La construction de 65 m². Il est situé au 2ème étage d'un ancien bâtiment florentin datant des années 1700 dans le quartier animé de San Lorenzo, donnant sur une cour tranquille. Il s'agit de mt. 100 de la gare Santa Maria Novella et peut être atteint de l'aéroport "A. Vespucci "avec le tramway T / 2 en quelques minutes. Entouré de tous les principaux sites monumentaux, de boutiques de fabrication toscanes, de restaurants, de pharmacies et de parkings. Le marché central, avec sa variété de viandes, de fruits, de légumes et de plats locaux, est également facilement accessible. L'appartement rénové a conservé ses caractéristiques d'origine: poutres en bois, sols en terre cuite et est optimisé avec climatisation et chauffage indépendant. We had a great stay in Florence! The property was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication was easy, and the overall experience was very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Laura and her son were very helpful after a long day of travel, her son carried our luggage up to the apartment for us, it was a perfect welcome with cookies and coffee compliments waiting for us the next morning. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, all kitchen needs, laundry, good wi fi and perfect location close to train, tram, grocery, and city sites, we couldn’t have needed anything more. I would definitely stay again.

Great Place!

Awesome place to stay in Florence. Super central, all the utilities worked, it was clean, there was a balcony, comfortable beds. If you are a college student studying abroad I really recommend this place!

Great Location in an Amazing City

We really enjoyed our time staying in Florence at this location. The check in process was very smooth as the kind owners met us at the apartment. The apartment was clean and had a balcony, perfect for fresh air (and drying our laundry). The location is exceptional - 5 min walk from train station, less than 20 walk from just about anywhere else in Florence.

Laura was a very gracious host, and made us feel at home right away. The apartment was immaculate and very central to everything. It was well equipped with everything necessary for a tired group of travellers including a moka pot! Our only regret is that we didn't book more nights here. Our host gave us tips, and we were able to make a delicious dinner with wine our last night. 11 out of 10.

Fantastic location

Very convenient to everything including train station. Place was very clean, very convenient and i would not hestitate to stay again. Many activites within a block or two, a full grocery store one block away. Coyld t have asked for better.

We stayed here for our week in Florence and it was absolutely perfect. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location was a short, easy walk from the train station and also to the attractions. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great location

This apartment was located perfectly - easy walk to/from the train station and all of the main sights. Though small, the rooms were perfectly suited for travelers spending long days out sightseeing and wanting a nice cool room to return to for sleeping. It's not flashy or luxurious, but was clean, comfortable and cool - I would have no reservations about staying there again in the future!

Location, location, location. Awesome

My friend and I were in Florence for only 3 days and Laura’s place was a short walk to every thing. We had to coordinate a different check in time and Laura was super obliging. It is a very easy tram ride from the airport, close to train station. I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Florence.

We loved our little flat near the Mercato Centrale and Medici Chapels. It was neat as a pin, comfortable, well equipped, quiet, and we could walk everywhere! Loved it and would even consider returning to the same place!! Thank you to our lovely hostess!

Great apartment just a block from the Central Market

We enjoyed our stay at this place which was only a block away from the Central Market. The owner contacted me before we arrived and was very helpful and easy to reach. She met us at the place as we had worked out and was very friendly and answered all our questions. She even provided a box of cookies for us! The neighborhood was very safe and had a variety of restaurants to enjoy. The apartment is 2 flights of stairs up with no elevator, which was not an issue for us but could be harder for those with mobility issues. We would recommend it to others going to Florence.

Wonderful Location

Laura and her husband gave us the warmest welcome upon arriving after our train was delayed by 1 hour. The apt is located appx a 4 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella station. the apartment is as pictured and had what we needed. Apt is spacious, beds were comfortable (4 twin beds in total), AC in both rooms and a floor fan was also available. Apt is well equipped, balcony faces interior of bldg, but you can still enjoy opening the windows for fresh air. There is a small sitting area with a small tv, which we really did not use but it's not a formal "living room" perse. There is no lift in the bldg and apt is located on 2nd floor (technically 3rd since first floor is 0). We felt very safe in the bldg and the area. It has an amazing location walking distance to everything since it's in historic city center. Highly recommend this place and the host was amazing!

The host was amazing. Excellent communication. The apartment is in a great location and close to excellent shops and restaurants and attractions. If you have large baggage just know it is not on the ground level and the stairs are much bigger than a typical US staircase. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony doors and windows can open and you get some great light and fresh air. I knocked one star off because there really isn’t a common room to gather in to watch TV. If you want to watch TV or movies you will need to bring your own devices like an IPad. If you don’t care about TV or a living room space then this is the perfect place for you. It has a big kitchen area with a table that you can sit around and converse. Which may be sufficient for your needs.

Great location, not a great fit for our family.

Great location and host was very friendly. It wasn’t clear to me when booking though that the layout only supports sleeping and little else. This should be a one bedroom apartment but living room furniture has been replaced with 3 single beds. The result is a space that doesn’t really function for a family. There’s a tv and wicker chair awkwardly placed in the foyer but don’t let the listing mislead you about the amenities. Also, some of the mattresses need to be replaced. We found a new home on day 1 and did not receive a partial refund. The move was worth it though because staying here would have ruined our trip.

Hi Steven. Thanks for Your review that obviously we do not share. The photos in the annoucement represent the spaces exhaustively for a 65 sqm apartment. The mattresses have been recently replaced. As You were already answered at the time fo Your request, having already carried out the check-in. with the consequent legal registrations, it was not possible to grant any compensation, as the consequent taxes must be paid. Great location

The location is great. The owners are wonderful people; who helped me with luggage from and to the train station. Very considerate.However, for the price I paid, TV did not work at all. The place could definitely use an update. For a shorter stay it's fine, but I was there for 3 weeks.There is really not a comfortable sofa, so I made one of the 3 twins bed in the outer bedroom into sofa. Building in desperate need of a paint job and some repair, but that is not the owner's fault. However the cost should have been in consideration of that.As for Vrbo....you should be charging my credit card in Euros NOT US. Vrbo should not be doing the conversion!
