Villa with private pool, situated in historic Vence - Cote D'Azur

The house and gardens are in excellent condition throughout. Villa Mes Nuits Blanches was constructed in the local style about 60 years ago for a local baker and his family (hence the name). Approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of the town {Vence} in a semi rural area with lovely panoramic views of the old town and surrounding hills and mountains beyond. The house had been built with a separate apartment on the ground floor which now has been integrated into the villa by internal and external staircases and makes it very suitable for two families sharing {same let} as there are two fully fitted kitchens, one up and one down. The pool is situated in a lovely position with electric covers for safety.
We have SKY+ TV in the up stair lounge offering all UK channels and access to smart channels.
There is a WiFi internet ADSL connection for internet access and e-mails {free to use}.




Terms: Breakages deposit GBP500 returned by bank after departure
Deposit of 25% on booking and remainder 8 weeks before arrival .
Arrival: Saturday 3 - 5 pm earliest
Departure: Saturday 9.30 am latest
Towels and sheets are provided .
