Condo 2e étage très propre et spacieuse !! Nouvelle literie pour chaque chambre !! Deux chambres avec lits Queen, deux chambres avec lits jumeaux et un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme avec baignoire et téléviseur / lecteur DVD pour chaque pièce, y compris un téléviseur plus grand pour la chambre principale. accès balcon de la chambre principale. Laveuse / sécheuse / Câble / Internet / Climatisation centrale. Grande cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles / cuisine ustensiles / vaisselle et extras pour les repas !! Surplombe belle cour avec piscine privée et griller tables / zone de pique-nique. Il y a une unité de stockage personnel pour les articles de plage !!! Nous sommes situés juste au sud de la rue principale, Ocean Drive, Little River. Très bien situé golfeur !!! Situé à six blocs à partir Barefoot Landing. Situation idéale pour les acheteurs!

Perfect!

This is our second time staying at this property and it doesn't disappoint! We have four children ages 6-11 and with three bedrooms, the boys could share a room, and the girls had their own room. The kitchen is well stocked with any items you may need to make your favorite meal. Having access to a washer/dryer right in the room was great, we returned home with no dirty laundry! The location is wonderful! The drive is short to get to local restaurants/shopping/attractions. Being right on the beach is ideal with the kids, we can come and go during the day as we please, no need to lug tons of snacks/drinks. Everyone enjoys the pool as well, it's a nice change of pace from the ocean for the kids.

Hurricane Debbie Holiday!

Property was great. Unfortunately, we were there during Hurricane Debbie who never let up making the entire week a wash! Didnt expect that during first week of August but you just dont know. Owner was very responsive.

Challenges but still a wonderful week!

The property is lovely, the onsite property manager, Wayne, is amazing. We did encounter a few challenges. 1. there are actually 4 short flights of stairs to the condo (I may have misinterpreted the listing, but I thought there were only 2) 2. WiFi was inoperable when we arrived and we had to wait on Spectrum to come with a new router 3. AC died and had to be replaced 4. Auto lock on door needed new batteries - which we supplied The owner was marvelous in dealing with all of the challenges and I know from experience that rental property comes with its issues. I never asked for a refund because of her responsiveness, Wayne's wonderful assistance, and we still had a great time. I probably would not rent again because of the stairs - we had 3 small kids and my hubby has mobility issues.

Myrtle beach vacation

Property was in a great location, Close to barefoot landing , Restaurants. the pool and grounds were perfect for families. Parking was easy and always available. Rita, the owner was pleasure to deal with Couldn't ask for a more. responsive, And pleasant host. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful vacation rita.

The checkout process needs to be fixed.

It is a lovely condo, although couch Cussons need to be replaced. At arrival to start we had to make all the beds, from a bag left on the floor. To end our stay, check-out is 10 am, the earliest I have ever seen anywhere, and the guest is ordered to clean all the dishes and put them away, strip the beds, and bag the laundry. While we had a nice stay. I left feeling rushed and annoyed. The cleaning crew seems to run the show.

Great place in great area!

We were there for a Sping break softball tournament and loved this area and this property. The screened porch was my favorite part. Although it was cool and windy, we still were able to enjoy the beach some…the kids loved it!

Perfect!

We have four children and this three bedroom rental was perfect for our family! It was very clean! The kids enjoyed playing in the ocean and with a very short walk it was nice to come and go. The pool was relaxing when we needed a change from the beach. The location of the rental is ideal! In less than a half an hour you can be at the majority of the attractions and entertainment of Myrtle Beach (as well as the outlets)!

Great property

Had an amazing time! Brought my teen daughters (18 $ 19) for our second trip to S.C. The first experience was awful so was hoping for his time would be better. Palmwood did not disappoint! The property was beautiful and as described. Pool and beach were clean and well kept. Very easy to reach Rita and immediate response. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Comfortable condo in great location

The condo is as advertised, very comfortable and in a great location. It was so easy to get onto the beach and the pool was a nice perk. Good picnic space by the pool as well. It was a relatively quiet street. Rita was a great hostess who responded to our needs very quickly and thoroughly (AC wasn't working properly when we arrived in the evening and a maintenance crew arrived first thing in the morning). Highly recommend, as owner is very responsive and helpful. Beds were comfy and a great view of the ocean too.

Golf Trip

The condo worked well for a group of three golfers. We spent very little time in the condo. We enjoyed the location near the ocean, although we left to play golf before the sun came up and came back after the sun went down. Conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach for access to golf courses both north and south of the condo.

Great Location, Great Complex

We were very satisfied with the quiet neighborhood and small condo complex. The condo complex was really nice and the view of the beach was great. The condo layout is great and offers separation between the 3 bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. Though our stay was nice, we did not enjoy the beds and the furniture. It seamed like all of the furniture was of cheap quality and was not comfortable. After 4 days I was ready to go so I could get a good nights sleep. The price was reasonable and the location was great.

The only negative was that we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves/make the beds in order to sleep. We were tired and wanted to go to bed soon after we arrived -other than that it was great.

Great location in a comfortable condo

The location is convenient to anywhere you might want to visit. It has a nice view from the porch and bedroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay again.

I would give 5 stars in overall rating but..

I enjoyed this place very much. Had plenty of room for the kids. The 2 issues we had was the queen room shower door would not stay closed it was not adjusted properly. We tried the number provided for maintenance and was told he was out of town. The property manger/ owner was notified and she said "just let me know I can send maintenance". She already knew it wasn't working because she stated when we come down in Oct. we plan to replace it. So listing this as 3 full baths was misleading. It was not operable unless she wanted the floor soaked with water. The other issue was the screened in porch it has 2 beautiful rockers however when my daughter sat in the rocker it immediately fell. The bottom of the rocker leg was previously broken and someone tried to glue it back together. In my opinion that was a terrible decision to leave a broken rocker on the porch as this was a safety issue. Luckily my daughter did not hit her head to hard on the wall. The manager / owner was responsive and seemed concerned however I felt she knew of the gluing of the leg therefore putting people in danger instead of removing the rocker. Other than these 2 items which can be easily fixed everything else was fantastic.

Beach enthusiasts since the early 80's. We vacationed with our two children for years in Myrtle.. We live on a private lake in Ghent, WV and dreamed of residing here since we were married in 1987. The biggest attractions here are the entertainment, restaurants and shopping....and did I mention SHOPPING?

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

North Myrtle is like our "compound". We narrowed our search to include a low-rise condo, three bedroom unit, allowing our motor bike and dog off season. There is close access to numerous golf courses, miniature golf, Barefoot Landing, Little River, Main St., Broadway at The Beach, upscale dining, and shopping....and did I mention SHOPPING?
