05 chambres (01 King, 02 Queen, 02 Twin) plus un canapé-lit, permettent à 12 personnes de dormir confortablement dans notre Vila.
Cuisine bien équipée avec dessus en granit et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous.

Very nice place and location.

Very nice house, great layout and excellent amenities. The grounds were well-maintained. My guests enjoyed the pool and the walking trauls in rhe area.

Excellent stay!

This was the CLEANEST rental we have ever seen! The home is beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time at Universal and Disney, and we wish we had scheduled an extra day to just enjoy chilling at this home. The towels were luscious and the beds were comfy. The only downside was no checkout instructions so I was unsure what to do with towels, trash, etc. Otherwise, we LOVED everything!

Wonderful spacious home

Overall we were impressed with the property. The layout worked very well and having the pool/spa as well as game room kept the kids occupied. The owner/mgr was very attentive. The only thing I would warn people about (especially if they’re maxing out the occupancy) is the hot water tank is not nearly big enough for the number of bathrooms. We ran out of hot water after 2 regular length showers.

Lovely stay

Very well maintained and so much space. This house was perfect for our family holiday. The area was safe and we enjoyed runs when were having time in the villa. Would absolutely stay again.

Kissimmee House Review

The property was a great location to the Disney Resort and was very well maintained. Plenty of sleeping options fun game room and when we had an issue with the pool heater, it was quickly fixed. Great stay and we will consider staying there again!

Best villa we’ve stayed in.

Had an absolutely brilliant time, stayed 19 nights, wish we could have stayed longer, the villa is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, loved the pool which is lovely and private and not right next to your neighbour as others we have stayed in. Good location for Disney and extra security with being a gated complex, hope to return.

Perfect

Great property close to Disney in a gated community. We've stayed at Emerald Island 3 times now and this villa is by far the nicest yet. Clean and modern, great pool/Spa area. Good games room that kids loved. Owner is very helpful and super quick to reply to messages. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to come back in the future.

Great villa in a lovely location

We spent two weeks here with our son and three grandchildren. Its a lovely villa, spacious, clean and well equipped, a haven after the hectic days in the parks. The upgrading that Robinson told us about is evident both in decor and equipment. A problem with the pool pump was quickly resolved by the agent. Emerald Island resort is an excellent location, peaceful and quiet but close to all the attractions. The staff at the reception and club house were friendly and helpful. Robinson was always prompt in responding to any questions we had before our holiday. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Some wonderful family memories made.

Nice property

This is a very nice house and fully stocked. Nice location. The only problem I had is I sent several messages months prior to the trip about heating the pool/spa and some messages about check in days before our check in that all went unanswered. I had to call for check in information an hour before we were due to check in. I was told I didn’t sign the rental agreement. I had never received it prior to calling. I would have thought someone would have contacted me to make me aware it wasn’t signed considering they had my full payment for the rental. They were able to send it to me and everything went good from there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and willing to help find a solution.

Lots of wear and tear!

I want to leave an honest review so that the owners can improve and travelers make sure they don’t get any surprises. The house is well located and is very spacious. Things I did not like: 1. Hidden fees that we found out after we booked. The pool is heated but you must pay extra, they have a grill, but you must pay extra. 2. The management company reached out to me 30 minutes before check in to have me sign an agreement and send my ID for verification, they need to do this prior check in, because I was driving 7hrs and it was difficult for me to take care of this while driving. 3. You need to pay $20 per vehicle that stays overnight. 4. The bathrooms need some love and care as well as the shower curtains, the shower curtains were disgusting. 5. The sofa bed is so filthy that we almost puke. 6. The beds are hard. Goods: The house is well equipped with almost everything you may need for your stay. Won’t stay here again, did not like the experience.

Perfect

From the minute we arrived, we loved and enjoyed every minute of our four week stay here. Everything was perfect from the moment we went through the door. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Over the years we have stayed in many Homes in the Orlando area. This one is without a shadow of a doubt the nicest. The home is so close to Disney World that you can hear the fireworks at night. Everything a home could possibly need, has been provided. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. There is plenty of crockery, glass ware and oven ware. The wifi was well tested and was faultless. The pool is excellent. We paid for pool heating as we had with other homes. This was the first time we could just dive right in from the first day. I loved the way the pool surround had privacy screening providing us total privacy. I enjoyed the abundance of nature. We at all times felt safe and comfortable in the home. As it is in a guarded gated community. There were lots of facilities in the clubhouse but to be honest we were so happy with the home we did not need them. Finally Location. This home is perfectly located in a quiet cul de sac, in the resort. The resort itself is ideally located near to DisneyWorld. From the home to the gate took less than 15 minutes. Just off the 192 and the I-4, the main access routes to everything, Universal studios, sea world, aquatica etc. Also the Busch gardens bus pick up point is literally just at the top of the road. Minutes away. A super target is 5 minutes away and Walmart 10 minutes away. By car. All the malls are easily accessible. This home is just perfect. The owner Robinson was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The management company Global dealt quickly with a couple of minor things that cropped up. Our adult family cannot wait to return.

Great location to parks (about 6 miles, 15 min to any park). Tons of towels. Very responsive to any issues. Lots of space for everyone.

Brazilian couple, with 16 years old triplets that really enjoy to be in Orlando.
We have invested in this vacation home in Orlando to be our second home, as we wish to have it maintained as if we were living there.
We use the home at least twice a year with our children and keep it as an investment for renting during the remaining period.
