Une grande maison pour les réunions de famille, les retraites des femmes (et des hommes), mais suffisamment confortable pour les familles monoparentales.
Venez séjourner dans cette maison familiale joliment rénovée située sur la rive est de la rivière Necanicum à Seaside, en Oregon. Une promenade facile au centre-ville et à la célèbre promenade du bord de mer. Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou une escapade adulte est fourni.
Maison dispose d'une grande cuisine et lumineux entièrement équipée avec un bar, salle à manger, grand salon, bibliothèque, enveloppant clos porche.
Regarder l'éclat du soleil sur la rivière depuis le pont ou profiter de la grande cour avec un foyer sur le bord de la rivière. Big spacious house! Lots of games and toys for kids and wonderful location! House was well stocked and beds are super comfortable! Would stay again! Back yard is awesome too with the river and all the seating! Loved this house!

Our school had a cross country running event nearby and we decided to stay the weekend with a few other families to enjoy the event and the area. We have stayed in many rental houses for vacations but this might have been the best one yet. It was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained and stocked and decorated. The old home had so much space and charm and was well loved by the owners who lived nearby. It held 11-15 people easily and the only inconvenience was the creaky floors upstairs and only 2 bathrooms. The location was phenomenal with great views and a quiet neighborhood while only blocks from downtown shops. We hope to stay again soon!

This house was perfect for our Meditation retreat with seven women. Ample space to eat to be together and sleep. The beds are not only comfortable, but the bedding was so cozy. Kitchen had more than everything that we needed. Fire pit was wonderful and the view of the river is so peaceful . The host was prompt throughout the process in answering any questions. We walked to the ocean, to dinner and shopping. We loved it so much. We wanna book it for next year.

Great stay!

It was great stay. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. We enjoyed the large dinning room table were we could all sit and play games and share meals. I’ve been bragging about how well the house fit our needs.

Our stay at The River’s Edge in Seaside was exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen only rivals the extensive book collection and the basement full of toys for the kiddos. Five grandchildren ages 4 through 12 had endless hours of fun. Their parents and myself had plenty of space for private time as well as plenty of room to come back together. Our host was so lovely and accommodating, yet we hardly knew she was there. This house is great for making family memories.

The home was nice and updated. Great supplies in the kitchen! My children had high hopes of fishing in the river, but the river was not very suitable for fishing due to weeds and high bank. Owners house behind the rental was a bit odd, but worked out okay.

Beautiful seaside home!

We had a wonderful time in seaside! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed plus more. The home is bigger than I expected with plenty of beds and space to spread out after a fun filled day! The home is walking distance to downtown seaside! Beth was a wonderful host!

Exceptional Home

This home was very clean, amazingly well stocked with amenities, and was perfect for our extended family. There are many areas the teens could congregate and hang out, and they loved the access to the river for fishing. Everything in Seaside is within walking distance which allowed everyone the ability to do their own activities since we only had 2 rental cars. The owner is super friendly and responsive. We especially loved the little sign in front of the house ♥️. Would absolutely stay again!

The Dancing Crab

The property was located within 5 min of main street easy to just wander over to a Pub or get some excellent Thai. The property was excellent, clean and room enough for 6 people without getting in each other's way. The house was very nice, very well appointed and nice seating. The backyard was great, the fire pit, chairs by the water for morning coffee all a crowd pleaser. I would highly recommend this house; the owners were really nice, and the street quiet, and did I say it was easy to get anywhere you wanted from it?

Wonderful Attention to Detail!

We chose this location for our annual family beach trip. Our family includes 3 children under 5 years old and this home was perfect for our needs! Plenty of bed options, toys, back yard to play in, and more. Beth decor was well curated and she chose incredibly comfortable bedding and other linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! We had such a wonderful time kayaking and crabbing on the Necanicum River and will return to Beth's home in the furure! Thank you for the great stay!

amazing place to stay with kiddos and/or good friends!

The house is so big on the inside you wouldn’t know it from first glance, and decorated beautifully. I loved the fact it’s so close to town but you feel like you’re in your own private world here. They literally have everything you’re looking for with a nice stay with friends. Amazing bbq area, great living room to gather round in, and they also have tons of games and entertainment stuff for the kids. I’m just upset I didn’t notice they had clam guns for use until we were one hour from checking out! We definitely plan on coming back and I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Great location

This home is loacted in a great spot in Seaside, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful morning views. Lots of space in the house and super kid friendly. I wish the beds were arranged differently but for close family and friends who dont mind sharing a room with multiple beds then its not a problem. The home is very nice but older so the upstairs floors were squeaky and 2 of us somehow got splinters in our foot. Other than that, the host was very responsive and kind.

So much charm!

I tend to put a great deal of weight on the reviews when I choose a place to stay and I am very pleased to say that the descriptions from others were spot on! This home has so much charm and personality! It was immaculate! Well-stocked- it had everything we needed and more! Family friendly. Well stocked and lots of extras,coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate, extra towels,play area in the basement with lots of toys for the grandkids. Lots of space for a big group. Very well stocked and organized. The property is in a great location close to the downtown while still quiet and safe. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

10/10. Amazing home with every amenity you could possibly want. Spacious enough for a large family or multiple friends. Decor in every room so beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and roomy. Beth & Dan are great hosts...BBQ went out and they immediately purchased and installed a new one. Thank you for sharing your home and we will be back!

We have always loved the scenic Oregon Coast. We have a small cottage on the property for our family. We hope to meet you and much of the time we are available if you have any needs or concerns.

Afternoon with the sun sparkling on the river is my favorite time of day. Then roast hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit in the back yard under a sky of stars.
