Vacation any time of the year in this comfortable beach condo! With a King and two Double beds, this home is perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Spend cozy days with relaxing ocean wave sounds. A smart TV in the living room with cable and Alexa available, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV with built in DVD player in master bedroom are perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

Our condo rests on top of the sand dunes with just a short walk from beach access. Facing Santa Cruz, our condo gives beautiful sunsets daily right from your very own patio. Enjoy the ocean air while barbecuing with a one pound Propane Grill and Patio Furniture. This condo offers a clean, well stocked kitchen and living room with all the essentials you need for a comfortable vacation. Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher appliances are conveniently in the home for your use and extra linens/towels are provided and ready for your arrival.

Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Nearby Pickle Ball, tennis, and basket ball courts, are easily accessible and just a short walk away. Take a walk around the lagoon where you can see a variety of birds and sit on a bench to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Free high speed wireless community WIFI. We are within a gated community which provides security 24/7. Conveniently located right in between Santa Cruz and Monterey County. Our condo is professionally cleaned and maintained with on site care for all your needs. Staff available 7 days a week!

From the moment we checked in we loved this location! Front office was very friendly and helpful. They have so many activities to check out to keep the kids entertained with. The unit itself was VERY clean and well stocked. We were able to eat dinner at “home” as a family if 6 with plenty utensils. Door dash was also delivered when we had late night cravings. The beach was beautiful and for an extra cost you could pay to have a beach bonfire set up for you! Location was safe we would absolutely stay here again.

It was a very nice place, very clean, and everyone in the office was very helpful when we had a question. We did not use the kitchen facilities. The grounds were very beautiful. The only problem we had was when we checked out early one morning at the gatehouse, we were told through the speaker that he would open the gate for us to drop off our key; however, the gate never opened, so we put the keys under the mat at the front door.

Perfect location

Our overall experience was excellent. The location was literally beachfront. One minor slip up with staffing shortage at the front gate. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Short list

Lacked shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Had plenty of linens. BBQ broken. Patio screen didn’t slide well. Second bedroom was too small for the two beds, resulting in tripping hazard, especially at night. Mattress was too hard. Shower access was a little difficult. Humm, that’s about all.

Dunes Holiday

We have stayed in PD many times. This location had easy access from the parking lot; it is on first floor, so we had a view of the dunes - no ocean view at all. Other times staying on the 1st floor there is a limited ocean view. The furniture, overall, was comfortable. The greatest disappointment was due to Mother Nature - the week before we arrived the beach access in our building and neighboring ones had created steep cliffs making it inaccessible to go down to the beach as we have other times. We ended up driving to Pacific Grove one day in order to see the ocean. We learned that it is the State's responsibility to level the beach out. Hopefully, it will be done soon for other visitors. We did have very bad WIFI/Phone coverage. A maintenance person attempted to assist us, but it was very frustrating that we had to walk to the car to see messages from family or to make a call. Not sure if that is a fixable item. Getting a daily newspaper from the office was a treat and the cookies at check-in were delicious! Thank you

The resort staff are simply top-notch. They're friendly, professional, and always on hand to assist with any questions or requests you may have. They truly elevate the Pajaro Dunes experience, making you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. One of the most notable aspects of Pajaro Dunes is the serenity of the beach. No overcrowding, just unspoiled sands for you to savor. It's a breath of fresh air, both figuratively and literally.
