Registration #231268. Breath-taking Panoramic Ocean Views! Great neighborhood for walking & hiking. Fenced yard overlooking the ocean. Within one mile of restaurants and grocery stores. This property has been on the annual Symphony League Home Tour two times, and also in the local newspaper. This Unit is on the 1st floor of a 3-story home. Parking in driveway. No other guests are allowed on property, because of my permit requirements. When you first inquire, please tell us a bit about yourselves, or your situation. When you tell me around the time you will be arriving, I will leave the key in the door. Park in the driveway, open the brown gate on your left. This will lead you to your studio. I will leave the key in the door for you. Late check outs or early check-ins are $20. an hour. Animals are welcome. There is a fee of $45. per night. Santa Cruz is an ultra-popular vacation destination for nature lovers, surf enthusiasts and beachgoers. Whether you are planning a family vacation , a romantic getaway or a long awaited reunion. Come Sea For Yourself!

This eclectic indoor/mostly outdoor space was warm and inviting and had beautiful views of the Pacific. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay this past weekend with husband and our two dogs. The property is beautiful, with spectacular ocean views. The host was lovely, and really made our stay so special. Would highly recommend, and can't wait to return!

We took advantage of the Hot Tub and that was a great experience on the rooftop of property! Room was clean, the view was EVERYTHING!! Jeanell was a great host, and we look forward to staying there again!

Very Bohemian and lots of decorations. Not much room for our stuff the pictures made it seem like it was a lot more spacious, and the amenities were more like camping. The view was amazing. The room was clean, but it smelled like dog in comparison to other places around there. I think it’s a little high priced for what you get just my thoughts thank you overall enjoyed my time in Aptos.

Jeanell is an EXCELLENT host. Her home is so cute and the room is just amazing. The room was decorated in a very charming way and the views and unmatched, truly. What a wonderful getaway in a charming place by the sea. The accommodations were clean and eclectic, and the host was so kind and attentive to our short getaway. Fridge was stocked with treats and the outdoor kitchen was lovely. We opted to get takeout and eat at the small table atop the 100’ cliff overlooking the pacific. We heard the waves from the apartment at night, and we really liked that. It was a lovely stay, and we would return. Thank you to Jeanell for her thoughtfulness.

We chose this space for the ocean view and sound of the surf, but the whimsical and cozy design created joyful refuge: music, candles, places to sit outside, with games and books at hand. You truly can walk to the beach, which extends in both directions and felt much less crowded than the strand near Santa Cruz. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and personal touches. We were so grateful to stay at the Fanta-sea Studio.

We will DEFINITELY come again! All amenities and goodies were wonderful treats! The host even gifted us doggie toys for our boys and snacks and bevereges, along with excellent coffee! We love ALL artistic touches that make such a welcoming stay, especially the turtles and the stained glass in their enchanted garden that stretched out to oversee the ocean and Seacliff Beach! Amazing experience! Incredible! Just WOW!! The owner made a sign with my name honey to welcome us to the property. They were super friendly and communicative as well. The property exceeded all expectations and the pictures do not do the view justice. It’s immaculate. I could’ve stayed another few nights for sure!

A beautiful small studio apartment with dramatic setting on the cliff overlooking the ocean . A dream setting for a single traveller or a couple wanting a Romantic getaway. Outdoor kitchen, with lovely eclectic seating areas and fire pit. Beautiful plants and lots of Hummingbirds; sounds of the waves and happy birds is calming and grounding . Very responsive and thoughtful host . Welcoming and convenient supplies like toothbrush, shampoos , lotions and sunscreen . Fridge stocked with goodies, filtered water and snacks . Shops and groceries a short drive . Beach access 6 blocks away with parking. Very quiet and safe haven . ( A roof-top hot tub -spa area is available for rent , but that is extra ) .

I’m not sure how anyone could rate this property 10/10. My experience was very different.Upon arriving, I discovered that virtually every available surface was covered with the owner’s belongings, decorations, and other items. There was so little usable space that I couldn’t find anywhere other than the floor to put my suitcases. I also wondered how the property could be thoroughly cleaned with so many items covering the surfaces, including a giant bottle of Prune Juice! Then I opened the refrigerator. It was already substantially filled with the owner’s food, drinks, produce, and opened condiments, leaving very little room for my own groceries. What was not clear to me when I booked was that the refrigerator and microwave were OUTSIDE. There was even a notice warning guests not to leave food outside because raccoons would get into it. So I was left wondering exactly what I was supposed to do with my food. The condition of the bedding was the final straw for me. I found visible stains on a pillowcase and no longer felt comfortable sleeping in the bed.I contacted the owner about the refrigerator. Approximately three hours later, she responded and told me to take her food out of the refrigerator and put mine in. I asked for a refund because I didn't stay there.
