Great value & location

Perfect experience! Booked at last minute and was glad I selected this house. Pool and hot tub was hot and comfortable. Really enjoyed the movie theater. This house is in a great location, close to Disney but also in a neighborhood that is quiet and not filled with other rentals. Really felt like we were coming home every night.

The house has everything you need. One small issue is the smell in the cinema room which should easily fixed and the house would be perfect then.

Dirty and stinky

We stayed for a couple weeks when we first arrived it seemed ok until we went into the game/movie room it stinks to high heavens not enjoyable at all we called them out and a person came to look at the room and said she can’t smell anything cause of her sinuses (what was the point coming over) and dropped off a toaster that was missing which awesome that they were on that but never contacted us back until I called them about it again there was no bbq which they did get one out there eventually but an overall review with the cockroaches and stinky smell we will not stay there again

Room for the family

Nice property plenty of room for the family. A few issues with the amenities one there’s no utensils forks specifically and the coffee pot lid is broken off so you have to clean it to use it to get the dust out. We did not use the game room as it’s in the garage that is converted the property manager may need to look as water is leaking in from the bottom of the garage onto the carpet and there’s a bad mildew smell. We put air fresheners in there . For 2 of the bathrooms there was a urine smell around the toilets we Lysol this however if we smelled it walking in the cleaning company should’ve smelled it also. We enjoyed the pool.

Grill was extremely dirty, no toiletries, pool table in awful condition, batteries in remotes not g

Over all the place was nice but when you book something you expect things in the home to function correctly and have toiletries at the least, also no trash bags, a few other things but I will stop there.

Great Family Place for Disney Trip

Great house to rent for a family trip to Disney. It is close enough to Disney and also to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. My kids (one boy and girl) loved sleeping in the themed bedrooms and switching bedrooms every night.

Weekend Getaway

Communication with the property owner was really easy. He answered quickly and was very nice. My kids loved the pool and the themed rooms. I loved the fact the there were two master suites and we all had alot of fun in the game room. I would definitely stay again.

Needs improvements

The house was not cleaned well prior to our arrival; the floor was filthy (you can tell they haven’t mopped in a long time),The bathrooms had mildew and the tub next to the kids room is clogged. The frozen room mattress has a giant whole which you can’t even sleep in. The property had the outside garbage filled to the top with old garbage which resulted in flies getting into the home. When this was reported to property manager, he did nothing to resolve the issue. Lastly, our privacy was invaded by the property manager coming in to install a new television which took about two hours (he could have done this prior to our arrival). The pillows didn’t even have pillow cases. Super disappointed for the price. Avoid this place if you can.

Thank you for your review. Had we not have replaced the faulty TV for these guests I'm sure they would have had something to complain about. You cat do right for doing wrong! The mattress is new in the frozen room and doesn't have a large hole. I'm not even going to bother addressing other fictitious issues, some guests just like to try and get a refund.

The only thing I recommend the property owners is to change the mattresses

Very nice property owner, answer all of the questions quickly. Large and clean home. The only thing that bother us was that the mattresses where in very uncomfortable specially on the two small rooms. I will not stay at that home again just because of that. Something very important to me when I am on vacation is to be able to have a good rest as well.

Beautiful home in a great location.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Orlando and stay in this home. The home was very comfortable and clean. My favorite part was the two separate master bedrooms with one being at the front of the house. I had peace and quiet while the kids had fun and made all the noise they wanted. It was perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and just the right size for my myself, my husband and our four kids ages 11-16. The game room was fun. The house was clean. I didn't know (maybe I didn't read it carefully enough) that there was an extra charge to heat the pool. The water was pretty cold and we opted not to pay for the heat for fear that the kids would be so tired from the parks that they wouldn't want to swim. So, they didn't swim but I bet if we did pay for the heat they would have. I was kind of looking forward to a nice hot tub after a day in the parks but I guess that wasn't in the cards. My only other complaint was the mattresses were pretty bad. :( Otherwise, I give it a solid four stars.

