Nouvellement rénové 1938 maison de style ranch dans un quartier calme, bordée d'arbres. Ceci est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et appeler à la maison pendant votre visite à Los Angeles. Notre maison est un endroit idéal pour les vacanciers, visite de la famille dans la région et les voyages professionnels.

Cette propriété est également une courte distance en voiture loin de Griffith Park, l'Observatoire, le Musée Autry, LA Zoo, Olvera Street. Perfect Stay

Beautiful, well maintained home in an established neighborhood. Convenient to everything, stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, and communication with the owner was easy and very responsive.

WE WILL BE BACK

We’ve stayed here before and we will stay here again. We love the neighborhood, the house, and the town. Plus it’s easy to get to all the places we want to visit in L.A.There are every kind of restaurant that you could want, and multiple supermarkets nearby.This trip I did a bit of hiking - and there is plenty right in walking distance. There are multiple parks and gardens.I joined a gym - there are plenty to choose from.Movie theaters.Downtown LA is easily accessed, as are the studios and Hollywood.I can’t say enough about this terrific location.The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. The hosts are available if needed. As I said, we will return!

Beautiful stay

Fresh coffee and a tort were there on our late night arrival ready for tomorrow. Comfortable two two bedroom home. Basic needs were met ans surpassed by the owners. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Fantastic Property!

We have stayed several times at this beautiful home. It is very well equipped, comfortable, quiet and located in a gorgeous neighborhood, where we enjoyed many wonderful walks. While in a lovely residential area, there is easy access to many restaurants, shopping and freeways should you wish to go further afield. Eileen is an excellent host and responds quickly and effectively to any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Quiet neighborhood, clean and spacious...feels like home!

Beautifully maintained home. Wonderful neighborhood with local eateries a nice walk or short drive away. Comfortable beds and linens. Peaceful outdoor space...will be wanting this property again for our future visits. Owners easily reached and clear on house rules.

This is a fabulous property. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Our host, Eileen, responded immediately to any question we had. The house had everything we needed. Ellen was always available to handle any issues.

Most comfortable property we have rented. We did not want to leave! The neighborhood was beautiful and great for long walks. House is very close to restaurants and shopping. Major highways like I5, 134, 101 and 170 are very short distance. Major shopping centers in Burbank and Glendale also close to home. We had a wonderful experience and plan to rent this beautiful home again. Ellen was so nice and made our stay a real delight.

Great home for an extended stay!

This one is by far the the best properties we have stayed at. It is spacious, very comfortable, extremely well-equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. It isn't just the major things: the host has stocked everything you might need in the kitchen, such as zip lock bags, aluminum foil, wax paper, lots of silverware and plates and cookware, cooking utensils, dryer sheets in the laundry, and more of these useful items too numerous to list. There are two TV's, one in the master bedroom, and one in the living room, both with very good Direct TV connections. All the furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a very nice walk-in shower as well as a tub. There is a powder room too. The host is super responsive, helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and quiet. When we stay here, it feels like we are in our own home. We confirm and echo all of the other positive reviews.

Perfect Rental

We have rented this house 3 times and love it even more each time we stay here. The house has a large spacious floor plan, so it's easy to get around. It's clean, comfortable and well decorated. We love the surrounding neighborhood. It has beautiful tree lined streets with friendly neighbors. Very Safe There is a great little strip that is walking distance with restaurants, a yoga studio, small grocery store and a french bakery. I can't say enough good things about this house. You will fall in love with this place when you stay here.

Better than advertised.

It isn’t often that a property exceeds the description written by the owner but this one is that exception. We can only add our 5/5 rating like so many other reviews have done. If there was a 6 we’d check that one. In spite of the unusually cool weather during our stay, we had a great time staying here. It was a great location for the things we wanted to do and a perfect spot to return to after out adventures.

Outstanding

Although I was unable to stay at the house I am writing a review because of the outstanding service I received from the owners. Our trip was cancelled due to weather related issues and the owners were accommodating above and beyond my wildest dreams. If I am able to rebook my trip for a later date I will not hesitate to work with these people again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for us.

