Nadja's Home [ Private Garden and Jacuzzi]

Nadja’s Lovely Home is a nice apartment in the historic center of Florence on the ground floor, with GARDEN and with private JACUZZI where you can relax or have a wonderful barbecue.

The apartment is located in the city center, with a strategic position to reach the main attractions such as the Duomo, Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Vecchio.

The apartment is located in the center of the city on the ground floor, characterized by a lovely garden where you can have barbecue and a PRIVATE JACUZZI.

It has a hallway that will accompany you on a lovely living area where you will find a dining table where you can enjoy meals in company and a comfortable sofa bed.
There is a TV with Chromecast, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection.

From the living area you can access the private GARDEN, which has a unique JACUZZI in the center of Florence, where you can relax with a whirlpool and a barbecue in company.

A Deluxe bedroom with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress and a large wardrobe to store your belongings.
A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking tasty meals, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee and tea.

Finally there is a bathroom that offers a large shower cabin and full sanitary, also you will find at your disposal towels, sheets, a washing machine and shower-shampoo Free!!

You have free access to the entire property: Living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and garden with terrace and jacuzzi. If you book it, this space is all exclusively for you ;)

We live in the same street and can pass by if you need us.
Bred's dad offers wine tours to the Tuscan countryside. He loves wine, cheese and the beatles and is happy to bring you to Castello di Verrazzano, the oldest wine castle in Tuscany. It's in Greve in Chianti, where the famous Chianti wine is made.

This street is famous for its typical Tuscan trattorias and vine bars. At the beginning of the street, you find Piazza San Lorenzo and at the end, there is the city's fortress. You are at a 4-minute walk from the central station Santa Maria Novella and all main attractions (Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Repubblica, Piazza Signoria, Central Market and the leather market...) are walking distance.

Garage Pala Congressi at a 2 minute walk gives our guests a discount.
Most comfortable parking is Villa Costanza outside of town. It costs 7 euros and you can take a tram from there to the center (20 minutes)

You don't need a bus in Florence, as you are right in the centre, but you could go on a day trip and visit other cities or the Tuscan countrysite:

We offer wine tours to the oldest wine castle in Tuscany:
Visit the more than 1000-year-old wine cellars, learn the history of the castle, taste some wines and homemade Tuscan starters and visit Greve in Chianti, a medieval town with a famous butcher and excellent gelato.
Our private driver brings you there and back home.
The price is 60 euros per person, wine, food, guided tour and driver included.
The tour goes from Monday to Friday at 8.45 in the morning, 1.45 and 2.45 in the afternoon. It takes about 3.5 hours in total. Let us know and we book it for you :)

The bedroom is not windowed but comes in enough light from the windowed door of the living room and the window in the kitchen.
We ask you to respect our neighbors and use the whirlpool only from 10.00 in the morning to 23.00.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed only in the garden.
