Lieu magique au bord de la mer.

Un endroit spécial pour se détendre. Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur l'océan de Santa Cruz à Monterey. Ceci est un condo face à l'océan au deuxième niveau. Dormez dans notre lit king size Select Comfort avec vue sur l'océan et les bruits de la mer pour vous endormir. Regardez les colibris gambader sur notre pont. Nouveau téléviseur intelligent à écran plat et système audio Bose. Haut-parleur intelligent Amazon Echo Dot. Peut accueillir deux autres personnes sur notre nouveau canapé-lit. Il y a de la place pour six à notre table de salle à manger avec une feuille supplémentaire. Entièrement meublé, y compris tous les draps et serviettes. Il était situé à mi-chemin entre Monterey et Santa Cruz dans une communauté fermée.

This property is indeed a magical place by the sea! It is steps away from one of the most beautiful stretches of beach I have had the privilege to see. The condo is beautiful, and has all the amenities you can think of and more! Deborah is a superior host And is very responsive to anything that her guests need. While I would like to keep this place a secret so that it’s available whenever I want it, everyone should check it out for their getaway!

Our happy place! We love it here. Deborah is great to work with, place has everything you need. We love to cook and kitchen is well stocked. The view is incomparable. Love walking on the beach. Can't wait to come back!

Another wonderful visit. Fantastic views of the ocean, and we love opening the doors, listening to the waves, and feeling the cool ocean breeze. The bed was quite comfortable - being able to adjust it for each person is fantastic. The host is very responsive and friendly, wanting to make sure everything for our stay was just right!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Even though it's a one bedroom, it felt really spacious and roomy. We enjoyed seeing whales and hummingbirds from the balcony. It has everything you would need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Host is gracious and really responsive.

Amazing ocean view right from the property, including the bedroom, which was very nice real life ocean waves to sleep to. Easy to get in, property as described. Recommended :)

Our Vacay in Paradise

This was our 5th time to stay here and it never disappoints! There’s so much to do because it’s located right between Santa Cruz and Monterey, 30 mins either direction. But if you just want to stay put and relax, you have a beautiful ocean view and are literally steps away from the beach.This time we brought our 4.5 and 2.5 year old grandkids and made 4 days of beautiful memories!Thank you for sharing your condo Deborah and David!!!

Cozy, comfy & captivating

Truly a magical place by the sea. Excellent hosts with all the accommodations for a home-away-from-home stay. The proximity to the beach and the ocean views are everything we had hoped for. My husband, in particular, enjoyed watching the plentiful hummingbirds. He even got online and purchased the same birdfeeder hoping for the same experience at home! The unit is well stocked. We cooked multiple meals and appreciated the abundance of spices and well stocked dishes and cookware. The bed in the master is a dream. Never have I slept so well away from my own. We immensely enjoyed the more private location. Being halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey was central to making the most of our time and seeing all the area attractions on our list. Definitely on our list for a 2nd stay.

Magical Place

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. The ocean sounds and views are so relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The beach, which is right outside the door, is a great place for a nice long walk. The condo is well stocked and exceptionally clean. We love it there!

What a view!!!

NorCal coastal retreat

We had a beautiful vacation in the center of the Monterey Bay Coast. Pajaro Dunes is tranquil and gorgeous, especially if you love shorebirds. This condo was extremely well equipped, so we cooked all our meals at home except for some day trips to Monterey and Santa Cruz. Lovely walks at sunset. We will definitely be back.

A Magical Place

We completely enjoyed our stay in this "magical" condo! Everything is beautifully furnished, decorated, and with all the amenities of a fine home. The ocean views are stunning and we loved listening to the sounds of the ocean. The beach, right out the door, is perfect for a nice long walk. We hope to return sometime soon!!
