Pourquoi venir en Arizona et ne pas profiter d'une piscine chauffée? Les piscines refroidissent ici mais la nôtre est à 83 degrés! alors sautez et profitez. NOS PRIX COMPRENNENT LA PISCINE À CHAUFFER. La cour arrière comprend un chauffe-terrasse pour les nuits fraîches lorsque les enfants sautent de la piscine ou se prélassent simplement le soir à l'arrière. Des chaises longues, un joli barbecue et un patio en brique font de cette maison un séjour facile. Entrez dans cette belle maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes avec salle d'eau au premier étage. La chambre principale a une télévision de 50 "avec un lit King size avec salle de bain principale attenante avec lavabos séparés et baignoire et placard de toilettes privées. Les 2 autres chambres offrent des lits Queen. Un coin loft polyvalent est également disponible pour les personnes supplémentaires. Le salon au rez-de-chaussée a une télévision de 60 "et est ouvert sur la cuisine. Nous proposons le WiFi haut débit et la box Roku pour Netflix et les chaînes locales. Superbes comptoirs en granit, réfrigérateur côte à côte en acier inoxydable, cafetière Keurig et tous les autres articles nécessaires dans la cuisine. Il y a des magasins et restaurants locaux à distance de marche, ou faites-vous livrer après cette longue journée de plaisir. N'oubliez pas de vous promener facilement dans le parc en bas de la rue. Great house & location

This house exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and pillows (no lingering odor). The heated pool was key. It is a must for a spring visit. Great location w/ a short walk to the store, coffee shop, and superb ice cream shop. Just a straight shot from Surprise baseball complex.I am a believer of being fully open. The only negative about this neighborhood is there are a lot of cats roaming around. They tend to like the stones and turf as a litter box. So, I spent some time on the first day “cleaning the litter box”, after then all was good. We will definitely be staying there again.

Mother / daughter get away

The pool was not located in a sunny area so it was cold and dirty. Robert said pool man was coming on Tuesday and there was a net to clean with . He told us to use the net to clean with and get some exercise. Not a comment to make in joking. . The dogs next door barked nonstop day and night. There were also 22 cats next door. I would not stay here again.

Awesome spot!

This was an awesome spot! The pool was warm, the house smelt “Fabuloso” and the living room couch was newer. My wife was hesitant about staying here because of the couch in the pictures. When we arrived we were greeted by a newer comfortable leather couch. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very Pleasant

The premises were clean and suited our family. Parks are very close with trails, skate park, Playground, Basketball courts and water pads. Trails in White Tank Mountain area are great to hike and see different cactus. KC Royals stadium is just minutes away as is restaurants, grocery, and shops. Bike riding in the area was easy and safe, many bike lanes. We would stay here again as my grandkids loved the heated pool.

Great place to stay

Check in was easy, owner gave us the door code. We got in late (around 11pm), punched in the door code came in and went to bed. We stayed 5 days and took in spring training each day. Location was 15 minutes from Surprise Stadium. The house was just as advertised. The only complaint is the bedroom TV. There should be steaming services as there is in the living room.

Stay was okay

Pros: 1. Host is very responsive and super nice 2 close to surprise baseball stadiums, grocery stores, and restaurants. not close enough to walk, but just a short car ride. 3. property is large and spacious. In addition to upstairs 3 bedrooms, there is an bonus room where more could sleep! 4. fun board games available to play with! 5. Yard & pool are beautiful. 6. Regular Coffee pot and Keurig available Cons: 1. House felt like someone’s second home full of all of their cast off furniture and supplies. Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and kitchen supplies were old, worn & mismatched. 2. Carpet is dirty, stained and thin 3. Missing supplies-no extra toilet paper except what was on the roll when we arrived. Empty hand soaps in upstairs bathrooms (had to purchase that on our own and then leave it), no mini soaps/shampoos for guests to use. 4. Dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived and there was no dishwashing detergent, so had to hand wash dirty cups just to have morning coffee. 5. Aggressively annoying barking dog next door that disturbs the peace. Complained to host and he immediately called the Surprise police and it got better - but every time we walked outside the dog would go nuts until the owners would let it in. 6. Pool was not heated when we arrived. Our trip was the last week of March where temps outside were in the high 60’s, low 70’s. Pool was too cold to swim in. Let host know and he came right out to get it heated. We asked to heat up as much as possible and we would incur the cost but was told it could only go to 87 degrees. it took a full day to get up to temp so we missed two days of swimming time. It was much better once it was 87 but the reality is that it needs to be 90+ degrees for adults to want to get in in 70 degree weather. kids will still love it though. Overall, we had a fun trip but we wouldn’t pick this house again. Being on vacation-you just wanted to arrive and not have issues, need to make complaints and have everything clean and stocked.

Fantastic stay in Sunrise, AZ

Family trip to Phoenix for sons baseball tournament. House was absolutely perfect for our needs. Kids loved the pool. Lots of stores within walking distance. Excellent communication by property owner. Would definitely stay again. Nothing but smiles.

Great price and great stay!

We had an amazing time in Surprise. Host was helpful and the property was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the heated pool and the adults loved being close to the Royals spring training stadium. Definitely would recommend.

Girls trip

We stayed at the house for our girls trip, 4 girls. The house was nice and spacious for the 4 of us. We couldn't get Netflix to work so we couldn't watch chick flicks as we had hoped but we watched regular TV so all was good. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again!

Surprise remodel staycation.

Great location, had my home remodeled is Surprise so needed a location close to monitor the work. Unit is a nice size home. Well equipped with a play pool.

Very nice pool and quiet neighborhood

The house was very spacious and we really enjoyed the pool with our friends and family, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, only thing I wished was that I had roku on the master bedroom tv, bob was very polite and timely responsive ever since the first time we asked about details on the house, We would definitely keep it on the list for our next trip to visit our family again.

Great house! Awesome pool! Nice location!

We stayed at the house with our adult kids and grandson. It was spacious and several of our family members worked remotely at the same time and the internet strength was great. Our favorite part was the pool. It was clean and we really appreciated the umbrella to shade the baby while in the pool. It was a quiet location with endless walking paths nearby. We also had many grocery stores nearby. Bob was great at communicating with us and went above and beyond by adding a pack and play crib and spare sheets to the house amenities. We would love to stay again! Don't miss Handel's Homemade Ice Cream nearby. Yum!

Spring break vacation

Our stay here is Surprise Farms was great! The heated pool is the star. Robert even kicked up the heater as the weather was chilly for a few days. Overall the house is a bit dated and could use a refresh on some furniture (couch and patio set). But it was very clean, easy to locate and met all the needs of our family of 5.

Nice Location

The house is great and in a great location. I do not want this to be taken as a negative review but I do have some suggestions to make it a better experience. Wish items: full length mirror in rooms; hangers for a week’s stay; ceiling fan and waste basket in every bedroom; newer/fluffier pillows. Minor concerns: Wrappers, ring pop and not sure what else was under our bed. Couch could use a good cleaning. Kitchen nicely stocked, however bathrooms did not have bar/bath soap and there were no garbage bags. FYI: Pool area had a nice grill but pool area is small and just had sun for a small window of time.

We chose Arizona 9 years ago as our new home for our family from Illinois because of the beauty and excitement. There are so many activities and there's also the weather! Coming from Illinois we can't get enough of Arizona weather. Grab a recliner by the pool or go for a beautiful walk and enjoy your stay.
