Ledge Point Family Villas - À distance de marche de l'océan

Située à Ledge Point, cette villa de vacances récemment rénovée offre à ses clients une véritable expérience de «chez soi loin de chez soi». À distance de marche de la plage et du terrain de jeu, cet établissement est idéal pour une escapade d'un week-end ou un long séjour. Ledge Point est l'endroit idéal pour explorer la région du centre-ouest de l'Australie occidentale ou simplement pour vous détendre.

La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Il y a trois chambres à coucher, 2 x chambres de taille Queen et une chambre avec deux lits superposés. Une cuisine complète est fournie ainsi qu'un grand coin repas et un salon spacieux. Un espace extérieur isolé avec barbecue est un bel espace pour apprécier des collations et des boissons en soirée ou regarder le coucher de soleil depuis le porche.

Not worth what we paid

My son & daughter kept rolling into the middle of the bed. My son looked underneath & saw the bed frame was broken & had been roughly repaired with some wood. He put a couple of bricks that he found outside under the wood for the next few nights. The sprinklers came on 2 nights & soaked the front & back verandahs so anything that was out there got wet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a great time ledge, disappointed that Leah doesn't look after ledge any more as she was great to deal with. Kristen comes across as rude and not willing to do her job. The propriety it self was very nice only thing I cod fault is some of the amenities weren't clean or functional.

Home away from home

Beautiful location comfortable stay overall enjoyed the home .the only downside was the population of the insects and reception wasn’t that great swings need to be update but kids still loved them . we enjoyed our stay look forward to coming back one-day definitely recommend .

And perfect location to the beach and ledge caravan park. Garden needs a tidy and the swings are not secured into the grounds. Just need to fix the swings in the back yard.All rusted and a big safety hazard. The outside area needs a bit of a upgrading. Could not sit outside because the outdoor sitting area was full of spiders and the seat setting was full of splinters.

It was quiet, close to the beach & had everything we needed. A couple of maintenance issues, where the sliding screen doors didn’t work properly but apart from that it was great.

Great spot, close to everything, had

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, super close to the beach, cafe, playground. Shop, Country Club all within 10min walk. We were unfortunate to arrive just as Perth had its lockdown so we couldn't enjoy the area to its full potential but the beach was so close for our allocated 1hr of exercise. A fully fenced backyard with BBQ and swingset was excellent for our 4yo son and the 3 bedrooms was a good size for our 4 adults/1 child. Would definitely return!

House was in a prime position. Had all you could want for cooking in the kitchen and spare linen supplies. Great for kids and adults. Highly recommended

Perfect for all your needs

Nice family unit only a 2min walk to the beach. The unit was tidy in arrival, and had a full serviced kitchen with electric stove/oven; if you're a cook, BBQ is the way to go so long as you have cleaning items. Our only negative comment would be the cleanliness of the unit, although tidy there was grime on a few walls and the bathroom had a broken towel rail which was quite sharp. Overall, a nice little unit to stay in and we would come back and stay again.

Cosy holiday home close to beach & park

neat & tidy, sufficient linen & extra blankets. Kitchen has plenty glasses, dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, microwave, older stove & no dishwasher. Laundry has washing machine but no dryer. Nice backyard with BBQ which was not used as not clean. Aircon in lounge, ceiling fans in rooms & a oil fin heater available. Enjoyed our stay in comfort.
