Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient!! Worked perfect for our trip, 5 miles from surprise stadium, close to food, groceries, anything you need, and Jennifer (our host) was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

House was very clean and everything was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The pool area had plenty of space. My favorite was the huge glass sliding door, made it so much more open. We will definitely be back again!

Very clean space and nicely furnished. Although there was a snafu with our check-in, Jennifer was very responsive and had everything taken care of so we could enjoy our time in AZ. The house is very inviting and close to lots of things around the area with so much to do

Our host was amazing! She was quick to respond. She let us into the home earlier than check in time to enjoy Christmas Eve. The home was absolutely beautiful. So many things were available for us that we didn’t need to purchase (seasonings, laundry supplies, kitchenware, condiments, a few snacks, games, and so much more!). If we go back to Arizona, I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish it had was a Christmas tree to have the kids wake up to on Christmas morning! Otherwise, perfect!

Surprise Retreat

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this property. The house was beautiful with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager was so accomodating and easy to contact. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to another family. Great location!

Nice place

The Great: Probably the best “stocked/supplied” VRBO we’ve stayed at. Lacks nothing in the kitchen. Excellent supply of everything (towels, soaps, TV’s…) pictures are accurate and it is even better in person.The Not so Great: communication was good to start, but when inquiring about an early check in time, it went silent. She was prompt when we had an issue with the door code though. The neighborhood is quiet, but there is a lot of road noise on the pool side of the house.Overall, I would recommend it and would stay again if our travels brought us that way.

surprise spring trip

The home was beautiful and nicely laid out. Each room had comfortable beds and nice linens. It was great to have both plastic and glass dishes to choose from in the kitchen! I've been in countless VRBO homes and some have had hardly enough pans to cook. This kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and feel at home. We really enjoyed having the option to dine outside by the grill or eat inside. When we looked for a home, we looked for one with a pool and a large enough yard to not feel too compacted. This back yard and chair set up was great. Truly lovely! My only negative for this homeowner would be to heat the pool. The water was simply too cold to go in. We spent money to come to a warm destination with a pool and couldn't use the pool at all. That was a big disappointment.
