Appartement boutique entièrement équipé à côté du marché de Sant Antoni. Un ménage quotidien de 30 minutes est inclus du lundi au samedi.

Appartement spacieux de 100 m², qui se situe dans le centre de Barcelone. Il est équipé de trois chambres : une chambre avec lit double et deux chambres avec deux lits individuels qui peuvent être réunis pour former des lits doubles King size. L’appartement possède une terrasse conviviale, composée d’une grande table et d’un salon extérieur.

La pièce de vie est agréable et lumineuse, offrant un espace convivial et détente. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée de tous les outils disponibles pour cuisiner. L’appartement est entièrement climatisé et dispose d’un chauffage en hiver.

L’appartement est connecté au Wi-Fi avec une télévision connectée (Langues: Espagnol, Anglais, Allemand, Hollandais, Français).

Fabulous location and great property!

We loved our stay in Casa Florida Private Terrace. It was perfect for our stay with couples. Fabulous central location, very walkable. Eduard the property manager was awesome and always helpful. We really appreciated his quick responses, friendliness, and help with local reservations and drivers.

Wonderful location! Lovely, modern and comfortable! Great staff!

This property is well located in lovely neighborhood and accessible to all the sites and transit. Elevator, staff extremely helpful and responsive. Rooms white, bright and airy with balcony access. We recommend 5 stars and would stay there again.

Wonderful! Would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week. We are a family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) Too much to say about this flat! The location is great. Metro stations are close. Easy to get a taxi on the street. Good restaurants and cafes for a coffee and pastry in the morning. Large grocery store around the corner. The flat is just like the pictures and has an elevator. Juan greeted us when we checked in. He was very helpful and answered questions. The flat is large and clean. Great place to relax after a day of touring! Would stay here again!

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, fabulous hosts! We had three couples in this flat and it suited us perfectly!! Matteo was amazing and so appreciated the helpful maps, guides and booking of taxis to get us to the airport. Thank you for making our stay perfect!!

Nice Apartment

Had a lovely trip with family. The apartment was very clean and the balcony very nice for outdoor eating. The property manager was always very prompt in responding to any questions and our checkin with Matteo was seamless. He shared lots of suggestions to make to most of our stay and even helped us get a cab at the end of our stay. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Nice apartment

The property manager had excellent communication and met us for check in immediately upon our arrival. The apartment is a bit smaller than the photos would seem but we were very comfortable with four of us total. The hall stairs are very narrow but there is an elevator. The apartment was very clean and included daily cleaning service if desired which is very nice but the interior needs a bit of upkeep in painting, and in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on the first floor.

Family holiday in Barcelona

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the apartment. The location is perfect with everything you need close by and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. A short walk to all the main sights. We highly recommend.

Great accommodation and location

This property was just as pictured and worked out great for our group. There are several cafes and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a local market, supermarket, and the metro. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the staff for excellent communication, providing information on the local area, and helping us set up a taxi on our departure.

Couldnt have been better

Everything about our stay was excellent. Edouard was easy to communicate with and gave us an excellent personal orientation to the apartment and the whole area on our arrival which helped enormously. He helped to understand parking, where we should eat which was the restaurant his business owns - but no obligation to go there (we loved the food!). The apartment was inviting and worked extremely well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The whole district was a great place for our stay

A very good location to be in Barcelona.

This is a very clean cozy apartment in a residential neighborhood but within walking distance of all the tourist hit lists. There is a super market on the same block and good restaurants are nearby. Very glad to have stayed here rather than in a teeming tourist spot. Would book again.