Gorgeous and Clean!!!

My overall experience was GREAT! Me and my family stayed at the Frozen Theme House from 11/30/18-12/3/18. The temp was 85 degrees so we used the pool plenty of times. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The house is energy efficient so everytime you leave the power shuts off. We didn’t mind...we all thought it was very smart! The only negative thing was the knob for the dryer was broke so we couldn’t use it. So we just improvised and hung the towels up in the bathroom. Honestly you don’t need a thing but food and toilet paper upon arrival. We would definitely stay again!!!

Best and Cleanest Weekly Rental House we have been to, Favorite Vacation ever!

Hurricane Florence ruined our plans for Emerald Isle, NC so I had to make Plan B at the last minute (Plan B turned out to be the best vacation I've ever had), just 2 days before we were to visit the house. The house is amazing, all the pictures are spot on, my daughter LOVED the princess bed, at 3 yo she could get on and off the low bed easily (We might have to make her a princess bed at our house)!! and son loved the Superman/ Hulk room. It was close to food, WM, and Orlando Disney stuff. Having 2 Master Bedrooms was great, since we had MIL with us. The pool and bubbly tub was perfect! Everything was cleaner than clean!!! I have never seen a cleaner to the tee house, We were SOOO impressed! The only minor negatives that I saw was in the houses design, is the fact that the AC turns off when you leave the house. So when you get to the house you have to wait 20-30 mins for it to cool back down from 85-87 deg to 72ish deg. One of the blind blades kept falling down it looked like the Property manager might have put tape on it to hold it but it isn't holding it very good. There was no wash clothes, (which makes some sense) a trip to Walmart (1 mile away), sufficed the wash clothes. And the fan in the living room was really hard to understand how to get it to work. It would go off and on the whole time we were there randomly. Those small negatives didn't detract AT ALL from the vacation and it was still the Best Rental house we have ever been to and definitely the Cleanest!!!

Very clean and spacious. Loved having the pool and game room.

We really enjoyed showing up and the place was ready to be opened. No hassle of checking in. The house is energy saving so it was a little warm. Once we powered up the house with our key it didn't take long to cool the house. All the instructions were conveniently placed at the door with the a.c. and were pretty thorough. We were close to the parks so it was nice to have a place to take a break at in the middle of the day. We had a coffee maker and other appliances we needed. Fans in all the rooms were nice. The room's TVs didn't always work. The kept resetting and would take along time to reboot so the kids didn't have anything to watch at bedtime. There were no DVD players, which wasn't a big problem just kind of bummed that and the TVs didn't always work properly. I am very happy with my stay overall. I didn't get any nasty surprises.

Nice home, close to everything!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Frozen theme house. It was in a great location and the heated pool and hot tub worked great after a long day at the park. The owner was quick to respond and lock box made checking in and out simple. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the beds weren't comfortable. I understand it is a rental but maybe add some mattress pads or egg crates or something. All 4 beds were hard and you could feel the springs. For the money, it is definitely worth it. One night in a hotel for a party of 6 would have cost more than we paid for 4 nights at this house. We would definitely rent again!!

Very nice house and location

Overall a great house. Not a fan of the mattresses or the electrical system which turns off the electricity while you are away making it impossible to run the dishwasher or charge tablets or phones when you are gone.

Thank you for your review, pleased that you enjoyed the house. Very disappointed that you only rated it 3 stars, maybe that's because your review only focuses on the negatives? The electrical system that is in place is a cost saving device to allow us to be competitive with our rates. You will find the same device in most hotel rooms. There is ample opportunity when you are in the house and over night to charge such things as phones and to use large electrical appliances such as washers, dryers and dishwashers. These items should not be put on and left unattended whilst you are out. The mattresses are being replaced in the spring. Thank you for staying with us.
