Experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest at this pet-friendly vacation rental in Seaside, Oregon! This quirky 3-bed, 2-bath cottage was built in 1904 and retains much of its original charm. Go for a walk on The Prom, visit the Seaside Aquarium, or lounge in the sand just steps from the back patio! Some of the fun and handy amenities of the home include a fire pit for roasting marshmallows while you and the family watch the sunset over the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay. Was able to have ample parking and even friend brought their motorhome and stayed in the lot. Location is great for people watching on the porch. Everything worked as intended. Hot tub was hot and clean!

We absolutely loved this beachfront cottage home. It was warm and welcoming and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay-and then some! It had TV’s in all the bedrooms which was a huge plus for our family as we all love different shows and enjoy watching them at night when going to bed. The beds were cozy and warm with lots of extra blankets around the house if needed. We took our lab, Murphy, and he enjoyed people watching from the fenced front yard. The hot tub was perfect and we enjoyed it every night after spending the day on the beach and in town. You just can’t beat the view and the location this home offers! We had no need to contact the owners as everything was in working orderr- but if we did need them, they have their phone numbers located throughout the house for easy contact- but again, we had no needs, everything was perfection. We are already looking at the calendar to plan our next trip this summer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us; we had the best time and look forward to staying again soon!

Great House on the Prom

We loved our stay at this charming vintage house! Couldn’t be in a better location - right on the Prom just steps away from the beach! A couple of blocks north of Broadway so also super easy to hit all of the restaurants and shops. Not brand new and fancy but you are paying for the location and view.

Perfect coast vacation

We absolutely loved this property! The location could not be any better! Right on the prom with direct beach access. The fenced yard had a lot of seating and was perfect for our dogs. We love the vintage cottage so much as it is exactly what you imagine when renting a beach house.

It was amazing to be able to leave the house and step right out onto the beach! We also enjoyed the close proximity to resturants and shopping. We would have liked to be able to use the hot tub a little later at night after putting kids to bed.

Relaxing

It was very relaxing sitting on the front patio watching the ocean. Conveniently located with a short walk to the roundabout and the main street of seaside. We ate at Maggie's which is just a short distance from the house which has great food. My whole family enjoyed themselves.

Amazing and Cozy Beach Getaway

What a great little find, right on the beach, right next to town, and so much charm and quirk! We love our stay, from the fenced backyard, to the hot tub, to the comfortable living space. Yeah, its small, but it was built over a 100 years ago, so of course its going to be a little more cozy than a more modern house. Thats actually one of the things our family loved about it! We will for sure be coming back and staying that this house, it had everything!

My wife and I enjoyed the house nicer than i expected, we usually stay at new houses or higher end hotels and this was clean and had no problems. The only thing we didn’t like is the neighbors and bums squatting all day by the house they were not to friendly which is out of the home owners control but the last day got worse so we left early.

Nice location! Had a hot tub never got around to using it but it seemed clean and ready! Worked perfect for our family! Was a great base camp point for our weekend. Pretty busy for a dead end street can be noisy at night but that’s expected so close to the turn around.

The stay was great, great location. Clean and functional for the year of the home. It just will remind you of your grandparents house growing up.Our only issues was one of the entry doors batteries on the keypad stopped working. I emailed the contact person and i still have not got a response. For us it was not too big of a deal. We had the other door available.

Excellent family trip!

What a fabulous location for our family trip. We had 5 teenagers with us and this house was great. I was initially concerned about there being only 1 bathroom but it wasn’t an issue. The only property owners responded to a hot water issue promptly and checked in again later. We all agreed we would gladly stay here again.

Great Location

Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.

Needs some work

The first day i used shower, when pulling the handheld shower out the head came out and was broken from tube. Thankfully there was another shower head in shower or we wouldnt have been able to shower.
