la ferme peut Sivella Groc est situé dans la vallée des orangers de Soller, Majorque accueille une maison de deux étages construite en 1940 et entièrement rénové en 2016.

Il est une maison méditerranéenne avec un accent français, qui a gardé son charme d'origine à restaurer. L'intérieur de la maison dispose de trois chambres (une avec lits jumeaux et deux avec lit double) et une chambre d'accessoires de salle de bain si nécessaire (disponibilité pour un lit dans l'un d'eux), deux salles de bains entièrement équipée, salon, cuisine et une cave à vin au sous-sol.
Il offre un accès Internet via le Wi-Fi et la télévision satellite internationale.
La maison est entourée d'un grand jardin de 7 500m2 d'où vous pouvez voir les montagnes de la Sierra de Tramontana et la basse vallée de Soller. extérieur à côté de la maison dispose d'une piscine d'eau salée, terrasses, espace détente, une véranda et un parking pour deux voitures (plusieurs vélos disponibles). Plus loin est un autre parking pour plusieurs voitures, abris et poulailler, grand étang pour l'irrigation des arbres fruitiers et des légumes.

Our family (4 adults & 1 toddler) absolutely loved the villa. Everything about it was perfect, including the breathtaking views of the mountains, lovely setting among orange groves and other fruit trees (with plentiful fresh oranges and avocados daily!), gardens, adorable farm animals, and the beautifully appointed home with countless amenities (wonderful pool, bicycles, pétanque court, and so much more!). We enjoyed an incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking an authentic Mallorcan experience with every modern convenience. The location is in close proximity to many area attractions and quaint towns, which we thoroughly enjoyed - although we found ourselves wanting to just enjoy the villa and its grounds! Toni and his son Gabriel were such gracious hosts who made the stay extra special. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Toni and Gabriel!

magic mountain farm

We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 2 teenagers at Can Sivella Groc and had the best time. Toni& Gabriel were super friendly and responsive. The house was very clean well equipped and stylish with a generous architecture. the pool and garden area with mountain views so magical. we highly recommend this place and can't wait to return. We had a fantastic family holiday using 'CSG' as our base. The house, pool & grounds were beautifully kept and we all felt at home the minute we arrived. Toni and Gabriel were great hosts and kept us well informed from the minute I booked and during our stay. A great base for walking & cycling. Driving was interesting as roads very narrow so do not hire a big car! some lovely restaurants / cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as we loved the area and the stunning scenery.

A delightful finca in the countryside just outside Soller

We loved staying at Toni’s house with our adult children. The house has orchards all around it plus beautiful views of the Serra de Tremuntana mountain range. We enjoyed having animals on the property - especially the chickens and fresh eggs. It’s a lovely place to stay even in winter as all the windows are double glazed, the fireplace is very efficient plus there’s under floor heating. Thanks for being such a lovely host Toni.

Perfection!

One of the most beautiful and serene places we have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world staying in luxury hotels/villas this villa brought something different. Gabriel greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming and treated us like family. Gabriel and Toni are such lovely hosts and went above and beyond the entire trip. As stated in other reviews there is a small farm attached to the property with goats, rabbits, chickens. Toni comes daily to tend to the farm and would pop over and say hi and see if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We spent most days exploring the island, but when on property the surroundings and tranquility are unmatched. We will be back and highly recommend this beautiful property! ! Thank you Toni and Gabriel for a memorable stay and your hospitality!

Wonderful

This is the best villa we have stayed in, and we have been to this area many times. It is so well thought out and equipped, and perfectly presented on arrival. The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful but easy walking to Soller and the villages. Everything about it is great. But the best thing is Toni. He is lovely, so helpful and personable and full of local knowledge. He met us on arrival to show us around and he is there each evening to feed the animals (not loud or roaming) and check the orange trees, but he is never intrusive. His English is good and we had many good talks with him. The pool is a lovely private facility and is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are great walk around and see the geese, hens, goats and rabbits. Walking into the villa for the first time, through the long herb lined pergola, was fantastic and remained so every time. Thank you Toni.

Peaceful surroundings and superb vacation house

The moment you arrive at Can Sevilla Groc your shoulders will automatically go down and you will instantly feel relaxed and at peace. The house is beautifully placed at the end of the orange valley and as a family living in the city it is a pleasure to feel the slow Mediterranean pace of living. Taking a break from the daily routines and appreciate the simple life at Can Sevilla Groc is exactly what you will find here in the well renovated finca with the lovely pool. The house is well equipped with all you can ask for and as an extra bonus you can enjoy all the oranges and vegetables you feel like just outside the house. The surrounding mountains and the orange valleys give a feeling of being almost alone although you are quite close to Soller and easily can take a walk to Biniaraix or the short drive to Fornalutx. Toni is a very pleasant host who daily takes care of the animals and the oranges. After less than a day our kids already asked if we could stay at Can Sevilla Groc next year – that is how much they enjoyed it :-)

Nah dran am Paradies!!

Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung wie zu Hause gefühlt.Es ist so ein schönes Fleckchen…Die Villa ist sehr modern und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Gerade in der Küche ist einfach alles vorhanden.Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Toni ist täglich da um die Tiere und seinen weitläufigen Garten zu versorgen. Und sein Sohn Gabriel ist - falls nötig - jederzeit erreichbar und sofort vor Ort!Wir kommen bald wieder und sind froh diesen Ort kennengelernt zu haben! Wenn’s möglich wäre: 10 Sterne!!

Perfect in every way

This house has to be seen to be believed. Not only is it beautiful but it is set in the most amazing scenery. The attention to detail in the house makes your stay even more special- my own kitchen isn’t as well equipped at home! Nothing is broken, it’s spotlessly clean and the owners are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as special as can be. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful & relaxing stay overlooking the mountains

Very cool, modern and well appointed property. Lounge area works better than the pictures suggest, & the view from the breakfast / dining table is beautiful. Very well appointed kitchen. Outside, a covered seating area is generous and taking in the mountains while floating in the pool is just special. Or stargazing & looking out for shooting stars. There are animals on the property (kept away from the house) which kids will enjoy. Ours were out there making friends with the goats & bringing back fresh eggs every morning. If it's the right season, you may also get given home grown oranges which will make the best freshly pressed orange juice I can remember drinking for a v. long time. For practical amenities, there is an agricultural cooperative 2mins drive down the road selling milk, fresh bread, croissants & a good selection of fruit & veg, as well as the Eroski in Soller. You're 5mins away from the centre of Soller by car & about 12mins from Puerto Soller. The area is just beautiful, with mountain roads in both directions well worth exploring (towards the monastery at Lluc or towards Deia & beyond). Easily the best part of the island & the most beautiful part of the Balearics. To cap it all off, super friendly & helpful hosts. Toni will on site daily to tend the animals & water the trees, but he's very discreet. Cleaned twice weekly. Overall, very highly recommended.

Great to be back!

Coming back to Can Sivella Groc was just as incredible as we wished for. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the well equipped house and last but not least that Toni and his son Gabriel are incredible hosts. We were once again well received at the house and Toni made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. Our two kids loved to take part of the daily routines with the animals and Toni is pleased to share his knowledge and histories of the area in which his family has roots in. We can only give our warmest recommendation to stay at Can Sivella Groc.

Amazing home

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. The house is beautiful and the outdoor surroundings even more amazing. Great pool and beautiful garden. Fresh eggs and orange juice form the garden every day. Toni and his son are wonderful hosts. Toni comes every evening to feed the animals and water the garden, he is not in the way and our kids loved talking to him and the animals. Just a perfect vacation for our family of 8.

Vacaciones para pasar unos días entrañables en familia

Si te gusta la naturaleza, caminar por senderos auténticos, conocer pequeños pueblos alrededor y eres amante de los animales, este es el sitio ideal para tener unas vacaciones plenas. El entorno es increíble entre montañas y naranjos, la casa excepcional con todas las comodidades, vistas espectaculares, increíble piscina, cocina equipada a tope, aire acondicionado, aparcamiento en la finca y todo dentro de una granja donde tienes naranjas, limones y resto de fruta que te ofrece Toni, el amable propietario, cuando viene a dar de comer a sus gallinas, cabras y ocas. La ubicación muy cerca de Soller y Fornalutx te permite conocer la zona con más encanto de Mallorca.

Family holiday with adult children

We have just returned from spending a lovely week with our children (in their 20's) at Toni's finca. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is large and has salt-filtered water (rather than chlorinated) which is kind on the skin. There are large outdoor seating areas and 8 sun loungers. The villa is within walking distance of Soller and Biniaraix, both of which are stunning with good bars and restaurants. The house and pool sit at the end of Toni's small holding and orange grove, which he visits once a day to tend to the chickens, geese, goats and rabbits. He is a kind and considerate host: he is around to help with anything that you need but maintains your privacy when he visits the animals. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, Toni!

Beautiful Villa in a stunning setting

This is a wonderful location for a relaxing family holiday. The Villa is superbly furnished and equipped and has a lovely pool and garden/small farm (Orange trees, tomatos, cucumbers as well as some goats, hens, geese and rabbits!). Our five year old loved helping Toni, the host, on his daily rounds feeding and looking after the animals. In walking distance is a really well stocked farm shop and the village of Fornalutx (uphill but reachable). You could walk to Soller too but we didn't due to having two little ones with us. Both Fornalutx and Soller are stunning locations - there's more to see in Soller but both are very picturesque. You need a hire car really if you want to explore the area as taxis aren't readily available although you can get the train from Soller to Palma.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay at Toni’s place. The house is in great condition and well equipped. The garden is amazing with pool, orange trees and mountain views. You get privacy even being close to city with restaurants etc. Mornings started with fresh orange juice from the garden. Toni was super helpful and nice host!

