Comfortable

My hubby and i stayed here with our teenage daughter. No bells or whistles, but it was comfortable, clean and provided enough entertainment for a great relaxing weekend. Good choice of movies and board games for quality family time. Beach was walking distance and the town was just a short drive away. away.

A great place to stay with your big dog and family

It was awesome to have a simple place to escape to for a few days with my hubby and our Doberman. We initally found it really difficult to find anywhere that would accept us and a big dog, with a lot of places having size and weight limits on dogs. Our pooch is clean, well behaved and house-trained, and it was awesome to come to a no-stress, simple house and to just relax! It's an older-style beach home that has been renovated. Tere's everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home, loads of sleeping options with clean bedding, big couches, and overall a clean house with that lived in feel. The bonuses were wifi, so we could watch a little Netflix in the evening, good fencing to keep your dog securely in the yard, a great block size for your big doggo to have a run around the outside of the house and to chase the ball, games and other things, dogs allowed inside (we bought her bed and set it up by the couches so we all had our own couch), and a good quiet location (aside from the little yappy dogs next door). There was a 'smell' to the house - possibly recently renovated and locked up? It's even come home with us on our clothes and bags. This will definitely decrease the more people stay and the house is open and has a chance to breathe. There were also a few ants in the bathroom, but seriously, we're all battling sugar ants these days! Thanks for the great stay. We'd love to stay again :)
