Propriété en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage. Condo au quatrième étage dans un immeuble de 9 étages avec 2 ascenseurs récemment rénovés pour un accès rapide. Cuisine entièrement équipée rénovée. Grand balcon en bord de mer avec table et chaises pour 8 personnes ou plus. Piscine chauffée avec solarium, aire de grillade extérieure avec plusieurs grils à gaz disponibles pour votre usage, parking couvert, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité et suite principale en bord de mer. Loved the condo. Clean, efficient and directly on the beach. Only downside was the pool is enclosed in a greenhouse like structure that was stuffy so we did not use it at all. Would definitely stay again!

Such a nice comfortable place. My wife and I stayed for a month long working vacation, and deciding if we want to live in Myrtle. The 4th floor view of the ocean, beach, and dunes is awesome. The unit is very clean, kitchen has everything we needed to do a lot of cooking. The primary bath is recently remodeled with great features, hall bath is fun and has everything you need. The ocean view from bed in the primary bedroom is special, sunrise and moonrise over the water is remarkable! The building is quiet, elevators are fast, and it's kept clean. Erney the host is great, no mater what we needed or asked about he did everything he could to help us enjoy our stay. Oh yeah... we're moving to Myrtle Beach this Summer!

We absolutely love this property. We stayed in it a couple years ago and decided to book it again. The owners are amazing and so easy to speak with. The property is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. We love the neighborhood, its quiet and not crowded which makes it great for families with kids like us or who just enjoy some peace and quiet. We will be booking this property again.

Ocean life for the month!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy. It was really well stocked, wasn't missing anything. We felt like we were at a cottage at the beach. I like the 4th floor, high enough to see a long way and low enough to people watch. We used the pool a few times and enjoyed the temperature. Thanks for the great stay.

Pinnacle Beach Stay

We did not meet the property manager, and if we did, they did not identify themselves as such. The condo owners were great and very responsive. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. The condo was clean and comfortable, as well as being uniquely decorated. Being close to the beach was a bonus. The property is well kept, secure, and within a short drive to all amenities. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a vacation In North Myrtle Beach.

Condo was in great shape with nice updates throughout. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the spacious layout of the kitchen allowed several people to access at the same time. We like the building location along a quieter section of the street. The beach was fantastic as always in the Myrtle Beach area.Our stop at the rental office to pickup information and parking passes was quick and easy. It was nice having a keyless entry so we didn't have to return anything when we left.We did learn that we prefer at least a portion of the pool to be outside, and that we prefer to be higher up in the building. However, being on the first floor and right next to the stairwell was convenient for walking down to our cars and the beach.

Outstanding condo with a beautiful view of the beach.

The condo was great with beautiful views of the ocean to be enjoyed throughout the day. Great place for morning coffee and and to spend the evening after a nice dinner on the Grand Strand. The beach was quiet and you almost felt like you had it to yourself. Two things must be upgraded. The mattresses are extremely soft. I almost fell out of the bead. I would love to return to the condo but you need replace the mattresses. The walk-in shower with the seat is great but you need to install grab bars to aid people get up. The Master bathroom is impressive. This would be a great condo for a 3 generational stay.

Stated no pets , which is why I chose this unit. Noticed a dog smell, the owner did offer to have carpets cleaned, but, declined the offer as we didn't want to deal with damp carpet . Condo could use updating and painting.

I did receive a complaint about a pet odor. The previous guests flew in from Nevada, so it is very unlikely that they could have had a dog in the unit for 2 months without anyone noticing. I did immediately offer to have the carpets professionally cleaned, which had been installed less than 6 months prior. The tenant declined my offer. There have been very few tenants this last year due to covid, so the likelihood of a dog being in the unit is very slim. I’m sorry you had allergies but my previous reviews should speak for themselves. I’m sorry that I was unable to please you, at least you seem to have enjoyed the view.

Perfect location

This is our second time staying at the condo and I have already booked for the third time to return next year! The location of the condo is extremely quiet and secure. The view from the balcony is serene, and the sound of the waves at night brings me joy. The condo is fully stocked, however I was surprised that there was zero toilet paper when we arrived. I placed a Walmart pick up order for next morning pick up since we arrive late the night before, and not having any toilet paper that night was somewhat inconvenient. So just make sure you bring toilet paper with you! Overall, we really enjoyed this place and highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful vacation.

We purchased here after owning a 1 bedroom close by, for several years. We grew to love coming here for our vacations, and wanted enough room to bring more of our family and friends. We both grew up in Pennsylvania, and usually ended up at the beach somewhere for vacation. Myrtle Beach just seemed like the perfect fit for us. Myrtle Beach is one of the most family friendly beach areas we've been. We make an effort to keep our condo family friendly also, since our kids have loved coming here since they were born. They are now 14 and 20, and their latest adventure is surfing. We still reside in the Pittsburgh area and come to the beach as often as our schedule allows. We hope you like our condo as much as we do, and return to the area often.
