Everything was nice. The ocean view was amazing! Just a few suggestions, I would add tv’s to the other bedrooms, and a small dresser for clothes in 1st bedroom. It was clean and maintained. The host was great. We will be back!

When we first walked into the condo the musty/old smell was overwhelming and permeated everything. The property hadn't been cleaned well. My boyfriend ended up having to clean the floors and walls which helped alot with the smell but it would come back a little bit each day. We contacted the property owners who were very nice but the solution they offered wasn't something that would work for us. If we had somewhere else to go, we would have left. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation after figuring out how to minimize the smell. We would not go back to this property. I think that a good overhaul of the upholstered furniture would definitely help.

Based on the several 10/10 reviews, we usually dont have issues and one thing is for sure, we cant make everyone happy even though we try very hard. We tried to work with the renter and offered for another full clean if they wanted us to and we would have been happy to but one thing we dont get complaints about is a smell. They denied the cleaning we offered. Not sure if something was going on outside the condo that made the smell bad but the next renter that went in the same day they left didnt say a word about any type of smells. This is our family condo, we will do what it takes to make our renters happy and have a great vacation.

Location was amazing. Right on the beach and close to shopping and abundant dining.Condo needs a deep clean. Baseboards, picture frames, fans, etc all have a significant layer of dust. Also could use a couple shelves in the second bathroom. Vanity has virtually no surface space for any toiletries and wall has a large space that could easily accommodate shelves.

The location of this property is great and so is the view. There was plenty of parking for oversized vehicles across the street and a place to pull up in front for unloading. The unit itself is nice layout. The front bedroom with the queen bed is very compact and does not have a dresser or closet, so be prepared to store clothes in another bedroom as there’s not much room to lay out a suitcase. The owners are incredibly responsive. We had a small issue and it was handled right away. One place that could use improvement is the cleanliness. Maybe the regular cleaners were away, or they just need a refresher on expectations, or perhaps the unit was vacant for awhile. But, that area was lacking for our arrival. Overall, we had a nice stay and the indoor pool is great for cooler days or nights.

Nice quiet location. Great view. Nice Condo. Had to provide own sheets and towels which was known. Should mention bring and extra towel or two such to step out of the shower with. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice but don't recall them mentioning that. They should add that to the listing so you don't bring yours only to find some already there.

Great place!

Loved the location! It was quiet and we felt very safe. Property is very clean and well kept. Elevators were prompt. View was amazing. We saw dolphins on 2 different days. The beach was groomed daily and lifeguards on duty. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend adding a hand towel bar somewhere in the master bathroom and also adding a mini vacuum so that sand/dirt can be kept off the floors during your stay (I bought one for $22 at Walmart and decided to bring it home with me because it worked so well!) There was a broom and dust pan in the closet...but the vacuum was so much better! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
