Cette maison spacieuse dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, d'un rayon bleu, d'un DVD, d'une cheminĂ©e et d'une grande salle de loisirs avec table de billard. Elle comprend Ă©galement une baignoire jacuzzi Ă  jets pour 2 personnes et une douche Ă  l'italienne. We had a wonderful stay! This was our 4th year in Seaside and our first year at this house. We (my family of 5) were needing something with more bathrooms and space and it totally met our needs. There was plenty of room to spread out and we also enjoyed the pool table and games. The beach is only a block away too!

Great Location

We traveled to Seaside for the Miss Oregon Pageant to support our two daughters competing. The house was in a perfect location with beach access and a short walk to the shops and eateries. We had a full house and it was very accommodating. Only downside, the couch pullout bed in the master is very old and not useable. The one thing that could make this property a 10, adding a hot tub!We will definitely rent this place again!

This house was very spacious! We had two families of 5 stay in this house and there was plenty of room! There were plenty of towels and linens which was nice especially since we had a lot of kids with us. We loved the location. Not busy by the downtown area, but close enough to go explore if we wanted, and only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! The only cons we could say about this house is that it was a bit dated, and it had a bit of a musky smell when we first got in the house, but airing it out with all the windows open for a little while helped some. And the kitchen was a little bit lacking for our taste as far as cookware. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Despite issues that we're out of the control of the managers, our family had a great time. There was enough space for our family of eight to spread out and the close access to the beach was wonderful!

SEASIDE NATIONALS

What a great property for our stay during the SPOTLIGHT Dance Nationals. Close to Convention center and the “pool” room was a wonderful gathering spot for our Kiddos to celebrate all their trophies. Thank you again.

Family gathering

We enjoyed a long weekend at the Gathering Place even though the weather wasn’t ideal. Cooking our meals was fun and we enjoyed sitting around the large table sharing food and friendship. We also loved the pool and ping pong. A very good location and lively place.

Great vacation home rental!

My family and I enjoyed our 7-day vacation in Seaside in August, 2016... we were impressed with the home, it was spacious, had easy access to the beach, and to downtown! We were especially thrilled the weather was fantastic! My only complaint is the home doesn't have a house number on it, and it took a while to find it.

Great Spring Break Getaway

This was the perfect house for my husband and I, our teenage sons, and a friend over spring break. Two blocks from the promenade and the beach, six blocks from the main drag in Seaside, we were able to walk when the weather cooperated. The pool table got a lot of use. Plenty of room for everyone, house was nice and clean. You’ll get message reminders from VRBO about check in being 4:00 pm, but it’s 4:30. We learned the hard way!

it was a nice home. only issue was ANTS.. there are ANTS... if that problem is solved, we will definitely rent again. close to beach. one block. about 10 min walk to downtown, easy walk..

Great location and lots of space

The location was great. And there was a lot of space for everyone to hangout and sleep. The house is definitely dated and could use a remodel but it worked for us. My main dislike was there was blood stains on our sheets and a pillow and there was only one pool stick that wasn't damaged. But other than that the stay was great.

Veterans Day Getaway

We loved that this part of town is not super busy and that it’s away from the crowds. It a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was just a couple minutes away and not crowded at all. When we reached out to the property managers with questions they replied quickly. The master bathroom was probably our favorite. The boys loved the pool table. They also had sand toys which was nice since we forgot ours. The carpet is a bit dated.

Kiddos to the management

We had to switch houses at a late date and were comprehensive. No worry! They took care of us. We stayed five days at the Gathering Place and were pleasantly surprised. The home was roomy, clean and very comfortable. The floor plan offers privacy and quiet between bedrooms. It was a typical rainy time and we were delighted that the number and size of windows kept the home airy. We would book this home again and definitely recommend to others.

Great stay with Family from Everett Wa

The property once found was great. There really needs to be an identifiable address on the outside of the house. Only found it because I went inside and saw that the house looked like the pictures. But had a cool outlay, lots of rooms and the kids really had room to run off their energy. The place was great. Would suggest that the door that goes out to the back deck needs to have weather stripping to keep the outside air out. You could see the outside through the door. Kitchen was well stocked and the house had plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Would come here again with the family!!!

Great location and accommodations

This home was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are convenient to the living room (so parents can listen for napping children) and far enough away from the game room so that others don't wake anyone taking a nap. The kitchen is large and the dining table provided space for everyone. The sitting room off the master bedroom became the bedroom for our adult son with disabilities (the roll away cot was very comfortable). He can stand and transfer so the accessible bathroom worked very well for him and the ramp into the back door meant we didn't have the danger of managing stairs. Finally, the home's location is only a block from the prom and a short walk to the center of town. The responsive and friendly host made this experience all the more positive. We have nothing negative to say!
