Cozy, Ocean Front Condo NOUVEAUX terrains de Pickleball

Éloignez-vous de l'agitation de la ville et Ă©vadez-vous dans la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© d'une longue plage de 11 km. Dans la soirĂ©e, allumez un feu dans le foyer de la plage, asseyez-vous et profitez du coucher de soleil sur l'ocĂ©an, du bruit des vagues, de la vue sur les toits des magnifiques lumiĂšres de Monterey Ă  Santa Cruz et du ciel Ă©toilĂ©.

Profitez de la vue sur l'océan et les dunes depuis le salon, la chambre principale et la terrasse. La nuit, blottissez-vous dans le confortable lit King CA et endormez-vous au son de l'océan.

La chambre principale a un roi de Californie avec une télévision et une salle de bains privée. La chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. La deuxiÚme salle de bain est juste à l'extérieur de la chambre d'amis.

La table de salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes et elle a également une feuille pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le salon dispose d'un foyer au bois, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur Blu-Ray intelligent avec Pandora, Netflix et Hulu, d'une télévision par cùble avec des stations de musique, d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et du WiFi.

La terrasse couverte est accessible par les portes coulissantes du salon et de la chambre principale. Le pont est équipé d'un barbecue à gaz et d'une table à manger extérieure.

Perfect weekend getaway. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen, which is great because we like to cook. Everything worked as expected. We enjoyed hearing the ocean, the electric fireplace and walking the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

The property was in good condition and had everything we needed. We didn't need to put our shoes on once the entire time we were there. We enjoyed our time in this beach condo.

Amazing

Ann Marie was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time. Saw whales sea lions seals and dolphins. The weather was beautiful. We will be back again.

Wish we would have stayed longer

This condo is so comfortable and inviting. Love the location, it’s quiet, clean and peaceful. We watched the gorgeous ocean sunsets, which included a pod of dolphins putting on a show. We also indulged in Morning beach walks with lots of sea shells.

Nice Time!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The proximity to the beach is great...and peaceful! Wish the fireplace was in working order during the chilly nights but other than that we had a nice time!

Amazing location

Great little spot to stay! Right in between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The house was cozy and literally just steps away from a amazing beach! Host was fast to respond to a question we had. We found a great restaurant in Watsonville, California bar and grill, it was amazing food! We would and will be staying there again on our next trip down south.

Best family vacation ever

My family came for a weekend get away and had the time of our lives; better than Disneyland! I had been to this property before with friends and knew it would be a perfect location for making memories with my family. It was my 4 and 7 year olds first time at the beach and we brought along the grandparents too. We were steps from the beach, able to spend hours in the sand, stop back at the property to warm up, cool down or make lunches whenever we needed. In the evening we popped back indoors to make dinner before being able to bundle up for a walk at sunset and then beach fire. It was the most fun and relaxing vacation we have taken and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for the memories!

3 Nights at Pajaro Dunes

I had a nice stay in Pajaro Dunes with my husband, brother and sister in law. The condo is nice although as I read in another review, the back bathroom tub drains slowly which means that when you shower in that bathroom you will be standing in a few inches of water
.not the worst but defiantly needs to be addressed by the owner. The only other negative I will add is that the variety of spices is minimum. The unit was clean and bed was comfortable.

Redwoods surprise plus a stocked, quiet, roomy and beautiful beach side stay

We were beyond comfortable and loved how easy it was for us to spread out and relax as my minivan full was nearing the end of a 10 day road trip. Some out on the beach, some on the back porch and plenty of room around the table, living room and bedrooms. So great to have plenty of beach towels in addition to regular towels. The resort was quiet and a lovely match to the beach. So much to do nearby! After our aquarium morning, we spontaneously stopped (for what turned out to be really clean porta potties) on our drive to Bixby Bridge at Garrapata State Park. We didn't even realize it was a state park. Really just looked like a trail head for a beach side view and then going into the hills on the opposite side of the road. We followed the really well developed trail back along a creek. There was an occasional other hiker on the trail, but we found it was just magical to explore a place on our own after how crowded the national parks had been. The trail was easy on us, but breathtaking with wildflowers and interesting turns around the hill. Then the creek became more forested and the next half mile were glorious redwoods all along the creek. We hiked up until we were level with the canopy of the redwoods, but it was still an easy and not long trail. Absolutely surprising and our favorite even after Yosemite. On our return back to the PCH parking spot, we walked across the street to the beach view and we're delighted by the creek falling in a waterfall to the beach below!

Peaceful and SO Relaxing

Never have I stayed in a vacation rental that felt more like a home. This unit is stocked with everything you need. It is efficiently designed with room for everything. As a professional organizer, I love to look in the kitchen cabinets but this place was already very well organized. The drawers even have custom made drawer organizers. Each afternoon when it came time to decide on dinner plans, we chose to cook in instead of going out because it was such a great place to come home to. We loved walking on the beach in the morning and my husband loved taking a 'polar plunge' each evening. We've stayed in a wide variety of vacation rentals and this one was just perfect for what we were looking for. I highly recommend this unit and property. It was very nice that it was gated. Our host was also very responsive and helpful. (Things to know: This is a perfect spot for exploring either Monterey or Santa Cruz or both like we did. There is a small convenience store on property with 8-5 ish hours but you should bring with you the food you want to consume. This unit is on the ground floor so if you are looking for a direct view of the ocean you would have to sit to the right of the living room and look south down the coast. The ocean was not visible from the kitchen sink looking straight out the main window. The sun set right in front of this unit at the water's edge. We visited in early June and had very strong winds (20mph sustained plus and highs of 55 degrees during our visit. The beach was not a kick back and enjoy the sunshine beach because of the high winds and low temps. The beach was very long and nicely sloped making it perfect for long walks on the beach. The beach also had TONS of shells but this seems dependent on the surf. There were a lot of shells on the first day but then less the day after. In the surf along the beach there were pods of very large dolphins, otters playing in the waves right along the shore and so many birds to watch.)

Absolutely fabulous. Especially being ocean-front. Unlike most VRBO's the beds were super comfortable. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean view that was right off the beach. It was like home away from home with the amenities. The condo was clean with no issues and had a lovely welcome binder with a lot of helpful information for the area. We had a slight issue with WiFi, but when contacting the host, they responded quickly and helped get the matter figured out. The staff was friendly and super helpful, Larry was great!

The condo was clean and very well stocked, the proximity and access to the beach can't be beat. Other than the living room furnishings being a little worn down all in all it suited us fine. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you would need to cook at home and the bathrooms were nicely updated. I recommend this rental.

The check-in information was given via an email ahead of time and it was the most smooth easy-going check-in we’ve ever had.The kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything we could’ve possibly imagined was there. There was a little back deck that we had our morning coffee on. We were one door away from the entrance to the beach.We had never been to the area before, so I asked a lot of questions and they were very timely on getting back to me with very good information. I would highly highly recommend using them.We are even planning our return trip already.

2025 Martinez vacation

Our second stay at this incredible Shorebird building exceeded all expectations! From the swift 15-second check-in at the security gate to the instant embrace of our stunning home, everything was a dream. The beautifully landscaped paths leading up to our door, navigated effortlessly with the help of those generous carts, built anticipation for the breathtaking view awaiting us inside. This wasn't just a rental; it was a home providing everything needed for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, with the in-unit washer and dryer proving particularly invaluable. We reveled in having access to countless attractions both north and south, but the ultimate joy was sinking toes into the pristine sands of the wildlife refuge beach, where endless space and tranquility were our companions. This truly is a hidden gem! 5 stars – we're already counting down the days until next year!
