Front de mer avec vue sur la baie de Monterey faisant face au nord vers Santa Cruz. Condo au 3ème étage avec les meilleures vues sur l'océan qu'un 2 chambres à coucher peut offrir. Ouvrez le curseur de votre chambre et réveillez-vous au son des vagues. Idéal pour un week-end en couple ou pour emmener les enfants, avec une deuxième chambre et une salle de bains, il y a de la place pour la famille.
Profitez de la vie en mer les promenades quotidiennes sur la plage sont un must, les feux de joie sont autorisés, construisez un château de sable avec les enfants et admirez la vue sur l'océan depuis les baies vitrées lorsque vous êtes à l'intérieur pour déjeuner ou vous détendre.

Great stay at the Dunes

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the family room. I liked the fact that I could essentially walk down a flight of stairs and be on the beach. Nice quiet location and the check in/check out process was very easy. The only downside is the price. A little pricey when you have 4pm check in time and 11am check out. You’re definitely paying for the view though. I would recommend to other friends and family.

Love Pajaro Dunes

Location was nice, view from living room great. In definite need of a update though. Cleanliness was not at all up to par. Simply wiping down of the doors and cabinets and light switches would have helped, but it was clear that had not been done in quite sometime. Tub/shower in guest bath backs up immediately when used.

Comfortable, terrific view

While basic and dated this condo is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and listening to the waves. If you plan to read after dark then bring light sources. There are no lamps in the living room and small bedside lamps.

Beautiful View

Our stay at Pajaro Dunes was relaxing. The view is the key feature of this unit. It is beautiful! The unit needs an upgrade overall. We had an issue with the shower in the guest bathroom that took an afternoon to resolve, but the facilities management was very responsive.

Nice getaway

Generally condo in good condition. Could use a little upgrade/updating in kitchen and bathrooms. Drawers in dresser in main bedroom almost fell out on my toes. That piece of furniture definitely needs replacing. Main shower drains a little slow. Living room furniture was comfortable, and of course the view was great.

Great views for a quick coastal retreat

A longtime friend and I had a "Gals Retreat" and stayed here. The livingroom views of the ocean were wonderful. We cooked one dinner and had breakfast every morning, nothing lacking in the kitchen. The only slight glitch was we discovered that both showers can't be used at the same time (both enough hot water). No biggie, we adjusted. We toured Big Sur & Monterey/Pacific Grove, so this was a wonderful beachside place to return each evening. Great sunsets from the unit or the beach! Thank you!

Enjoyable

Overall comfortable but dated. Kitchen cabinets are filthy. Found raw meat on pull out cutting board. Master sliding door was broken. When we arrived the screen had been taken off the track and leaned against the door. Master shower door would not close all the way. Noticed that dining area had been updated since photos(nice) but there was no longer a table on deck(bummer).

Beautiful beach location

Beautiful location! The view from the main room and bedroom were stunning. Home had all amenities including a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. Home was a bit aged and suffered from some cosmetic issues, e.g. mold/rust in corners of bathroom plumbing and fixtures, sliding doors were difficult to operate.

One of the best views, furniture ok, bathrooms and kitchen are completely outdated and in need of paint. No soap or shampoo provided. Water pressure super low and either cool or scalding hot.

Location, location, location.

Great spot with beautiful views. We watched whales and dolphins from the living room window. Well equipped but the cabinets and fixtures are dated. Lots of surfaces for eating, food prep and puzzle making. We enjoyed our stay.

A Great Getaway!!

My son and I felt so comfortable lounging on the swivel chairs as we relished the expansive view of the serene ocean! The property was furnished beautifully from furniture to kitchen appliances and every room provided the basic and lots of extra amenities which made our stay so pleasurable. The overall decor added to the rental enjoyment!! And the walk to the shore was so easy and accessible.

Needs updating but beautiful views!

North facing amazing oceanfront views and vaulted ceilings make this a great location! Needs updating for the price being charged. It’s a little dingy compared to other units we’ve visited. Master bed is super comfortable., btw.

Beautiful view

The view is amazing from this condo! And the walk to the beach is only a couple minutes, if that. This was our second time staying here, and it still did not disappoint. It was clean and everything worked. The oven is a little old, but it works just fine. My kids loved the bunk beds. The master bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here a third time.

Our COVID vacation in S199 mid Aug 2020

I had read the reviews of the property and didn't understand to the fullest extent of what the reviews were stating. I'll first state the obvious, the view is awesome and then the other things that are not so awesome about this property. Its sole purpose is to make the owner's money. I'll start with the good things. The couch is very comfortable, the King size bed is comfortable. However, that little blue chair in the corner window, it's seen better days. That bay window that I looked out all week at the ocean - it had handprints all over it (looked like not so small kids) and so that view wasn't so pretty then. The kitchen is original and it's obvious the owner knows as one drawer doesn't work and it contains nothing in it. The stove works but it's probably from the 1970s (electric), as is the toaster, fridge (shoved into the corner, not easily accessible), dishwasher, and garbage disposal (that doesn't work efficiently). Every drain needs to be cleared (they ALL, kitchen sink and both showers, backed up), the stove hood needs a light, two lights were out in the master bathroom, two lights were needed in the front bath, and the toilets, just make sure you go while your in town, 2 flushes for #1, #2 requires a plunger (extremely low flow design). Not a speck of anything to clean up the kitchen with after cooking - fortunately, I brought my own. Did you forget salt and pepper - well you will be going to the store to get some because that's not on the amenities list, nor is a spare roll of toilet paper (you have to go to Pelican and search for someone in building 3). Did you need a piece of aluminum foil? - oh, Food Maxx is 5 miles away. Did you want to put your clothes away in the dressers? Well, the drawers may pull out all at once or not at all but there is a classic 90s boom box included. I know we'd all like to have a spot on the beach and you're fortunate to own the condo. However, just a bit of tender loving care - would show that you're interested in not only catching that fish but would like them to stay a second time. As to the staff a Pajaro Dunes. All I will say is THANK YOU to the night weekend guard at the Shell Drive entrance who told us about the luminescent waves on Sat Aug 15. The waves were spectacular to see and he was the friendliest of the staff at Pajaro Dunes. The rest must be in a COVID state of shock because no warm welcomes were given by any other. Shall I stay at the Pajaro Dunes a third time???
