Enjoy what this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has to offer! Welcome to where coastal living meets modern comfort. With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, guests can comfortably unwind after a day of exploring. Condo has high speed internet service and secure WiFi with streaming services accessible in each bedroom as well as the living room. The 2 updated bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and shower. Our place will help you feel at home while relaxing at your own personal beach, or exploring the other local surrounding beachside communities of Santa Cruz, Monterey, Capitola, Carmel and nearby Pebble Beach.

This ground-level gem features an ideal floor plan, complete with a thoughtfully designed kitchen equipped with Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and of course both a conventional coffee maker as well as a Keurig stocked with our favorite coffees to enjoy on the deck while listening to the waves. This condo is well equipped, and well located for several adventures, including on the beach, pinnacles national Park, the Monterey aquarium, and the rest of the Bay Area has to offer.

We had a great stay. Excellent location, clean condo, and great amenities like Wifi, TV, beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed the quick steps to the beach as well as the pickleball and basketball courts on property.

We love Pajaro Dunes!! It is the perfect beachfront getaway. The condo was cutely, decorated, and well supplied with everything we would need. Nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean!

We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The condo was absolutely clean and fresh. Everything we needed in the home was easily accessible and just steps away from beach access. Our communication with the host was AMAZING from day one until our very last day. We look forward to staying here for our upcoming trips at Pajaro Dunes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Our family had a fantastic stay at Mat and Leticia’s condo! We are a family of five and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being within steps of the beach, and Monterey is only about 30 mins away, so it was an easy drive to visit the aquarium and go kayaking. We had a beach bonfire every night and even saw whales from the shoreline. It’s a gated community and the security guards were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

The hosts gave us all the information we needed to check in easily. They checked on us twice while we were there. The beach below the unit was expansive and uncrowded. Also, there was very easy access to the beach and close by. The stove in the unit was older and had a broken burner. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked. The showers in both bathrooms might be difficult for elderly people to get into as the floors of both were about 12 inches off the floor. The hosts did provide step stools in both bathrooms to help make the step easier. The hosts also provided books for kids and a few games to play. There was even a nightlight in the "kids" room and a closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, and a kite for family fun.

Unit was clean as can be. The showers were oddly high to step into. However stools were available still tough to adjust to. Bunk bed was flipped for understable reasons but made it tough for the kids to get onto the ladder from top bunk to climb down. Overall we would stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to hosting you again! We have 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and the other has a larger shower. We only recently acquired the property and we assume the previous owner opted for a larger shower while renovating and replaced the bathtub to make for a more spacious shower. It is a ground floor unit so I assume the plumbing is above the flooring and under the shower floor which explains the slight elevation of that shower. In case it is needed, we also have a sturdy rail installed right outside the shower for any that may want to use it if they feel unsteady. The bunk beds have a small modification to the railing facing the wall to allow for access to the wall-thermostat in that room. I think we may try rearranging the beds to see if that feels better in the space. Thanks for bringing that up. We would have never known, so thank you so much for your feedback!

Cozy condo on the beach. Well stocked and perfect for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Mini fridge in the dining room was nice. Washer and dryer inside the condo with detergent and softener to do laundry was a huge plus. Bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. Beach chairs were a nice surprise. Grill was clean and propane was provided which was great for burgers. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great guest! All interactions, which were minimal, were delightful. We received this guest from the previous owner which could have been logistically challenging - but the guests were easy to work with and really, just simply great. Looking forward to hosting them again in the future!
