

Great restful holiday. The Villa was beautiful with amazing views. Numerous well thought out outdoor seating areas - for dining and lounging. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms clean with very good showers. Temperatures high for April (23-28 degrees) but we didn’t need the air conditioning. Fairly easy walk to town of 10-15 minutes. Steep walk up for the last 3-5 minutes which could be a challenge if very unfit. The drive up this last bit wasn’t easy and won’t be for everyone. But there is free parking at the bottom of the hill. We had one hiccup with the electricity during the week (not owners fault) which they helped resolve very quickly with good communication. Overall, I’d strongly recommend. Although perhaps not best suited if any of your party is infirm.

sehr schönes Objekt , schön und nett eingerichtet ... Manko : morgen um 8.00 fegt und harkt eine Gartenservice direkt vor der Panoramascheibe ... Privatsphäre, Ruhe oder Terrasenfrühstück ware hinfort ... der Gärtner war sehr sehr nett und sehr bemüht uns nicht zu stören .... aber Istruktion und Zeitplan ließen ihm wahrscheinlich wenig Spielraum ... und zuletzt ... nachdem wir alkes gebucht und bezahlt hatten , bekamen wir die Info , daß dieses Mietobjekt keine behördliche Genehmigung hat , wir wohnten unter Umgehung der sozialen Bemühungen der Geneinde Soller und wurden sogar gebeten im Fall einer Kontrolle uns mit dem Eigentümer eine Freundschaft mit ihm zu heucheln .... sonst war alles super

Fantastic views that words can’t describe. The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful this place is. Everything is modern and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last second. Highly recommended!

Great place

Nice interior and beautiful views. Really enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. The (short) “road” to the property and getting 2 cars in the garage was a little challenging but aside from that all good. Soller is a great place to stay too.

Absolutely beautiful!

A beautiful week spent in this beautiful home! The flow of the house works so well, the outdoor space and the pool are wonderful too with fantastic views and with the lights on in the evening is magical! My husband and I, along with our three children, loved this place! Beautifully clean and comfortable. So stylishly decorated throughout. (Loved the 'Rituals' home diffusers! They smelt amazing!) Staying here, visting Sóller, it was such a treat! We could have happily stayed much longer!

The most AMAZING property with the BEST view we've ever had.

This was our first ever trip to Mallorca after seeing some beautiful photos from a Travel Blogger I follow, who stayed in Hans other property in Soller. After a little research I knew I wanted to visit Soller, the Port, Deia and the rest of this beautiful part of the Island. As a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 children - age 8 & 6) and being as fussy as I am, it's difficult to find accommodation that's big enough, and ticks all my boxes (modern yet charming, close to the action but just far enough away, beautiful views etc)... initially we had booked a villa in Fornalutx, but was let down by the owner a few months before we were due to travel. So I searched and searched and somehow stumbled across Can Gri. I hadn't seen this property when I looked before, yet found it this time. After looking into Can Gri a bit further, I found it was the sister property of the initial property in Soller that I fell in love with on Instagram all those motnths prior. It felt like fate and we had to book it. Hans was fast at communicating and very helpful and friendly, both through the booking process and when we arrived in Mallorca. The property is just as good as the photos, if not better. The views over Soller are to die for and the sunsets were just incredible. My husband said its the best view he's ever had from any property he's stayed in, and as we have been fortunate enough to travel the world, this is really saying something. I honestly can't recommend Can Gri, Hans & Soller enough. Beautiful property, stunning area & some of the best tapas I've ever eaten. We have totally fallen in love and cannot wait to return some day. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous place xxx

Another lovely stay

Our second time at Can Gri and just as beautiful as we remembered. The finca is well maintained and in a great location for the old town, it has lots of nice places to sit and gives everyone some privacy. Only note of caution is that the road up to the villa is in bad repair and is very steep and narrow. You need to be relatively fit to walk up and brave to drive.