Very relaxing place in amazing settings

We (family of 2 adults and a 7 and 9 year old) spent 2 weeks in this beautiful farm house and had a very relaxing time. For one week the grandparents also joined us - there was plenty of space in the house for 6 people.The house itself was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities you need. The garden and pool was great, we swam several times each day! We also enjoyed feeding the animals and collecting eggs although there was no pressure of having to get involved in the farm. Toni is a great host, very welcoming and friendly. I felt I could always ask him about anything and he told us about the area and useful information about places worth visiting, buses, restaurants etc. Toni came by every day and always was very friendly and would say hello but let us do our own thing. I have read reviews about other places where the host is always around and interfering, Toni was nothing like that at all. We had complete privacy and the place is quiet at night ( apart from some animal noises ). Very good if you want to switch off. The views are amazing in every direction and having every meal al fresco was fantastic. I would very much recommend this property.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house was lovely. It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are fans in all the rooms which helped during the very hot weather. The outside space is great, the views are exceptional in all directions. The pool is good for cooling off and is very clean. There’s loads to do in the local area. We enjoyed using the bikes to cycle to Sóller, there is a bus stop outside the house too. The local shop is a farmer’s cooperative, great food and wines. Toni is a fantastic host, he is there to care for the animals every day and gave us good advice on things to do and where to eat. He even arranged for us to go out on his boat with his son and daughter, which was the highlight for our children. Thank you Toni, Lourdes and Toni jnr!

The property had everything you could possibly want, even including towels for the pool, Toni had thought of everything including a welcome pack, bread cheese, ham fruit, water etc, which was gratefully received after a long hot trip. He even provided hand soaps, shower wash, rubber gloves, washing powder, washing up sponges and tea towels. Lovely quiet setting, very picturesque. Easy walk in to Soller, although there is a bus stop right outside the gate that will take you right in to Soller or Port de Soller. We did take the tram in to Port to Soller but found it expensive, but should be done at least once. Buses were really cheap and easy. We loved all the animals especially the geese and the cat. Toni came every day to feed the animals and check on the orange trees. He was always very helpful and offered advise on what to see and do. The house is spotless and clean and very comfortable. Toni picked us up on a Saturday morning and drove us to the mountains so we could walk down to the house and not up the hill, We cannot recommend this villa enough, we had a fab holiday and were reluctant to leave.

Another amazing trip to Soller

This is the first time we've ever gone back to a property. Everything about it is perfect - the location, the accommodation, the animals and especially Toni and his family who are the loveliest people. Our young family of 5 look forward to visiting him and this beautiful place again very soon

Avec ma femme et mes enfants, nous sommes la quatrième et la cinquième génération respectivement qui prenons soin de la propriété familiale.

Je suis vétérinaire et je suis sensible à l'environnement dans lequel vivent les personnes, les animaux et les plantes, à leur équilibre dans la durée, et au bien-vivre des ainés (age-friendly place).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Notre "Pépé" Umbert, fils de paysans pauvres à Majorque au début du siècle dernier, a émigré en Normandie (France) à 13 ans et il a plus tard acheté cette ferme pour sa mère. Ici, il a pris sa retraite, planté d'orangers, de citronniers et de vignes, et y a construit un système très ingénieux de canaux d'irrigation par gravité et d'une pergola de vigne suspendue pour produire leur propre vin.

Le 17 Juillet 2015, tous les arbres fruitiers ont été détruits par un incendie. Avec détermination et courage, et à la grande satisfaction de notre mère/grand-mère Nénette, nous nous sommes engagés dans la remise en état de la propriété, en vue de la pérenniser grâce à la location de la maison rénovée. Nous souhaitons associer nos visiteurs à ce projet de régénération des arbres fruitiers, en leur proposant de parrainer un arbre pour chaque période de location.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Contempler la montagne au-dessus des maisons de Binibassí, assis dans une balancelle sous la pergola.
Écouter l'eau qui circule dans les canaux d'irrigation et sentir les orangers l’absorber.
Nager le dimanche dans le bassin rempli pendant la nuit par les eaux de source des montagnes de l'Ofre.
Prendre un petit-déjeuner à base d'œufs organiques produits par les poules en liberté et boire le jus d'oranges fraîchement cueillies et pressés.
Allumer le poêle à bois et profiter du feu en automne et en hiver, lorsque les températures baissent au coucher du soleil.
Sentir l’humidité de la cave en dégustant un verre de vin
Visiter à pied Biniaraix et monter le barranc de l'Ofre, descendre en vélo à Sóller et au port. Visiter et faire ses courses à la Coopérative de Sant Bartomeu.
Monter à Fornalutx pour déguster une soupe majorquine ou bien un «arroz brut » en hiver.
