À propos de cet hébergement

Notre unité OCEAN FRONT Shorebirds est une unité de 2 bd / 2ba, au 2ème étage dans le bâtiment H du complexe Pajaro Dunes North (communauté fermée avec sécurité). L'unité est accessible en fauteuil roulant depuis le parking via des rampes. L'unité comprend le WIFI gratuit (à partir du 2-11-16 l'unité a un WIFI DÉDIÉ pour cet appareil), les appels locaux et longue distance (pas internationaux s'il vous plaît) et la télévision par câble. Il y a un barbecue au propane sur le pont pour votre usage. 4-5 adultes et jusqu'à 2 enfants dans des lits superposés. Max 6 personnes.

Chambre principale: lit king size avec salle de bain complète privée et accès à la terrasse. Réveillez-vous au son des vagues ou prenez un café au lit en profitant de la vue sur l'océan. Comprend une télévision à écran plat et Blu-ray avec WIFI.

Chambre d'hôtes: queen + lit superposé (2 lits jumeaux), 4 couchages. Il y a une 2ème salle de bain complète hors de la chambre. Comprend une télévision à écran plat avec WIFI et lecteur DVD.

Cuisine: armoires nouvellement peintes, nouveaux appareils électroménagers, cafetière, Keurig, gaufrier, nouveaux pots, casseroles et ustensiles de cuisson, nouveaux plats, mijoteuse, mixeur, batteurs à main et sur socle et plus ...

Salon: TV écran plat 42 ”avec WIFI et Blu-ray, petite chaîne stéréo, foyer au bois (duraflames seulement). Belle vue sur l'océan.

Salle à manger: Comprend des repas pour 6 personnes, plus deux bars qui pourraient chacun accueillir confortablement 2 à 3 personnes.

Dépanneur sur place avec location de livres et de films. Douche extérieure pour laver tout le sable et s'amuser au soleil.

Rénovations terminées en juin 2015. Nouvelle peinture, tapis, portes partout, nouveaux meubles, tous les nouveaux draps. Bains et cuisine rénovés.

We had no problems with our stay. Pics on website are accurate, the condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo was clean when we arrived.

Relaxing and memorable family vacation spot!

Our family of four had an amazing stay here! The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach with incredible views and the calming sound of the waves all day and night. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were looking for.We made a couple trips into Monterey to visit the aquarium, which was great, but we really preferred being away from the hustle and bustle. Coming back to the quiet, peaceful beach each day was the best part.The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds and a TV—it gave them their own space and made the trip so much smoother for everyone.One of the biggest highlights was the wildlife. Bring binoculars! We saw whales, otters, and seals every day right from the living room. A couple whales even came all the way out of the water—seeing their tails slap the surface is a sight I’ll never forget.Beach access was super easy, and we had so much fun collecting shells and sea glass. We found a ton a few miles up the beach in the rockier areas. The outdoor rinse area was great for cleaning off sandy shoes. The grounds are also peaceful and fun to explore—our kids loved feeding the ducks and spotting all kinds of birds.Communication with the owners before our stay was excellent—so much better than dealing with a management company. They were helpful, friendly, and made everything easy.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to

Beautiful condo, blissful beach

It has not been an easy few months, and so the quiet peace of this condo was so needed. We are grateful for the opportunity to share Sharron's homey place, with a magnificent view of the water. You could open the door to the deck and hear the crashing waves - wonderful breakfast spot. And just a few steps to the beach with endless bird watching. Pajaros....and Dunes. We loved it. Thanks Sharron.

Wonderful stay at Sharron's place

Sharron was very responsive to all my questions. I corresponded with her several times before our stay. Very quick to reply. The description of the condo is pretty accurate. Nice location, she has pretty much everything you need in the condo. The only negative thing I have to say is that the people above us were very heavy footed. They had a kid that ran around a lot and everyone had heavy feet and it sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor when they were stomping around. Lucky for us our stay overlapped theirs by only 1 day.We would rent this place again and probably will!

Coming home

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this lovely comfortable condo! Why argue with success!! Everything was perfect for my friend and me. Family Christmas by the beach

This is a great property, in a beautiful location. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped, the rooms are all very comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. It really is a little piece of heaven - it was perfect for our family of 4 to spend a few days over Christmas, do book if you’re considering it!

Comfortable and close to the beach. Stayed at beginning of fall during the week and it was very quiet. Spotted dolphins a couple of times from the living room window.

My Happy Place

Cant say enough about how wonderful it is to visit Pajaro Dunes. We come from the valley with 100 plus degree temps and look forward to enjoying the cool breezes of the coast. The condo was comfortable and had wonderful views of the ocean and wild life. My recommendations would be to give the guests a cubbord to put their dry goods and groceries for extended visits. Also the carpet is pretty dated, but otherwise this is a great option to consider staying as long as you can.

Gateway stay at Pajaro Dunes

Cozy beach apartment with charm. Ideal for small group or families. We enjoyed the morning and evening strolls on the beach. Even though the main purpose of our stay was to explire the Monterey bay area. The condo complex has its age, still it is neat and well maintained. Communication with our host was smooth. We got what the pictures and description were promising. Points of improvement: there was a constant dumpy smell in the master's bathroom and the washing machine could use a sanitary check.

Seaside getaway

Very nice beachfront property in a resort location. Ocean view from living room and main bedroom. Just a few steps to the ocean. The resort is an older property so sound insulation is not the best, but we had no issues with noise from neighbors either above or below us. Note: They don't allow motorcycles on the property, but we were able to leave our bike at the gatehouse and had no concerns about the security.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. The views were amazing. And the ocean was outstanding. We loved Larry at the office. Security is high, the community is gated and we really appreciated that, it helped us to feel safe. We're from the Midwest and the biggest surprise of the trip was staying so close to the ocean. We walked the beach a lot and appreciated how close we were. I loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves . Thank you.

Dreamy Sea Shore in Beautiful Location

Myself, husband, & 4 kids had a lovely 4 nights staying here in early May. The condo has everything needed & has the best views of the peaceful beach & waves. The kids especially enjoyed the toys, games, books, binoculars, & kite! I loved how comfortable the bed was & how soft the sheets were. We all loved how beautiful the views were! We even enjoyed getting in the chilly water to catch waves with wet suits on. Thanks for sharing your dream spot with us!

Pajaro Dunes has been a special place to us ever since we started coming here as children. We purchased this home in late 2014 as a place to build special memories with our family and friends. The owners are two sisters, a husband/brother-in-law and a son/nephew. We live just over the hill in Morgan Hill and enjoy the short jaunt over to our Pajaro Dunes paradise.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After our mother passed away, we were given the opportunity to fulfill our life long dream of owning a condo in the Pajaro Dunes area. The property sits right on the water with its own private beach area. It sits nestled half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We renovated the unit to make it even more special and a "home away from home" for all. Hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven.

Our property is a family home that we have chosen to share with others. Unlike some properties at Pajaro Dunes, we self manage the property to ensure we get feedback from security, our housekeeper and our guests directly. Living close, we maintain the ability to visit frequently to enjoy, inspect and make repairs on the property. We leave available to our guests, those items that we enjoy ourselves and are constantly adding recommendations made by our guests.
