DÚs que vous franchissez la porte de ce condominium situé au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez commencé à vous détendre. La grande baie vitrée avec vue sur le fleuve et l'océan, et le rivage de Monterey au loin, sont toujours visibles depuis le salon (salon de style ouvert, cuisine et salle à manger).

Depuis les deux canapés du salon, vous pouvez lire tranquillement, allumer un feu (les nuits fraßches ou en hiver), ou regarder un film.
Si vous avez choisi de cuisiner, vous n'avez pas besoin d'ĂȘtre loin des vues extĂ©rieures et pouvez profiter d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour prĂ©parer l'happy hour pour la plage ou pour mettre le saumon pour le dĂźner. Les portes vitrĂ©es du salon vous amĂšnent sur le pont, oĂč vous apprĂ©cierez probablement la plupart des repas. (Les pĂ©licans fournissent gĂ©nĂ©ralement un divertissement fascinant.)

La chambre principale, avec lit king et télévision en Californie, a sa propre salle de bain complÚte. La 2Úme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé et un lit gigogne. Il y a un double matelas gonflable. Machine à laver et sÚche-linge. Grill électrique AccÚs Internet.

We were 2 senior couples traveling northern California for the sites. This location was very peaceful and relaxing after a day of touring. It was a first floor unit which was great. Not sure how often the Pelicans come in but there had to be at least 500 that came in on our second evening. The unit worked well for us. Just forgot how small a double bed is for 2 adults. Sleeping on the twin and getting up from the floor was not an option. Kitchen was great and had what we needed. We would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to stay. It was very roomy and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the place. It was well stocked with everything. It was quiet and the beach was empty even on the weekend. The building was the furthest from the beach on Pelican Point but the walk was pretty easy and flat. They did have a tennis court and basketball court on the property but was driving distance away from the place. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the privacy of being next-to-the-last unit — it felt like we had that whole area to ourselves. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, so having the privacy, yet quick access to the beach made it a perfect place for us to stay. Our only regret was that we didn't bring binoculars!. Such a peaceful, relaxing spot — we’d definitely stay again.

Met my adult kids here for a weekend stay. We had the best time. The place had everything we needed from extra towels to extra kitchen items. The beach is an easy walk away and the town is an easy drive for any anything that is missed. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

This beautiful condo has everything you need to spend quiet time with family. Beautifully decorated. Perfect size bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room was so comfortable with a couch and loveseat. Very quiet and safe surroundings. Walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Wonderful patio with picnic bench. Easy check-in. Grocery stores within 15 min. We didn't want to leave.

Great property. Loved the pelicans! Master bed was very comfortable. The second bed was reported to be fine, trundle bed maybe not so much. Well appointed kitchen, with the caveat that the stove vent could have done a better job. We managed to set off the smoke alarm, without much effort. Plenty of dishes, knives were sharp enough. Shower was lovely. We would stay again

We had a wonderful week at Pajaro Dunes in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked for a week at the beach. The master bedroom was good sized and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices and appliances. Morning coffee was either in the living area looking out the windows or on the deck. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the tennis and pickleball courts. Our property manager was easy to reach and very responsive. This was our first visit to this condo, but we will definitely look to stay here again. It was a great week.

This property came just as advertised: A perfect getaway!! The views, the birds, the beach - all were truly calming to the soul. Wonderful condo! Clean and well furnished. Only problem was the trundle bed mattress is just foam and sleeping on it was almost impossible because it flattens out and it feels like you're sleeping on the board that's under it.

Great short beach trip

We only were staying in pajaro dunes 2 days for a quick beach trip. It always is a fun time and we have stayed at this unit many times. It is in a great spot with a great view and the owners are wonderful Thank you again!

This property was AMAZING! The views from our living room and bedroom overlooked the dunes & water. The condo was stocked with anything you could think of from kitchen appliances to seasonings for cooking. Not to mention tons of DVDs and board games. There was even a wet suit! It was only a short walk to the water where you could stroll on the vacant beach which was extremely peaceful. We didn’t want to leave !

Great condo in an amazing location

Couldn't ask for a better location. Tucked behind farms this quiet condo has everything. The beach is a very short walk down a nice board walk. There is a foot washing station to wash off the sand when returning. My kids found so many sand dollars and shells they couldn't believe it. Only negative is there was only a single beach chair so sitting on the beach meant using a towel and sitting on the sand. Also the second bedroom was shown with 2 twin beds in the pictures but it has a trundle bed currently, not ideal but was plenty for my family. Overall it was a great place, wonderful location with easy access to the highway for travel up and down the coast.

Family Getaway

Ideal location

This was our third stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect, with great views of the river and the ocean and easy access to the dunes and beach. The condo is clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and great showers, and the owners are easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming again!

John and Mary Pastrone bought Pelican 75 in the 1960s so their 3 young sons could enjoy beach weekends and escape the heat of the San Jose area. Today, a 3rd generation of grandchildren enjoy the same surroundings their fathers did 40 years ago when they were young. The property is currently managed by Lauri Pastrone, one of John and Mary's three daughters-in-law.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's the ideal location at Pajaro Dunes. Quiet and private... in between the ocean and the river... with massive views of the ocean, river, and sand dunes. And it's ground level so that families can be indoors and out but still be together.
We have upgraded and updated over the past 5 years, including 2 full master bathrooms with dual showers, new furniture and many extras. And we have the best cleaning team in Pajaro Dunes.
