À La Cala de Mijas, l'appartement "Penthouse studio avec vue sur la mer" est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage. L'appartement de 50 mÂČ comprend un salon, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 2 personnes. L'appartement dispose Ă©galement du Wi-Fi (permettant des appels vidĂ©o), de la climatisation (chauffage et refroidissement), d'un lecteur DVD, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision et d'une machine Ă  laver.

L'appartement de vacances dispose d'un jardin d'hiver privĂ© avec de grandes fenĂȘtres qui peuvent ĂȘtre ouvertes pour profiter de la vue directe sur la mer. La propriĂ©tĂ© donne accĂšs Ă  un espace extĂ©rieur partagĂ© qui comprend une piscine (ouverte toute l'annĂ©e), un jardin, du mobilier de jardin et une douche extĂ©rieure. Deux chaises longues gratuites sont entreposĂ©es dans le jardin.

La pittoresque plage Playa de la Butibamba se trouve à seulement 1 minute (120 m) de marche de l'appartement. L'aéroport de Malaga-Costa del Sol se trouve à 30 minutes (36,2 km) en voiture de l'appartement.

Parking gratuit disponible dans la rue. La propriété dispose d'un accÚs sans marche et d'un intérieur sans marche. Le check-in tardif est possible moyennant des frais supplémentaires. L'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenseur. La piscine est ouverte toute l'année.

The owners met us at the airport and explained everything to us which was very helpful. We have often stayed in La Cala and there are lots of restaurants and cafe"s. There are lots of nearby places to visit and the bus service is very good and very cheap. The owner's friend Elena took us to the airport at the end of the holiday which was really convenient. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much we are returning in September.

The owners were there and waiting for us on the scheduled day of our arrival. This made everything very easy and smooth for us. The studio was clean and contained all the amenities we needed for our stay (towels, blankets, hair dryer, dishes, glasses, etc).

The apartment exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return again. It was very airy and light and we couldn't have asked for more. It was decorated and furnished to high expectations and very central with a back gate directly on to the beach. The swimming pool area was amazing with lots of room to move about. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We especially enjoyed the location to the beach, shops and incredible restaurant selection. The weather was terrific and the garden pool and beach convenient. The day trips we booked at Gran Hotel for Morocco, Gibraltar and Sevilla. All the trips were new experiences and worthwhile. The perfect location and the most enjoyable holiday. Thank you!!! Looking forward to seeing more of Spain and will highly recommend La Cala and this accommodation.

Pros: Just returned from this beautiful apartment in a fantastic location and this has to be the most relaxing holiday we have spent in a long time. The booking was effortless and the owners, who were lovely people, were there to meet us on arrival to fully explain the amenities. This apartment is on the 10th floor and the views were spectacular, there are 3 lifts so no problem with stairs. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated, there is a lovely pool and nice lounging area to relax in. There is an adjoining gate to the beach and you virtually step straight on to the beach where there is a nice pool bar to your left. Cala de Mijas is also lovely with really nice restaurants and everyone was really friendly. We will certainly book again, faultless ! very happy :-)

Pros: We are very familiar with this area and were delighted to find Adina's apartment in a fabulous location in La Cala. We found the description to be very accurate but it is all the little extra touches that have been added that make this penthouse an absolute gem. The refurbishment has been completed to a high standard making the most of the space and providing everything we needed for a very comfortable three week stay. We made the most of the excellent public transport system to visit other local resorts - check out the 'green card' system for transport, this saves looking for change to pay for your bus ticket and saves on fares. The 'Gold Card' for trains is also good for the over 60s. The costal boardwalk that runs right in front of the property means you can walk off any indulgencies from the plentiful local eateries. We had a wonderful stay :-)

Pros: This place is incredible. We stayed in La Cala de Mijas for 10 days, and we could easily have stayed for 10 more! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday. The appartment is so nice and clean and with the most incredible view!! It is located right on the beach, and in the lovely garden is a pool and sunbeds. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. We asked for the housekeeper Elena to pick us up from the airport on arrival, and she also drove us back to the airport upon departure. She speaks very good english, and she told us everything we needed to know about the appartment and the town and Malaga in general - she even recommended a few nice restaurants. She also drove us to Fueringirola one day, when she was going in that direction herself. This is an amazing appartment and excellent service from Elena, and we had very good contact with the owner Adina before arrival. We had the best holiday and we are deffinately coming back!

Pros: Super schönes sauberes Apartment mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Sehr gut Ausgestattet,es fehlte an nichts es war alles da was man so braucht. Sehr großes Zimmer mit einen gemĂŒtlichen Wintergarten.Hier konnte man bei einem Glas Wein herlich entspannen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Ganz ganz Nette Vermieter die alles ausfĂŒhrlich erklĂ€ren und immer einen guten Tip parat haben .Die lage ist einfach optimal .Wir sind duch den Garten mit einem sehr großen Pool mit direktem Zugang zum Meer gegangen,(der natĂŒrlich dazu gehört)und sind gute 6 Kilometer am Strand nach Calahonda gewandert,mit einigen zwischen stops und einigen ErfrischungsgetrĂ€nken ,dann wieder zurĂŒck. Es sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants und sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl)vorhanden. Auch die Busverbindungen sind einfach genial! Auch der Wochen Markt der 2x die Woche ist , ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen! Wir können dieses schöne Apartment sehr gerne weiter empfehlen,und kommen auf jeden Fall öfters wieder!!!! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Rateisack es war wirklich sehr schön!!! Bis bald!!!

Pros: Denne leiligheten er midt i blinken for oss. Alt du trenger er i kort gangavstand.Vi som spiller golf, synes beliggenheten er veldig bra. Det er bare noen minutters kjÞretur til mange av banene i MijasomrÄdet. Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med flott utsikt mot fjell og hav. Hvis du vil nyte solen, er det bare Ä ta med solsengene ned i hagen som tilhÞrer blokken. Fra hagen er det port direkte ut til strandpromenaden som vi benyttet og gikk lange turer. Eierne var ogsÄ veldig koselige og imÞtekommende.
