Welcome to the Schneider family's holiday flat 2 - quiet, comfortable and close to the city centre. Our bright 65 m² flat on the 1st floor is located in the Rauschwalde/Südstadt district of Görlitz. It is ideal for couples, small families or business travellers. The location offers relaxation and at the same time a quick connection to the historic city centre - just a few minutes away.

The furnishings are well thought-out and suitable for everyday use. Two bedrooms offer space for up to three people: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The living area invites you to relax with a leather sofa and flat-screen TV and offers direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped - with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need for everyday life. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and WC. The flat is pet-free and non-smoking - with one exception: smoking is permitted on the terrace.

The terrace is a quiet retreat. Covered and equipped with garden furniture, it offers a view of the greenery and invites you to enjoy breakfast or an after-work beer. Public parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. If you prefer a more secure car park, you can book a parking space on the fenced property.
Cycle travellers are also catered for. A covered bicycle stand is available - protected from the weather and right next to the house. Please note: E-bikes, tandems or recumbent bikes cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions. Charging e-bikes is not permitted on the premises for safety reasons. Please register your bikes in advance or at the latest before arrival.

Görlitz and the surrounding area invite you to explore. You can reach the old town centre in just ten minutes by bus - or in around 30 minutes on foot. Historic architecture, museums, cafés and international film locations await you. For nature lovers, the nearby Zittau Mountains offer ideal conditions for hiking and cycling.