Our Second Stay

My husband and I were lucky enough to be able to rent this property for a second stay. Glendale is a lovely town, the location is beautiful, and the property is exactly as the owner describes. There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bath, a well equipped eat in kitchen, a large living room, dining room, and even a study/office. The owner is available when needed. There is a truly lovely park within a mile with hiking trails for every level. When you step out the door you’re looking up at the magnificent mountain. There are plenty of restaurants, super markets, whatever you need. The studios are nearby as well as the zoo, Griffith park and observatory. I love this property and hope to return next year.

A Great Place to Stay in GLendale

This was a wonderful place with amazing hosts. We stayed for a month. The host was extremely responsive and available to answer questions and address our minor concerns (we need higher internet because 2 of us were working). The neighborhood was beautiful. Lovely homes at the foot of the mountains with Brand Park within walking distance giving you access to hiking trails. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. All in all a terrific experience! If you have a reason to be in beautiful Glendale this is a great place to stay.

The house was lovely and thoughtfully equipped for our month-long stay. The neighborhood is beautiful ... a little less than a mile from Brand Park, and a tad over a half-mile from the collection of shops called Kenneth Village.

Most amazing stay!

We had the best stay in Eileen's house! The house was so clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and down to Kenneth Village. The internet was great for working from home, the AC worked great for some hot days, and the kitchen was really well stocked for cooking. We would love to come back, and can't recommend this place enough!

Outstanding!

The glowing five-star reviews about this house on this website are true. We could not have found a nicer or more comfortable place to stay for one month anywhere. The house is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and as nice or nicer than the pictures shown on the VRBO website. Location is superb in the lovely, quiet, and friendly Glenwood neighborhood of Glendale. It’s a wonderful neighborhood for morning walks and evening strolls. If you’re into hiking, there are many hiking trails in the Verdugo Mountains which border the neighborhood. As the other reviewers mentioned, everything is provided at the house. The kitchen, bath, and laundry are well-equipped with everything. The Wi-Fi worked well. Eileen is a thoughtful, lovely, and welcoming host, and always responsive. As others have remarked, staying here felt like living at home. Our stay here was much more relaxed than a hotel. If we ever stay in Glendale for 30 days or more, this house will be our first choice.

Felt like home!

The place was truly home during our 1 month stay. The location is superb as it is close to everything one may need whether you are just visiting or a local. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, and very family oriented. The home is clean, and most importantly has EVERYTHING you may need, or even think of and not expect that it would be there. For example, beach chairs, a frisby, beach umbrellas, towels, etc. Eileen is a really thoughtful person, leaving nice messages and small things that really make you feel welcome. This is our first time renting a place, that is not staying at a hotel, and it will surely not be the last thanks for this great experience. We will surely consider Eileen's place again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Eileen! Super place, super host!

Amazing home in Glendale!

We enjoyed 3 months in Eileen's beautiful home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in Glendale, close to shopping, Brand Park, and Kenneth Village. The house was well equipped with every possible need provided for. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, spices, and cooking utensils. We immediately felt at home. Eileen was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we experienced during our stay. We hope to stay at Eileen's Glendale home again next time we travel to Glendale to visit our family. We highly recommend it!

Excellent Stay!

This was our third stay at this property, which says it all. It is extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. I've never seen a vacation rental that was so well equipped. We were there for a month and never tired of the beautiful neighbourhood and the ease of going further afield with the access to freeways as well as on surface roads. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity, and we enjoyed going out as well as the comfort of staying in with some great take out meals. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who might wish to do so. Another very important plus is how easy it is to deal with Eileen and how responsive she is to any questions or concerns. This is a wonderful property which I have no hesitation in highly recommending!

Lovely home in beautiful, convenient neighborhood

This is a lovely, spacious two-bedroom home in a beautiful Glendale neighborhood. Our hostess really thought of everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped; the living room had very comfotable seating, the dining room was a perfect place for a holiday meal, and the beds were very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides (I'm always a little annoyed when there is a light on only one side). Lot of fluffy towels plus high-class toiletries in the bathroom. There were even some tasteful decorations for the holiday season. I would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well-appointed property

This lovely home was perfect for a recent one-week stay, and would also be ideal for an extended stay. The place is well kept and feels like a home, with a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. It is quiet and comfortable, in a pleasant neighborhood for walking—and yet convenient to stores and restaurants and to roads for going elsewhere in the greater LA area. The owner is friendly and responsive, and we look forward to renting this property again.
