The house is located in the old town centre of Torniella, a medieval village founded around the year 1000.

There is a shared garden behind the house. Here you will find a gazebo with a table and chairs. A brick barbecue is also available for sociable barbecue evenings. Special mention should be made of the above-ground pool, which measures 7.30m x 3.75m x 1.20m and is also for communal use. It is open from mid-April to mid-October. Those arriving by car can park in the piazza in front of the house, where there are public parking spaces. The flat on the second floor also has two balconies.

It is an ancient stone house with two flats and a room with bathroom, with a common main entrance and staircase. They have been restored, preserving the traditional structure with wooden ceiling beams and terracotta floors. The house offers free Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite TV. It can also be heated. Thanks to the stone walls, the temperature is pleasant even in the summer months and no air conditioning is required. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the first flat, approx. 60m² in size. It consists of a kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms each with a double bed (180x190cm each) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. The second flat, also approx. 60m² in size, is located on the second floor. It consists of a 35m² kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and fridge-freezer. The fireplaces are not usable. There is a laundry room with a washing machine in the house.

There are shops and a bar nearby. A very good restaurant is only 30 metres away. The Val di Farma nature reserve, famous for its river and waterfalls, where you can even swim, is approx. 1 km away. Places of interest are: Siena 35km, the Maremma coast 40km, San Galgano 15km, Massa Marittima 25km and the thermal baths of Petriolo 15km. The area is ideal for cycling, walking and mushroom picking thanks to the hills, surrounded by greenery.

Bicycles can be hired on request. Cycling excursions in the surrounding countryside are also available. A baby cot is available for younger guests on request. The flats can also be rented separately: Object no. 494406 and object no. 494408.
